I got troubnle (repair) in 2006 costed me Rs.14000/- due to failure of the colour catridz(colourtube) repaired by the LG company mechanic from Nellore (A.P.)
Again in July, 2008, I got the same problem. The authorised mechanic of the LG company told the repair costs Rs.15, 000/-
I am not in a position to bear so costly repairs. So, I request you
to please repurchase the T V at a suitable (discount) prise and oblige.
I heartfully jope that the L G Company will oblige and do the need full for its valueble custemers.

It will not freeze and the service that LG provides is terrible! I bought a $1600 fridge freezer in December 2005 and it hasn't worked very well for the first two months. We tried to get a repairman and now he has broken it so it doesn't work at all and we have been without a fridge freezer for over two months! All I get when I call is an answering service. The unit is to be replaced, but they didn't say when. That was two months ago! I would recommend you to stay away from LG products. The service is terrible! If I knew then what I know now about LG I would still have my sears! As old as it was, it worked! And I never had to call a repairman on it.

It doesn't clean the dishes at least half of the time. The detergent does not get dissolved. After nine months of operation on my LG LDS5811WW, it appears that the motor has burnt out, and getting a service appointment has been one problem after another. This is the second major LG product that I have had problems with (the other was a TV), and calling customer service is an exercise in futility.

big mistake
When we bought our LG RZ-20LA70 we were quite pleased but after a year it blew up! We called LG direct! But wasn't them direct was a sub contractor help line who couldn't help! Called them 3-4 times! Wrote to LG twice with no reply. Technicians report was the main circuit board had blown. Cost of repair of £150 + I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING LG LCD TVs TO ANYONE AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. We have been since to many electrical outlets and to which none of them advised LG. Shame we didn't visit these first. £400 + television (at the time) useless now! unless we pay for repair. TV manufactured Sept 06 and we purchased Sept 06 TV was actually turned on October as it was a present TV died October 07. If buying LG take out the extra warranty because you will get no joy otherwise. They just don't want to know!

I am sure about it that the buyers are suffering from a post-purshased aguish. I have been a victim of LG and I purchased LG Home Cinema- DV-55. They gave me the gurantee for one year of its best working but very unforgettably I found it worst the very next day as no film was displaying on the screen and a bad quality of sound exposed the Quality of LG product to me very next day . I like the company to take action against the showroom in Karachi and asked me with all proofs. I like that to be replaced or refunded.

What happened?
The Drum separated from back housing rendering the LG Dryer completely useless. The service tech said LG should cover since this was a defective design. LG refuses to cover since it's older than 1 year.
History:
Purchased a 'premium' LG Dryer. 4 months after purchasing there was a problem with the dryer. Called LG and stated that it was noisy, but service tech they sent out did not find anything wrong so he replaced the motor.
5 months after the warranty was up, the dryer completely stopped working due to a safety switch failure which I had repaired out of pocket.
4 months ago, the drum completed separated (which was probably why the dryer was always noisy, and cause of lint accumulation which burned out the safety switch).
Letter to LG: (this is the 3rd attempt to have LG repair and the latest)

On 05.31.03 I paid $770 for this LG dryer at Best Buy On 11.26.03 I had Warranty Service performed because dryer was noisy and vibrating, MR. APPLIANCE could not find source of problem but replaced motor. On 12.01.04 dryer stopped working and I paid out of warranty service to replace relays that protect dryer from catching on fire. On 05.05.08 the noise became substantially louder and I tried to get service without success - but the service technician stated this should be covered under warranty since this was a known defective design, where the drum becomes separated from back housing. Please note too that this was a problem I called in 6 months after purchase, and probably the cause of the lint build up killed the dryer that I paid for repair out of pocket to repair a relay. In summary:
If this is how LG treats their customers who are willing to pay TOP Dollar for their "Premium" Products - then Buyer Beware! I will never and would advise folks to never buy their products. This dryer is a pc of junk.
We bought ours used and on day 2 it stopped working. I discovered the lint trap tray is the actual culprit. It has a rubber trim and I noticed ours had a small section missing which caused lint to fall into the unit. My husband took it apart and there was TONS of lint...piled up on the heating element and all inside. A wire was even singed. It cost us $150 more to have it fixed and it was a total fire hazard! BIG TIME fire hazard! It also melted the wheel that spins the barrel.
I agree with Jeff, we also purchased the same dryer and 2 years ago it started thumping. Upon inspection the drum is split open on the seam just inside the door. The dryer has very low hours, this is definitely a known defect that should be replaced under a recall. There are literally thousands of units with the same problem, and LG has no liability? Where is the BBB.

I purchased two 125cc Go Carts from Legion Global (LG Wholesale) on 11-9-07. One of the cats broke down the first day I ran it. Since then i have spoken to them about 50+ time about the parts and I get the same story every time, they will check and get back with me or they are in the mail. Not only that, they took my money for the shipping of the parts on 2-25-08. As of today 10-27-08, they have never returned a phone call and i still do not have the parts. This company is fraudulent and something needs to be done to keep them from ripping off everone who makes a purchase from them. I have spoken with someone named Matt in the parts department, and an Ellie, I dont know what she does, and cant get any answers. This place is an absolte JOKE!
I agree, but it gets worse. We purchased the 125cc super wrangler and it broke down the first day as well. There is a flaw in the engineering of the go kart. We have to keep ordering the same part over and over again because every time the go kart hits a bump, the piece brakes because it is right next to the frame. It is engineered to brake. Go karts are meant to be ridden in rough terrain, so the location of this part should be elsewhere.
Abosolutely aggree this place is a sham. I bought the 125CC super wrangler go kart and this thing is a piece of crap. Can't get throught to anyone at the business. When I do call I get hung up on, and if I do get through to someone then they can't understand what my problem is. When the go kart came there is no assembly manual or anything to tell you how to put it together. Never have gotten this resolved. They need to have as many people that have had problems to report them to the attorney general. They are total scam artists.

These people are con artist, I bought one in July broke down would not shift in less than 4 months, they had it for 2 months and never called one time, after I filed complaint with BBB some half wit from their Memphis store calls and tells me they got it ready and I owe over 800 bucks for repairs, their response to BBB complaint was nothing but lies, their theme as you can see by all the complaints is customer abuse, my unit had 50 miles on it, was garaged and adult driven for the 50 miles it had on it, not done with them yet going to see lawyer and state attorney, best thing we can do is spread the word on these crooks I can assure you I will cost them more in sales than what they think they have stole from me.
Had it for seven days now, maybe have six hours on atv.battery will not hold charge, went and bought new battery, still wont turn it over, starter now shot! Pissed off seven and ten year old. Try to explain to them why they can't ride it. Happy birthday to them!

We purchased a LG dishwasher for $800.00 from Best Buy along with the maintenance agreement. Two months ago, August 2017, I called Best Buy to let them know the dishwasher was making an odd rumbling sound. They sent out a repair man who was here no more than 10 minutes to tell me the dishwasher probably had a seed or some loose food rumbling around and the dishwasher was just fine. September 12th I called Best Buy again because now the dishwasher was not cleaning or drying the dishes at all. I was told that it would be 2 weeks before a repairman would be out. Two weeks went by, a man from the “Geek Squad’ arrived. He looked at the dishwasher and quickly surmised that the motor was not working. Of course he did not have the motor with him; he advised he would have to order it. I asked how long that would take, and he said at the most 10 days. It has been an entire month since I first called in the repair and I still do not have a working dishwasher or have yet had anyone return. I called Best Buy today, October 10th asking where we were in repairing my dishwasher and was informed that the part order had been cancelled. I asked, why? The woman said she was sorry, but that she really did not know why. She said she would turn in an order to reorder the motor. I asked how long would that take? Four days, but that she would put a rush on it. This is unbelievable to me. No one called to let me know that there had been a cancellation in the order, no one called to let me know there was a delay. Of course I have to take time off work everytime the repairman comes out.
I vow never to buy a single thing from Best Buy again.

I am currently having the same problem. The motor on our lg dishwasher went in just over 2 yr of use. This is the 3 rd problem we have had with our dishwasher the 1st was in the first 2 months of owning it. . The problem is not with best buy but with lg itself. LG is terrible about having knowledge on thier own product, service help, getting parts, Now that I can get the parts it will be over $600 plus labor, the motor is only covered under warrenty for 2 yrs. so now my high end dishwasher is done in as well as my pocket book. Having purchased a lg tv in the boxing day sales we have had nothing but problems with the tv, the sound on the tv keeps going off, I have contacted the store and took the tv in to the store to be told that i have to prove that there was a fault with the tv, So i took my family {all young children) along to the store to be told that i will have to leave my tv with them, Leaving me with no tv until they could find a fault, I refused this option and said i would wait to see if the fault occured while i was in store, Surprise surprise it didn`t happen after one hour waiting around with my young family the chap on the desk asked me what i wanted to do as the store was closing. I said i wasn`t leaving until this matter was sorted, He gave me two options, Option1 leave the tv for them to HAVE a look in the morning or option 2 bring the tv back in the morning and go through the same process again.None of these were an option in my eyes. So i said i would contact trading standards in the morning then they offered me a replacement tv for the evening, while they sorted my tv out (NOT).One day later i was told to return the old tv and pick my tv up as they could not find a fault (By watching it in store).Two days later i am still stuck with a faulty tv . I was willing to go in store and upgrade to a bigger tv at my own cost as the tv i had was sold out. the tv purchased was a lg32 7000 bought for £350 in the boxing day sales at deepdale in preston lancs.Gone are the days that customer is always right.
My LG Microwave failed on the 1st August and a complaint was registered. RNA [protected]. A technician attend on the 2 nd august and said the control PCB is defective and need to order. And no news from them for 10 days and hence I contacted their toll free number and lodged a complaint against their ALWAYE service unit. Just because of that they played dirty games with me. They never contacted me for one month and up on my repeated complaints another technician came and removed a part from my oven. His service centre promised me over the phone that it will be replaced or repaired in 4 days time. I did not hear from them for almost 10 days and again complained to their customer care. Just because of that they did not give back the part for another 14 days. With this part in place, at least I could use the microwave for warming up function. Now, with this part with them, I could not even do that. That is how the harrased me for almost 2 months and finally the fit back my defective part . SO THE ONLY THING LG SERVICE CENTRE AT ALWAYE, DID IS NOTHING BUT HARASSED ME BY KEEPING MY OVEN NON FUNCTIONAL FOR TWO MONTHS. All this is because I complained against their service centre. Is this not a mafia kind operation ? Don't LG has any responsibility to have their products serviced after it is sold ? If they retaliate like this to the customers who complain why do they have this so called customer care service. LIFE IS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD LIKE THIS ?!. Lg company is denying to provide service support for the four year old lcd tv 42" size on the ground that this product is discontinued from production range.
Lg officer on the service desk are not bothered to lift phone or even reply on mail.
I recently purchased the 32" lh20 on January 16, 2010 for my bedroom when I got it home I noticed that the protection cover for mounting was missing so I called LG and Marsha on [protected] told me not to worry that the item would be shipped in 7-10 days since I didnt think anything of it I told my husband that the item was on its way so we mounted the television well needless to say 3 weeks later when I didn receive it by mail I called them back and spoke to Jasmine on 2/7/2010 who checked for me what has happened and told me that the item was never shipped so I asked what happen to which I received the answer that the Item was not needed therefore they were not going to mail me one out. I was appauled so I asked to speak to a supervisor and got Mr Ameth Arrocha on the same day and he told me he would look into it and get back to me the next day. Well I didnt hear from him till today 2/09/2010 so that he could tell me that if I wanted the piece I could place an order for the missing piece with parts, I was confused so I asked him why would I place an order and have to pay for it when the item was missing? He told me sorry but that they were not sending me the part and if I wanted it I would have to order and pay for it. NICE HUH. talk about customer satisfactionWell I couldnt believe that that would be the end of it so I told me why would your representative tell me the item was on the way when they werent going to do that I could have simply returned it but I didnt think it was a big deal especially when Marsha their representative told me I would be receiving in 7-10 days Well that was I guess my problem that their rep told me I would be receiving it instead of just returning for an exchange.
Still upset I tried one more time with their on line rep Rodrigo who in a conversation of about 20 to thirty minute and after agreeing with me that he would also be upset turned up telling me that I could order the part for 29.93 if I really needed to have it because it wasnt needed for the tv to run. I love how people could tell you hey I know you bought a new TV and I understand that the piece wasnt there but and I also know that you called 3 weeks earlier and at that point could have returned it to the store but even thought we told you dont worry I will send you the piece in 7-10 business days and now when I threw out the box and I cant return it now they say hey just spend another 29.93 and we'll send you the piece that was missing. I tell you I couldnt ask for a more CARING AND CONSERNED COMPANY I WOULD DEFINIATELY BUY SOMETHING ELSE FROM THEM AND DEFINATELY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO THERE COMPANY . NOT
I bought my fridge on 11/06/08 from Best Buy. It is an LG LFZ25980ST with a retail value of $3200. Only 2 months after purchase I found that all soft items in my fridge were frozen! I didn't get the Best Buy warranty (BIG mistake) because LG provided one. I didn't make sense to buy another and I assumed that anything was wrong they would make right. NOT! They sent someone out to fix it. Take 1/2 day off work for the repair guy, he looks at it, calls in parts and then sets up another appointment to replace the parts and I take another 1/2 day off work. This happens another 4 times. The 3rd time I asked them to replace it they said no we need to try and fix it again. The 4th time (9/09) the said the same thing but also if this happens again we will replace it. I told them that the next time it will most likely be out of warranty. They said don't worry if it is the same issue we will take care of it. Well here we are 12/16/09 and all my veggies are frozen again. I call LG and get the SAME run around. The worst of it is there is only the customer rep and a supervisor and NO ONE above that person to talk to. She then told me my fridge is now out of warranty and she would have to extend it. I am like I want it replaced! She says "Mam I can extend the warranty and have it repaired again or you can deal with it yourself." So of course what choice to I have? I also asked how many times does the same issue have to be fixed before you will replace it? Mam I can't answer that. What happens if it does this again and the extended warranty is over? Mam you will have to see if you can get it extended again.
Best Buy can't do anything because I didn't buy their warranty. They wouldn't even take it back when this 1st started.
My advice from now on when you buy a major appliance buy the warranty from the store and verify their replacement policy up front. Do not ever buy an LG appliance. I have their dish washer and LOVE it (of course according to other complaints it still might break down), I love the fridge when it works. When they work their appliances are great. The problem is if you get a lemon you will have to have it fixed over and over again until they finally say "No sir/mam we can not extend that warranty again". That is enough for me to not buy another LG.
bad service
On 29th of JuLy, I gave my KG 800 to LG service, because it wasn't working (IMEI No:[protected]). Later I learned that it was waiting for a part to be imported, so that the rapiar could be completed. On 25th of August, I called LG Turkey call center. They said that the part had arrived and I could take my phone in a week. I called again the next week. They said that they were waiting for the part(!). Today, after 3 weeks of my initial call, I am still waiting for the part to come.
Moreover, the 30 working days limit of service duration has been completed and they must give a completely new product now. But they say that since the main board of the phone will be changed they won't give a new phone.
LG Turkey didn't call me at all to inform me during this process and when I called them they provided either wrong or unreleated information.
I am still waiting for my phone.

I purchased a LG RC199H DVD recorder/VHS combo from Best Buy and the dvd player lasted about 9 months. I sent the product to LG and they told me that I needed a new dvd player. I paid them $70.00 to install the new dvd player. The second dvd player worked for about 6 months and then went bad. I called LG and they said I only had a 90 day warranty on the repair. This product is a piece of junk. I find it amazing that both dvd players lasted for such a short period of time and that they do not consider this a design defect. LG sells junk and I will never purchase another product with the Zenith/LG name on it. Best Buy should be ashamed of itself for selling their junk products. When you search the internet you will find that numerous other people have the same complaint. Someone needs to start a class action suit against these guys.
I purchased an LG dvd/Blu ray player about 4 months ago. It's already having all kinds of issues. It now won't play any disc's. Says no disc. I've cleaned the disc's and the player to the best of my abilities and the stupid thing still won't play. Piece of crap! Do not buy!
I purchased all new top of the line LG Kitchen appliances and everyone of them failed almost within a week of one another at the end of five years. LG is an arm of the North Korean Communist Party. Funny, I still have a Maytag frig. from years ago that runs fine.
I bought a 70inch lg smart tv that lost video while still under warranty. They told me I had to get it to a repair center almost 400 kms away at my own cost because I live too far away. To rent a truck, travel that distance to drop it off and then repeat to pick it up will cost me more than tv cost. DO NOT BUY LG TELEVISIONS IF YOU LIVE 150KMS OR MORE FROM SERVICE CENTER! If is is that expensive to get it repaired, they should replace it since it cant last for 1 year. I have the exact same problem ! The DVD does not play. The machine "Reads" the DVD disk and after a few seconds, ejects the DVD. I did not bother repairing and throwing good money after bad.

Your problem with the LG RC-199H is exactly the same as mine. I too had it repaired (for $60 - under partial warranty) and after a few months of rare use, it is failing again. Now parts are not available. After reviewing complaints on the internet, it seems this is clearly a lemon product. LG should be forced to offer a free extended warranty on this piece of junk. I will never buy an LG product again. Lesson learned.

I am an American living in Spain who was looking for a DVD player with a hard drive to record programs while I am at work. Besides a programmed record mode, I was looking for a machine that can record in 2 languages (in Europe, many American shows are shown in translation, but a second audio channel offers the English audio feed).
The LG 497H seemed to fit the bill. The shop assistant assured me that yes, indeed, it could record in 2 languages, and of course, it had a programmed record setting. I bought the apparatus.
When I connected it, I found that it was capable of recording in English when I manually hit the record button. But, I could NOT record in English when I programmed it. After 2 days of configuring and trying every possible thing I could think of to get it to record in English using the programmed recording mode, I gave up and decided to contact customer services.
13 days later, I received a reply. The machine can only record in a second language if you are at home. It is impossible to record in a second language using programmed recording. What's worse, the store that I purchased the DVD player from has a 2-week return policy. Since LG took 13 days to respond to my one question, I cannot return it. LG has begged my pardon, but made clear that they will not return my money, nor will they exchange it for a DVD player capable of 2-language programmed recording.
I feel violated. The customer service rep argued that nowhere in the owner's manual does it claim that the 2-language recording and programmed recording work together. This is laughable! I asked if LG's television manuals claim that the audio and video can work together at the same time?
So, the LG RHT 497H was designed poorly. This is to say, some engineer thought it would be a good idea to allow for dual language recording, and a good idea to allow programmed recording, but overlooked completely the fact that someone might want to use the 2 features together.
And, LG's Spain Customer Service Department took nearly 2 weeks to answer a simple question, which resulted in my being unable to return the poorly designed product.
And, despite my having pointed out both the design flaw, and the poor customer service which has caused me such trouble, LG has begged my forgiveness, but refused to help me!

My 1 year old TV stopped working 1 month to the day after the warranty expired. When you pay $1000 for a TV you expect itto work for a few years. Turns out the hardware was fried. I left 3 messeges for the manager who never returned my calls. I called the service center who set up a service call for the following week. He never told me I could take the TV into the store to get a diagnosis for a fraction of the cost of a service fee. The service technician came the following week and within 2 minutes said the mainboard needed to be replaced. His fee $107 (for 2 minutes!) I asked for a receipt for my payment and he didn't have one. I offeredto follow him to the drugstore so he could make me a copy, but when we got there and he learned it cost 10 cents to make a copy, he refused. I paid the 10 cents to get a copy of his work order showing my payment. UNBELEIVABLE! I took that receipt went directly to the store and asked for the mananger who didin't return my calls the week before. He kept me waiting a few minutes and I went looking for him. I found him playing around with a radio. I asked him if that radio was more important than a customer? I was fuming and less than impatient with him. He said he would contact his superior to help me with my TV. His superior called to tell me there was nothing he could do. I should have purchased the extended warranty. I left a dozen messeges with 2 different Regional Managers and the Supervisor is the escalation department at the corporate and to this day, no one has returned my calls. The technician called to inform me that in order to fix my TV the part would cost $540 and labor would be$200. I called LG directly and they paid for the parts and labor to fix my TV. Conn's could have made that phone call in the first place. I have spent over $10, 000 at Conn's over the years, but from this day on, I will not even buy a toaster from them. If you need quality merchandise and quality customer service - SHOP ELSEWHERE! CONN'S SUCKS!

I have purchased a LG Microwave, after 1 yr. 2 months the the front membrane (skicker) starts malfunctioning, I report it to the service center they said that we will replace this part, I left my microwave there on 28/07/08 (job no.521) after 20 days they said the company is not providing us the right part, so you wait for some time and returned my product with some temporary arrangements and said that now only the start switch will work. Today it is over 1 month my microwave is lying is with me and now the the heating is also stopped.

I had bought one LG mircrowave oven, few years back. About 2 months back it stopped working and I had registered a complaint with LG under complaint no.W9C90300410. LG mechanic has visited our place, opened the microwave and said they have to replace the PCB. They iformed us that if the PCB is availabale in Goa they will come and repair the microwave the next day; other wise they will get the part with in a week and set right the machine.
It is more than 45 days now and I have made at least 100 calls to [protected] and also to your dealer Star services at 2464630. Your call center people give goody goody promises and your dealer does not lift the phone 99% times and if I get him luckily, he also will gives me a promise. My microwave is not yet repaired. I have never come across a more lousy servive from any other manufacturer. Before I throw this machine, can you tell me whether you will reapir this?
I would request you to give me a feed back as to whether you will do some thing for this or I have to forget the machine.

I put my complaints on 18th august regarding cooling of my refrigerator with no. w8c81807351 but they said if you have bill we can consider under warranty which is not missed so request to issue duplicate bill to victory electrics Rajkot from where we purchased this refrigerator but they have not able to provide me the same so I pass the request to company regarding duplicate bill and for that I had given my refrigerator model no., serial no. but then also they are not able to track my transaction and not providing duplicate bill which is required to verify the warranty period. This process is going on for last 11 days.
I had purchased a washing machine is in warranty of 10 yrs. since my bill is missing IG service center creating pressure to pay the price for the part..how can I get my duplicate bill..any one please share information available with you...
Two months down the line i had purchased the LG Refrigerator from Vijay Sales and thats where we made a big mistake. The ref. was delivered the next day itself, but when the refrigerator came, the tray was broken due to which we had to send the Ref. again with the delivery boy.The next day they delivered the ref. when we made the entire check we found the defrost pipe was missing mean while the delivery boy had left. I would request people never go to purchase electronics from VIJAY SALES. Pathetic service from then.

If you unplug it for a couple of hours does it start cooling again? If yes it is then it your defrost timer that's what happened to mine. The timer is located in the same housing as the refrigerator temp controller.

Bought a LG GR-621RW fridge 5 years ago. Every 14 months, we have to get a new handle because they keep breaking. Hassle, hassle, hassle. Never buy LG.
I had the same problem as well. I just called LG Customer Support and they said they would send me out a replacement (5-7 business days). Customer service also gave me no hassle.

I also have the same problem with the handle. I have had mine replaced 5 times in the past 6 years. Upon calling LG, they have never given me a difficult time replacing the handle. They always send one out right away. The last one I received was supoosed to have been made with a stronger material. I am hoping that is the last of the broken handles. Other than that, I have had positive customer service experience with LG and they never hassle me for a copy of my receipt unlike some other companies.

Till now they haven't gave our home theater and even they are not responding to our call. I make a call to your dealer to send a company experienced skilled mechanic for shifting, they immediately agreed & after 2 days (19/03/2012) morning send two mechanics for shifting & mechanics shifted the A.C. to the new above mentioned address & starts the A.C. showing the panel display . They took their charges Rs 1000/-forcefully, as the dealer committed to take Rs 700/- only, but anyway I paid them Rs 1000/-. But after six days on 25/03/2012 when I shifted with my family & switch on the A.C. the air conditioner doesn’t gives cooing. Next morning I again lodge a complain about this problem to your dealer. Then once again they send another mechanic . On seeing the entire system of work the mechanic told me that the GAS has LEAKED OUT due to loose in nut-bolt combination. So, gas is to be fulfilled by paying the required amount. After this I once call to your dealer in details. Then they asked me the name & ph no. of the first mechanic. I doesn’t have any knowledge about their names & numbers .So they refuse to help us. Now my Air Conditioner is un used.

I hav bought a 1.6ton split AC. And its sensor/display is not working. I had registered a complaint 3 months back and for every folloow up i make, i get the response that " it wil be done tomorrow". Purchase was done in march and the product didnt work properly not even for 3 months.
Worst part of it here is that, LG has got an the worst service centre (thane maharastra) and nothing is happening there.

I requested for servicing of LG ac which I bought in JUNE07 on 26th April2008. I was given complaint No N8c42608881 & assured that the technician would come between 9 AM and 1Pm on 27th April. Since no one contacted me or came I gave a reminder on 28th morning. Iwas tiold that as per the entry in the records somebody had contacted me even though no actually contacted me. I was told that an urgent request has been made and the techniciad would come at 4.30 Pm. No one contacted me or came . I gave another reminder at 530 Pm and was told the same thing again. It is indeed shocking that even after 96 hours there has been no response 7 no one has come. Will be grateful if the matter is investigated and a technician is sent to service the AC at the earliest.

I had asked for Service for 3 windows and 1 split AC on 12.4.08, nos. 98C21200582, 83, 84, 85. On 12.4.08, men from service center came and serviced 3 windows and 4 spilts (as per their record well the truth is they did nothing just asked questions and saw the AC) . The truth is i have only 3 windows and 1 split AC .
On 14.4.08 i complained and subsequently they came again and service 4 splits (as per record).
From 14.4.08 onwards when io switched my ACs on, they were not cooling, So again on 17.4.08, i compalined nos. N8C4170027 and then i was informed the Acs were not having gas. Technically as informed by trade pundits, AC are serviced only if they have full gas in them.
So how come my ACs were serviced without gas, thought he truth is that the service man leaked the gas to either extort money or just to harras us.
Secondly how my 3 windows and 1 split AC have become 3 windows and 4 spilts.
Pls take this issue seriously and revert back immediately on my no. +[protected].

Purchased a front load washer from a store called RC Wiley june 1st washer was delivered june 17th. When washing my first load of clothes in my lg front load washer model #WM2455H I noticed machine shaked really bad. Just moving into my new home I found time to call two weeks later to the store who delivered the machine. They came out and looked at the washer and told me that there was a problem with the suspension inside the machine it probably needs to be changed.The tech. from RC Wiley said he would turn it in to his boss. Two days later a tech. from LG electronics came adjusted the legs on the washer ran machine through one cycle machine ran ok at then. Two days later washer started shaking more violently than before. I called LG spoke to a supervisor july 18th to still have not seen a tech. They said they would call me when they found a appliance service to come out and repair the washer. The last person I spoke to Sunny on july 28th her # [protected] ext 7010 never called me back which she said she would.I would like machine changed.
