I would like to file a complaint against your lbc delivery actually our parcel will come from iloilo city going to san mateo rizal it was send on december 6, 2017 according to your website tracking your parcel it was deliver december 9 but the recipient was not available, how come it wound be available it was a medicine and it is very important...Then dec 11 agin it says it was deliver but then the recipient was not available...Niloloko nyo ba kmi until 11pm po kmi nag antay para sa parcel na un diosko naman pag me nagyari sa pasyente nmin sasagutin nyo ba? sana naman gumawa kayo ng aksyon provided naman lahat ng details kung hindi matuntun ang bahay tawagan nyo po...Hindi po maganda ang serbsyo nyo...Lahat ng number sa cainta walang sumasagot 2402669/2405225/2402294 mag hire po kayo ng maghire para matugunan ang mga clients nyo...

Hindi ako binigyan ng sukli ng courier. Bad service! 1500 ang pera ko tapos 1147 ang item. They parked kasi medyo malayo sa bahay ko tapos nung pinasok ko yung item sa bahay at bumalik siya sa van nila, akala ko kukuha ng sukli kasi nagtanong pa siya kung OK lang ba kukulangin ng tres pesos, sabi ko OK lang sa akin. Ayun, pagpasok ko ng item, umalis na sila. I filed a complaint with local LBC pero the courier who delivered the item insisted EXACT AMOUNT daw binigay ko. Hawak hawak ko pa ang dalawang bills - 1000 and 500- sa footage ng cctv camera ko. Dios mio! Sinungaling na courier! DON’T USE LBC’S SERVICES!

If you read the other complaints against LBC, madalas and reklamo is nagtext sila na idedeliver tapos hindi naman dadating at magugulat ka na lang pagcheck mo ng status online.. consignee not available daw kahit na lagi nmn may tao to receive the item. Mukhang nagiging habit na 'to ng mga delivery guys nila. Sobrang palpak tapos wala ng movement sa package pagchineck mo ulit online kahit na supposedly mareturn to sender na sya after 2 or 3 failed attempts. Tsk tsk tsk
Nganga na lang tayong mga customers.

un sa amin naman kahapon dumating pro nakalagay sa status til now is not available yung recepient dahil kasi nagkamali kami. ang naibigay namin php1150 akala namin black arrow yong dumating kasi tumawag cla before delivery. in fairness sa black arrow, tumatawag before delivery tapos they will inform u how much yong dapat mong bayaran. balik sa lbc delivery guy, ayon nong binigay yong php1150 kasi nga nagmadali kami di man lang nya sinabi na php606 lang yong dapat namin bayaran. dbah dapat honest cla. try nmn tawagan customer service busy pa. sana macontact nmin.

tsk tsk.. lumalala na ang pagbigay nila ng bad service
alam naman ni delivery guy how much un dapat bayaran ni buyer and malamang sa malamang binilang nya un perang inabot sa kanya para malaman kung kulang or may sukli pa.. pero hindi sya nagbigay ng change..
karma na lang sa kanya.

I have the same experience with yours. Sabi nila dumating pero hindi daw available yung recepient. Pero hindi namn talaga dumating
