Lg customer service a friend bought French door refrigerator parts still under warranty she paid almost three hundred on a local repair guy who did nothing LG has no service center out here Tucson told me mid Octoberfee I'd seventy five dollars travel fee plus service charge this poor woman is distraught customer complaint will not waive them fees for a woman that is sick on fixed income she's out nearly three grand for a refrigerators less than four years old

Is there no way for her to get it fixed is their no Christian people work for LG replace or repair would be good customer relations and a blessing

LG Electronics front loader washer

I purchased a new front loader washer and dryer from Home Depot. It was not explained to me at the time of purchase that you had a 48 hour window to return the damaged appliance. I was told you could refuse it at delivery if it came damaged and defective, but I was not told that I had to be sure to run the washer and dryer and return it within 48 hours if it didn't work correctly. The day after it was delivered I had to leave to go out of town, therefore I did not get to use the washer and dryer immediately. Upon the first use, the washer leaked water all over. I wanted to make sure that it was not an error in how it was hooked up before contacting Home Depot. I re-enforced everything and ran it again. It then leaked again and this time I was able to diagnose where the leak was from and realized it was an issue with the washer itself. I contacted Home Depot (on a Sunday) and they said they'd return my call no later than Monday morning. By 12:30 Monday afternoon I had not heard a response. I contacted the store directly, asking if they could take the broken washer back and bring me a replacement washer since I paid full price and it came broken out o f the box and they informed me they would have to have a service tech assess the washer who could then recommend replacement. The service tech came 3 days later and confirmed it was a defect with the washer by finding a pin hole causing a leak. He said he did not have the authority to recommend replacement and that Home Depot only told me that to quiet me down for the time being. He said he could put silicone sealant on the hole which would fix it for now making no guarantee it wouldn't cause future issues or even resolve it right now. I had to wake 5 hours to let it dry before testing if it worked. Although it did not leak on the first use, it is still the principle that I am expected to pay full price for a unit that came defective and is now refurbished. Home Depot has pushed me off to LG stating it is a manufacturer issue. When I contacted LG the rep just kept referencing Home Depot's 48 hour policy and stated LG does not offer replacement after the timeframe. He then disconnected our conversation because he did not like that I was unsatisfied with his inability to offer a reasonable resolution. It was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. To me, in this situation it has become very apparent that both Home Depot AND LG have no concern for their customers or the quality of their products. It's a shady business practice and a horrible way to approach customers who have been their hard earned money on their products. The only benefit to this horrible situation is I am now aware of two companies who do not deserve future business.

LG Electronics lg q6

Hi Team

I purchased LG Q6 and after two days of use screen got greydown and its not switching on

I reached to Adyar Genesis service centre they kept the mobile for 2 weeks and finally said the parts are not available and give to another service centre

I Fed up reaching service centres .I paid 15K to check each service centres of LG.Now i am suffering No mobile for more than 2 weeks and that was the pathetich situation.
I have not got proper response from anyside .

Please give me a new phone or repair this phone by giving some alternate mobile to use .
I am very much in need of phone my number has been switched off without mobile.

Please do the needful and give me a positive reply.

Based upon your decision i will suggest or trust in LG Brands in future
I have lost the trust currently

LG Electronics refrigerator

We purchased our refrigerator brand new from Sears in 2013, it's our last. We noticed the temperature in both compartments were not being sustained, when we called the repairman he walked us through several steps to check before he came out, when we followed the steps to take, he informed my wife that the Freon has leaked out and would not even be worth fixing. He had an LG refrigerator also and after 5 years the same thing happened. This should be against the law for companies to come to our great country and drop junk items on consumers and getting away with it, the best thing to do as Americans is to stick together and do your best to talk friends and family from buying LG items...This happened yesterday, 9/1/2017, LFX31925st, Serial NO 307krat1so16 . I love how this website wants you to be polite, do you really think they are going to help? We are out 2100.00 and have to buy another refrigerator. I will post here if they do try to work with me as far as some type of refund, but for now ... I don't expect anything . I did contact customer service and we were probably speaking to somebody in India, nice guy but hard to understand.

LG Electronics lg wireless headset

I have bought 3 different sets on my 4 in less than 2 years ... I have bought basic 69.99 to them most expensive 129.99 and it always seems the right ear piece stops working or gets a short in it... I can not believe they only last less than 6 months with the price I have paid for all of them totaling 400.00 + . It's there a flaw defect going on with these headsets because after this set is gone will never buy another pair of these again. And it seems that I'm not the only one that has the same problem .. any advice or help would be appreciated

LG Electronics refrigerator/freezer

Hi my name is Jessie. My husband and I bought an LG fridge/freezer not even 3 years ago at Lowes and we already have problems with it. I had to have it serviced already because it wont keep anything cold. We are not satisfied with this purchase as appliances should certainly last more than 3 years for what they cost! Very grateful that we paid the extra amount for the extended warranty on it!

LG Electronics lg ac installation not fixed correctly because of engineer mistake

Purchased LG Air conditioner dated 24th may 2017 and gone for installation of AC at lalganj ajhara Dis-Pratapgarh state-Uttar Pradesh, The Engineer who visited the place for installation of ac did not fix it correctly and ac cooling was not proper again we had comlaint about it the same engineer had visited the place and he was not care about customer services and did not fix it correctly, only fan is working not cooling worked,

Please arrange the reputed engineer to fix the issue so that customer will be happy for your services.

LG Electronics lg refrigerator model lfx31925st/00

I bought this fridge in 2011 with extended warranty and have had to have it repaired every year. It seems every summer it stops working. This summer they finally had to change the compressor, of course the warranty had expired and had to pay over 300 dollars for the repair. Now less than 2 months later, it has a problem. During all this time, LG has never compensated me for any of my lost food or anything. This company has no heart. Would never buy another LG fridge.

LG Electronics top-load washer (5.2 cu ft.) with steam and turbo wash and dryer (model #wt7600hwa)

These expensive appliances are worse than my 20 year-old GE products.
-- For the washer, the water doesn't even clover the clothes. I've watched an entire cycle where the clothes are above the water line until the final rinse and spin. Why can't we set out own water levels, if you can't get the sensors to work properly?
-- The clothes get so bunched up that they have to be disentangled, sheet by sheet, to put them in the dryer. One time a load of sheets was so bunched up that the washer stopped, full of water, and couldn't continue.
-- To get Extra Hot water, the time jumps from 56 minutes to 1:45 minutes, even with a very small load. Why is that?

The dryer is just as bad.
-- Clothes are so wrinkled (even with Wrinkle Care) that everything needs ironing. Sometimes the sheets get so twisted and entangled that clothes get stuck inside them and never get dried at all.
-- You never know how much time is really left, because the time keeps jumping (e.g., from 32 minutes to 56 minutes). And the sensor doesn't actually work -- clothes are still wet even after a full Normal setting for a mid-size load.
-- Finally, to use the manual settings, you have to add time a minute at a time, which is annoying.

I will say that the washer and dryer look good. But what a disaster.

LG Electronics lfxs29626s french door refrigerator

Initially contacted customer service on 7/31 to report that fridge/freezer were not cooling. Suggested remedies from rep did not fix issue. Had to call at least 9 local LG service companies before we found one that would come out (many quoted that they have too much trouble getting parts). An approved LG service provider came 8/2 & determined it was a bad compressor. Ordered 3 parts & was supposed to get service on 8/10. Only 2 of 3 parts came in time, so service was cancelled. It's now 25 days later from initial call that the part & service still has not been done. Still waiting on 3rd part. Fridge was delivered on 10/31/15 by the Home Depot. Fridge is < 2 years old. Already paid service $344.50 for this compressor issue that has still isn't fixed. We also lost everything in the fridge/freezer, which is well over $500. We also had to go out & purchase a mini fridge for ~$150 in order to have something for this past month. The inconvenience of not having a fridge for a month has been horrible, especially with a young child and with school coming up. We have had to make many, many trips to the grocery store each week to purchase dinners and necessary food for the day. It's been stressful and time consuming and more expensive. We I want and expect to be reimbursed for losses, mini fridge and repair/service. Or, the unit should be replaced ASAP. This is a lemon. The compressor going bad in 1.5 years is unacceptable. The fact that we have had to wait for a month for parts is unacceptable. We have lost a lot of money due to this issue and we want LG to remedy this and make up for it ASAP. We have not been given any indication as to when this last part will come in. It has been long enough. Give us a new replacement product ASAP.

LG Electronics lsg4511st gas range

I am very concerned about my inability to get my oven clean. My oven only has the easy clean and not the self clean function. I have tried the easy clean function several times and still have not been able to get my oven clean. I've read the directions for easy clean thoroughly and have used the bottle I received with the oven. The directions clearly state that, especially on the bottom of the oven, if there is a tough stain to make sure it is covered with water and to make sure the sides of the oven are covered liberally with water.

After doing this I still have not been able to get my oven clean. I went online and saw that I should try using baking soda and water and leaving that mixture on over night. I did that and still have not been able to get the oven clean. I spoke to your customer service rep today Leo case # CNN1708023353091 and asked if I could use something like on easy off on a cold oven to get these stains removed. He told me that my only option was to do the easy clean.

The directions in the manual say specifically that the easy clean function is for light stains. I have tried that several times on light stains and they still do not clean. And as you use your oven more the stains become more. The manual goes on to stay for tough stains use the self clean function. This particular model does not have that function. The only other thing Leo said he could do was refer me to a local service center and they could do a service call for which I would have to pay.

This range is still under warranty and I find it unacceptable that I would have to have a service call to get my oven cleaned. I would like to know what I could do to remove these stains. I take good care of my range and do regular cleaning of it but it seems like the easy clean function necessitates that you clean your oven after every time you use it and I don't see that as being an acceptable requirement.

I am including a picture of one of the stains on the bottom of my oven that I cannot get out. I have light staining also on the bottom and on the sides and do not wish it to get any worse. I really need an answer on how to keep this oven clean.

I spoke with a manager named Jewell and she said she could send a technician out to check the self clean function but if the function is working correctly I would have to pay for the service call to about approximately $192.00 I also find that unacceptable.

I would really appreciate some help as the range is still under warranty and I would like to get this mattered remedied as soon as possible.

LG Electronics warranty on my fridge serial number: 408krtak2425

Hi, I bout an LG fridge on the 1st of July from Nesto, Sharjah, UAE and shipped it to Jordan. the fridge should be under 10 years of maintenance and repairing warranty. last week the motor of the fridge broke down. we called LG in Jordan. they came today and said the motor needs to be changed. they also said that the warranty is only good in UAE. and that they need two months to fix it and I need to pay 180 JDs (254$). when I bought the fridge they told me that LG warranty is international and it is for sure good in Jordan. please let me know if someone is going to call LG in Jordan to solve the problem and ask them to fix it faster, no body can stay without a fridge for 2 months.

LG Electronics warranty parts for refrigerator and extremely poor service.

I refer to my case # CNN170811121533.
My refrigerator is out for over 3 weeks. compressor and condenser both needs to be replaced as per service tech. have requested the parts done extensive follow up but not getting anywhere. its simple that parts are under warranty for ten years and i have to pay the labor out of my pocket. but its so difficult to get the required parts. customer service reps are so incompetent and every one is passing the buck.its a $3000 fridge and i am still struggling to find out that whether or when i will be able to get the parts. failed promises. i will never trust LG and home depot in my life again. can someone at LG management help to get me the parts under warranty or i can call it false advertising and scam?. hope someone will pay attention to it as its so frustrating and a total disappointment. Shame on CEO and upper management of LG to have incompetent employees and such a difficult lethargic process and hassle to get the replacement parts .
would like to see LG CEO living without a refrigerator and having the same problem as i do to get the parts under warranty. just ridiculous.

LG Electronics double-oven electric range w/probake convection & easyclean® – stainless steel

The knobs, located on the front of the range, turn too easily - the burners turn on unintentionally. I have found similar complaints from other customers. We have had several incidents - one involving a small fire and the latest just yesterday. My grandson came home to find the house filled with smoke. The burner was on and zucchini bread left on the stove top was burning. My dogs were in their crates in the house. I am afraid there will be a bigger fire. I have to check the burners every day before I leave the house. Very dangerous!

• Authorized repair: Roberts AM & PM Appliance contacted unable to schedule until Fri., 8/11/17 – Day 3
• 8/11/17 – Day 3 - Tech arrives opens machine door, machine needs total rebuild. Cost $650.00 - Cost new $899.00
• 8/11/17 contacted Customer Service complaint filed with Willie who authorized a $196.00 parts and labor technician call unable to schedule until Sat. 8/12/17 Day 4
• I asked why this was not offered on website, Rep stated on available “through this department” obviously initiated by a complaint!
• 8/11/17 contacted Customer Service complaint filed with Willie who AUTHORIZED A $196.00 PARTS & LABOR LG TECHNICIAN, unavailable until Sat. 8/12/17 - Day #4
• I asked why this was not offered on website, Rep stated on available “through this department” obviously initiated by a complaint
• 8/12/17 8am Customer Service cancelled due to family emergency and Rep authorized re-schedule visit not until Wed.
• 8/16/17 Day#8 Technician never informed of “No Charge” assesses washer and attempts to order parts -
• Parts required to fix washer DISCONTINUED and unable to repair
• Customer Service, Willie contacted. He stated matter would be referred to appropriate department for resolution but no one would talk to me without the machine purchase receipt.
• 8/17/17 – Day #10 receipt & complaint this document submitted –
• 8/18/17 DAY 11 – Contacted Customer Service & informed I ill be contacted WITHIN 2 TO 5 DAYS!
• During this entire process while contacting Customer Service, I was disconnected 4 times and the average phone wait time was 30 minutes
• I am going on two weeks without a washer, dealing with a Corporation that:
o produces known defective washers
o offers no recall on known defective products
o only offers parts & labor service call at flat rate through complaint department
o allows “authorized” technicians to charge exorbitant repair costs
o values neither customers nor their time as demonstrated by actions
I expect a full refund from LG. I will never purchase any LG product; will file a consumer complaint and will post my experience on social media and the LG website. I have experience with Maytag and Whirlpool washers which required no maintenance until at least 10 years of daily use. They also value their customers as demonstrated by their backing of their products and customer service & authorized repair technicians. LG should follow their lead.

I'm extremely disgusted about the fact that I own a tv this expensive, and it malfunction and the remote broke. I was scheduled for a repair. The technician came and said in needed to change several parts. He said it's on back order and if the parts don't come in within 14 days. Now I got a call that he's sick and will be out for 2 WEEKS? Another authorized service company will take over? They only have ONE LG service guy in my area. A company like this. Why don't you just give me a new one. My wife needs to take a day off from work everytime they come. I will complain everywhere and put bad reviews everywhere. This is not how it should be. No more LG products in my house, recommendations or my businesses. Unless things are taken cared of to my expectations..

LG Electronics tv model #49uf7600-uj serial #506rmfp85851

On July 7, 2017 I emailed customer service that for the past 7, 8, 9 months I have been having problems with my TV. I turn it on and within 5 minutes it shuts off. I have to turn it on 7 or 8 times before it comes back on. I have unplugged it as they told me, updated it. This is every day. The reply I received on July 7, 2017 that they would need more information and get back to me in 2 to 3 business days. Today is August 16, 2017 and still no reply. This TV died right after the warranty expired. My wife and I purchased a new home 2 1/2 years ago. We purchased all LG products. Washer, dryer, frig, dishwasher. We have 6 TV's in our house. All different brands. The best one is a flat screen Sharp TV that is 8 years old. Never had a problem. This LG TV has a beautiful picture, but poorly made. I do not appreciate a call back. LG Electronics bluetooth 750 and 760

I had a LG 750 bluetooth for several years. I also purchased one when it was on sale so that I would have a spare. My first headset went in the sewer so I got out my spare last October. By April there was something wrong with the power switch. It kept turning itself on and off. In June I purchased a LG 760 and it is already having issues with the power switch. I love this headset but I can not have issues with the switches. What can I do?

LG Electronics lg refrigerator

In December 2015 I bought my 80 year old parents a LG Electronics 26.6 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator with Door-in-Door in Stainless Steel . The purchase was made at Home Depot in Decatur, Alabama. I purchased an LG product due to the high rating and also a local manufacturer. The refrigerator has never cooled properly, and has never made more than a handful of ice cubes. When we checked the temperature it was at 50 degrees F in the cooler section and 30 degrees F in the freezer, although the set temperatures were 40 degrees and -6 degrees, respectively. We have had two service calls over the last two years for a total of around $700. The most recent service call was last week. The refrigerator still isn't cooling. I would like the purchase price of the refrigerator and the service calls refunded. I do have all of the original receipts.

LG Electronics lg portable ac

I purchased 2 portable ACs within the past 2 years and both stopped functioning this summer. I called 3-4 times to request for a service center near to my location and 3-4 times given the wrong service center to call because they claimed not to service portable ACs. I called the 5th time and requested to speak to a supervisor, which I did, but I have been waiting for the past 2 weeks to hear back from her to offer a solution. This means LG does not care for after sales service at all otherwise I would have received a call or an email within the first 2 days.

This is the last time I am getting LG product which is obvious.

No after sales service no sales. I am stuck with 2 units and have no way of repairing them.
