• 8/18/17 DAY 11 – Contacted Customer Service & informed I ill be contacted WITHIN 2 TO 5 DAYS!
• During this entire process while contacting Customer Service, I was disconnected 4 times and the average phone wait time was 30 minutes
• I am going on two weeks without a washer, dealing with a Corporation that:
o produces known defective washers
o offers no recall on known defective products
o only offers parts & labor service call at flat rate through complaint department
o allows “authorized” technicians to charge exorbitant repair costs
o values neither customers nor their time as demonstrated by actions
I expect a full refund from LG. I will never purchase any LG product; will file a consumer complaint and will post my experience on social media and the LG website. I have experience with Maytag and Whirlpool washers which required no maintenance until at least 10 years of daily use. They also value their customers as demonstrated by their backing of their products and customer service & authorized repair technicians. LG should follow their lead.

I'm extremely disgusted about the fact that I own a tv this expensive, and it malfunction and the remote broke. I was scheduled for a repair. The technician came and said in needed to change several parts. He said it's on back order and if the parts don't come in within 14 days. Now I got a call that he's sick and will be out for 2 WEEKS? Another authorized service company will take over? They only have ONE LG service guy in my area. A company like this. Why don't you just give me a new one. My wife needs to take a day off from work everytime they come. I will complain everywhere and put bad reviews everywhere. This is not how it should be. No more LG products in my house, recommendations or my businesses. Unless things are taken cared of to my expectations..

On July 7, 2017 I emailed customer service that for the past 7, 8, 9 months I have been having problems with my TV. I turn it on and within 5 minutes it shuts off. I have to turn it on 7 or 8 times before it comes back on. I have unplugged it as they told me, updated it. This is every day. The reply I received on July 7, 2017 that they would need more information and get back to me in 2 to 3 business days. Today is August 16, 2017 and still no reply. This TV died right after the warranty expired. My wife and I purchased a new home 2 1/2 years ago. We purchased all LG products. Washer, dryer, frig, dishwasher. We have 6 TV's in our house. All different brands. The best one is a flat screen Sharp TV that is 8 years old. Never had a problem. This LG TV has a beautiful picture, but poorly made. I do not appreciate a call back. I had a LG 750 bluetooth for several years. I also purchased one when it was on sale so that I would have a spare. My first headset went in the sewer so I got out my spare last October. By April there was something wrong with the power switch. It kept turning itself on and off. In June I purchased a LG 760 and it is already having issues with the power switch. I love this headset but I can not have issues with the switches. What can I do?

In December 2015 I bought my 80 year old parents a LG Electronics 26.6 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator with Door-in-Door in Stainless Steel . The purchase was made at Home Depot in Decatur, Alabama. I purchased an LG product due to the high rating and also a local manufacturer. The refrigerator has never cooled properly, and has never made more than a handful of ice cubes. When we checked the temperature it was at 50 degrees F in the cooler section and 30 degrees F in the freezer, although the set temperatures were 40 degrees and -6 degrees, respectively. We have had two service calls over the last two years for a total of around $700. The most recent service call was last week. The refrigerator still isn't cooling. I would like the purchase price of the refrigerator and the service calls refunded. I do have all of the original receipts.

I purchased 2 portable ACs within the past 2 years and both stopped functioning this summer. I called 3-4 times to request for a service center near to my location and 3-4 times given the wrong service center to call because they claimed not to service portable ACs. I called the 5th time and requested to speak to a supervisor, which I did, but I have been waiting for the past 2 weeks to hear back from her to offer a solution. I purchased a Bluetooth headset with model number 910 on the 13th of August 2016.
One day both sides decided to stop working, so I went online to request a repair on 06/29/2017. I have not received an email back yet.
I waited for 4 days and still nothing, so I used the number provided [protected]) and called for support. A guy told me to do the exact thing I did 4 days ago, go online and file a report. So I did it again in hopes they'll get it this time. Still nothing.
5 days later, I called again. A different guy helped me by sending me a link to show my proof of purchase. He told me that when I do that i'll get a shipping label back. He didn't stay on the line with me though, he hung up.
I waited weeks for my shipping label until today. I called and asked what was going on and when I explained my situation, a lady told me they don't see the model number and that's why I haven't gotten anything back. They didn't ask for my proof, which I could have provided then and there with a simple email.
That makes no sense, I wouldn't be able to file a complaint without using a model number so how could she not see it? Now it's too late to get a replacement because they wanted to either be lazy or play games with me.
I desire a new pair of Bluetooth headphones, this incident was a disgusting experience.

I purchased this product for my grandson, in March of 2014. As of other products I purchased since 2009, LG washer/ dryer, phone, plus 5 other set from 32 inch to 65.all the products are still working. Only the 65 in set is still under warranty.
I am a senior disabled, on a fiexed income from SSA, very limited income.
I purchased this set for my 7 yrs grandson, for his games play station.
About 2-3 weeks ago, he turned it on and no picture, I looked at it and still no picture. So I called the LG warranty dept and see if what they can do, talked to a agent, she told me that they do a one time repair, if I could get a receipt and submit it, I told her it was registered at time of purchased. On Aug, I called LG warranty, and spoke to a supervisor named Theresa, to see if they could make a exception on the product, do to could not find the receipt, she looked into product info, told her of the set to my grandson and could not afford to repair it or buy another. Since in the past I have supported LG products and bought them.all are still working and bought as gifts to family.
After several minutes on the phone with Theresa, and told her this set should have lasted several years. And if they could replace or repair the LG 39LB8500, she was very rude and said the set was to old, and hanged the phone.

I called to ask about my HBS1100 because the left earpiece stopped working and also the middle pieces started popping out. I was told to send everything along with a copy of the receipt. My headphone was returned minus the box which was sent with a statement that said customer abuse. The abuse that they are talking about is the pieces that I told them that kept popping out. I use this on my job and I have not or ever destroyed or tampered with this product. I spoke with one of your agents who was rude and could care less because this was just another call. I was on the phone for about 20 minutes waiting to speak to a manager who was just as useless as the agent. Customer service is horrible. When my product was returned, the box that I sent it in should have been returned, as well as a better explanation as to why there was so called "customer abuse". I have also purchased another Platinum headset only to have the same problem, "left earpiece" going out again and we've only had this for about 2 months. These headsets are suppose to be quality work and I see that they are not. Will not purchase another one if this is the type of garbage that I'm going to get and also if Customer service is so non-chalant about helping. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. Teach customer service to also say something other than "there is nothing that I can do" and they could at least act like they hear the conversation. TRAINING! TRAINING! TRAINING!

I called to speak to a super visor, Janika in Executive services, she was highly attitudinal and a disposition as such will only exacerbate the situation.

We purchased this top of the line refrigerator from Home Depot 11/11/15 and it was delivered to our
new home on April 18, 2016. To our dismay it stopped cooling July3, 2017. We called the company and they told us to call a technician …. they gave us three numbers. We did call one of their techs and he told us it was the compressor and coil evaporator. The parts were covered by the company ($200) but the labor would be $700. What a shock! Now the worst part is that the parts were back ordered for 3 weeks. Why? Because they were having massive problems with this refrigerator. Complaints all over the internet. We called Home Depot and asked them if they would help us resolve the problem of waiting and find out why LG was still selling this refrigerator. Oh, no, it was not their product and they were not responsible. We called LG and they told us they were not going to do anything at all…. Really, they said we are not going to to anything…. Have a good day!
When we finally received the parts and the tech arrived 3 weeks later to fix the Refrigerator he found inside the box with the new parts instructions with a diagram showing how to fix the problem and exactly where it was leaking ! WHAT? This proves that they are having massive recalls or problems with these specific parts. We feel that LG should be responsible for Parts and Labor
We are seeking retribution for our expenses to repair this refrigerator. $700
LG should be made to take this appliance off the market. We paid $2700.00 on sale for this refrigerator at Home Depot, 851 Montlimar, Mobile, AL. 36609. Home Depot is aware of this problem.

They also send no reply emails so that you cannot respond back. No local authorized servicers want to work with them so I am told they have to subcontract their services out through a shell company and then contract with local authorized servicers.
I agree wholeheartedly with your complaint. They have lousy customer service and all they do is give people the run around. First it is impossible to get ahold of them then when you do you have to upload a form, then they will tell you something is missing from the form or they didn't get it. They schedule service calls and give you times and dates and no one shows up, . Even worse when you call your local authorized servicer they know nothing about the appointment and claimed nothing was ever scheduled. The entire customer service experience is designed around getting you to drop your claim buy whatever delay tactics necessary. Is absolutely terrible that they are allowed to get away with these business tactics.

Kindly note that I bought a new LG refrigerator a month ago and it had a problem since I started using it the second day I got it that the cooling is really high to the extent that it makes ice drops that melts once I open the fridge and turns to water and ruin everything inside, so I called the technical team to send me a specialist and the did that was a week after he changed a card in the computer. But it was not fixed then I asked for another specialist to come and he checked and found out that it still has the same problem and he told me that the sensor needs to be changed but this could only happen under the responsibility of your company or to switch to a new one. He reported that and I contacted the head of complaints and he told me that we're going to send to Dubai the problem. And I didn't get any response so I called again and I found them really rude and they were like we can only support u with maintenance and this is all u can get. After that I called again and talked with the supervisor and told him the whole story he was understanding he told me he'll check and get back to me. He called me and here was the surprise he told me your fridge is working perfectly and when we sent u the specialist was only to satisfy you and we can't do anything more than sending you another specialist just to satisfy you. I'm really surprised and now I'm stuck with fridge that I just bought a month ago and it is LG so I didn't go get a cheap fridge to be treated that way. This phone has been horrible! This is my 5th or 6th phone replacement through Verizon. They all have the same issue, screen freezes stops completely while gaming or watching YouTube. I purchased the fridge on August 13th 2016 through best buy. On Wednesday July 26th, 2016, I woke to water all over my kitchen floor as the unit was no longer cooling and all my food had defrosted. I called Best Buy but they refused to assist me as the unit is under the LG Warranty. I called LG customer service and they sent out a local repair man. He diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. This was 12 days ago. My most recent conversation with LG uncovered the fact that they are replacing so many compressors, they are on back order. They refuse to do anything for me, other than wait for the part. It's around 100 degrees here every day and I have no working refrigerator for nearly 2 weeks so far. I am very frustrated by this situation. They should just replace the unit.

This refrigerator has dents and bumps on the left side. It looks like they are from the inside going out. It was reported and a new one was sent to me. It has the same problems. I REFUSED the new refrigerator. I watched the delivery men cut the restraints and take it out of the box. This is a manufacturer's defect. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I shopped around for about 6 months before I made this purchase. According, to LG customer service, a white glove check needs to be completed at the manufacturer before it will be shipped. I hope that LG honors this. I hope that you all are not a company who doesn't care about the customer, and practices providing POOR customer service. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I bought an LG French door refridgerator in October 2014. At the end of June this year my ice maker and freezer quit working, so I called the local repair man. He informed me that he cannot order my part because he is not an authorized repair person and that I need to call them myself. I was stunned to find out that because there is not an authorized service person on Powell River, I need to throw my fridge away and I will be reimbursed minus 3 years of use. So I have been offered 2/3 of the value of the fridge . I have no idea how much the part costs because they will not tell me, but I doubt it is 1/3 the price of the fridge. At the time of purchase, I was not informed that the fridge would not be able to be repaired if it broke. It is immoral and unethical for LG to sell products in a town that it cannot offer repairs. How do I know it is not dumping factory seconds or other appliances with major problems so it can recuperate some money from unsuspecting victims of these towns.

I've sent several customer service complaints from July 25 to Aug 1, 2017. I have received emails regarding with possible solutions and requesting pictures. The requests include the ice dispenser not working, peeling coat on the refrigerator, scratch stove top and tray under the microwave not going back into place. I referenced the original service order in follow up requests with more information being requested. I called the service number on 08/01/2017 and spoke to someone by the name of Paul who could not help because I did not have the serial numbers on hand. I asked Paul if I could take care of all of my issues with one call to which Paul replied that I would not have to call back. I called again today and spent 45 minutes on the phone with a representative who was able to only address one complaint.
I work 2 jobs and taking the time to request repair is interrupting my work day and is time consuming. The website is not user friendly and the service is lacking and the processes are too time consuming. This site does not allow me to even attach word documents.
I would like for a customer service agent to call me so that I can address all my issues in one phone call. I was called yesterday but every time I tried to answer the phone call would ring and before I could pick up the call was dropped.
