Beware of this scammer
Same complain as most others. I ordered a phone on deal, paid through etransfer, expecting to receive in 15-25 work days. After this time passed and upon enquiring by email, they (Howard) responded that manufacturer is not sending this model, and they offered to ship a lower priced variant, which I declined. I waited for another week, but they never updated. Then I asked if a lesser memory variant was available for shipping and they said yes and I took that offer with an agreement of refund of price difference. After few days upon asking for update they said they will ship a different color than what I asked for. At this point I sensed something fishy so decided to cancel order. They agreed to refund within 5 days. After this time passed and upon my following up, they gave an excuse that their interac limit reached so they would refund following month, after few days. Again after following up they kept pushing out the refund date. It's over 2 months and till date there's no refund and I'm having to resort to posting this complaint, lest they resolve this conflict. I'm not letting go of my money so easily.
They're never elaborate in their communication and leave things ambiguous. They have a standard template of response which makes it sound nice, but its useless. They never keep their words on shipping or refund days. Always have some lame excuses. Quite a torturous and frustrating experience. This company makes money by lending other people's money, earning interest. Hence they delay as long as possible. Call it scamming, stealing, money laundering. Wonder how they're still not arrested by the law enforcement.

Ill keep it short. Got a global phone, shipping took 35 days to arrive (and cost shipping lol). Phone was great, later found the phone much cheaper on other sites, oh well already have the phone. I had an issue with the screen, the film under the screen damaged, and contacted them probably 25 different times. All to be replied back to anywhere from 2 - 9 days each reply. Also asked me to repeat the issues i had every other email, wasting my time and trying to ignore my issue and not deal with me. Horrible service, pathetic. Finally they would agree to help fix my screen under the phones actual warranty, and wanted me to ship the damn phone to china! Shipped, took 2 months with out a phone, only to be returned with absolutely nothing fixed. I was gonna buy a replacement (with no discount or compensation) from there until i found the same phone $300 cheaper elsewhere (wirelessplace - with free 2 day shipping). Not professional. Any negative review you will see instead of owning up as a company they actually argue on the internet with disgruntled customers, as if 15 year olds are running this business.
Awaiting Refund
I ordered a phone well over a year ago. Through no fault of theirs, it it's delivery is still delayed. However, in April of this year, I requested a refund. They said "no problem, it will take 10 business days". 69 days later (and counting) I am still waiting. I have contacted then a half adozen times since then and they always respond "it will be processed tomorrow" and then I don't hear from them again until I contact them again. They're clearly stringing me along and avoiding the issue. I don't trust them as a legitimate business.
Update: I have now received my full refund. My concern with PDA Plaza is not so much that they are untrustworthy, but that they aren't good at communication. They continued to tell me "it will be processed tomorrow" when there was clearly an issue with coming up with the refund. Continually breaking promises led to distrust. Clear communication of what was actually happening would have gone a long way in easing my fears.
