LBC Express review: they said my money was already claimed

i cash out my money in coins.ph to lbc . when i encash it in lbc on january 06, 2020 5:30pm they said they don't have 10k in their counter, so i decide to get it tomorrow, when i go back in lbc on january 07, 2020. They said that my money was already claimed in sm telabastagan on january 06, 2020 7:26pm. I wrote in form that my claiming address was here in urdaneta city, pangasinan, how come that my money was claimed in sm telabastagan in san fernando, pampanga, please help us po
