OLT claims to provide access to returns filed through them
OLT claims to provide access to returns filed through them. Now that I need a copy of my 2019 return, their system claims I never filed with them and treats me as a new user, even though it remembers my log-in information. There seems to be no way to access my return.

After 2 rejected returns and not able to create an email for assistance, I filed with another company
After 2 rejected returns and not able to create an email for assistance, I filed with another company. Not worth the hassle. I would not recommend using this company.

Not Free
Not Free. 16k minimum income. The part that Social security income does not count is not revealed until the return is finished and then you have to start over with another tax filer after entering all your personal information. I had to pay $7.95 to file which is almost 10% of my refund. Very misleading. Free is Free not $7.95.
I was directed to the OLT website by the IRS free file
I was directed to the OLT website by the IRS free file. I read their information stating any age, and income from $16,000.00 and up. I assumed that the income included social security. After spending a lot of time filing I was informed that my income was too low, $5000.00 without the social security income for a free file. I was directed to pay $7.95 in order to file. $7.95 is a reasonable fee but when your expecting to file for free its very misleading. I have to spend about 10% of my refund to get it. I am only getting $89.00. I would advise anyone to be careful and ask questions before filing with a FREE filing service.
