LBC Express packages did not receive

Hi, I would like to file a complaint about your delivery boy from lbc cainta-marikina hub. Every time i had an order from shopee, or a delivery for my credit card, he always declare house closed even when he did not even attempt to go to our house, house closed is not possible because im always here to receive the package. Lbc tracking number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. This is a habit that needs to be corrected. I went there to file a complaint and the said delivery boy has many complaints from other customers for the same issue, . I want this issue resolved.

LBC Express my order from shopee

Poor service LBC delivery ! 👎👎I'm so disappointed, this is the second time already they did this. The delivery man will only miscall you once and never even tried to text first or bother wait for thr customers reply. When you try to ask if they could atleast try to drop by the item, the delivery man will just say "I'm very busy i have to deliver to others", how about my order then?they did not even bother to text ahead that they will deliver the item already.😐😐

LBC Express parcel returned back to seller (unknown reason)!

I ordered in Shopee and I keep on tracking my order.
My order was out for delivery on January 8. Later, the status changed to "RETURN TO ORIGIN" meaning they are returning my order to the seller! They haven't reach me through text that they are on their way to deliver my order. They didn't contact me! and now they will return it to the seller! I called Lbc, they requested me call again to give the reference number of my complaint in shopee. I called again and they want me to give the tracking number instead and not the reference number! My gosh! Hassle! My seller can't give me the tracking number because it's Quiapo's fiesta and unluckily they are located in Quiapo. Now my order is in transit going back to the seller! The voucher that I used in my order will be expired without getting benefit form it! I need my order to be delivered as soon as possible but nah!
Poor service!

LBC Express the shipment process

So I've been waiting for my package from shopee, I havent received anything and now it's going back to the seller, they posted that it'll be out for delivery on 19:21 then 19:23 they say delivery failed no payment, I dont know how to contact LBC, my supplier contacted the LBC and fix this matter but They still posted in logistics tracking that it is now in transit back to the seller.

Hello ako din po palaging delivery failed kahit di naman dumadating kung out for delivery jan 4.palamang noong na receive sa warehouse hanggang ngayon wala pa tapos posted status kanina eh rto: scc head office, ano pong ibig sabihin non?
Wala po kasing sumasagot sa mga email ko sa lbc at shopee at wala rin po kasi akong telephone number.
Ang hirap po kasing magreturn/refund dahil sayang po yong voucher at noong dec, .19 palamang yong order thank you!

LBC Express my package!

Why is my package left at the guard named sg bustamante in urban deca homes tipolo cebu city? why do lbc mail man authorized an unauthorized person to receive my package and not my recipient? its been days now that my package is somewhere down the round! and we wondered why my recipient still hasn't received any! dec28 when the package was delivered and so we thought its already on its way! if we did not track the package we wouldn't know that it was left by the guard down in deca homes, this is very frustrating because aside from the fact that this package is urgent that is why i sent it thru air cargo, we are also busy individuals who doesn't have enough time to track this day by day just so we my recipient could get it! i've been with you guys eversince and this is the first time ever happened. Annoyed and aggravated customer here! many inconvenience has caused along this line and many are being compromised by just leaving this package at the guard door! this is unacceptable lbc! now if this package is gone? how are you going to deal with this? fix this problem lbc!

LBC Express returning the item to the supplier without reaching me first

It was last December 31, 2017 the item arrived as I monitored my item online but it was Sunday so they're close until January 2, 2018. On January 2, 2018, I went to the warehouse to pick up my item but the lady said it was not yet there and they will contact me. Just this January 5, 2018, I went to check on my items because not one phone call arrived on my phone and sad to say they already shipped out my item back to the sender which is my supplier last January 4, 2018 at 5 o'clock in the afternoon for the reason of their courier is that I cannot be reached out when they called. It is so impossible if they called me how many times and still I can't be reached, I was in town on that day and I have strong signal. We have small business and costumers are waiting for our products, because of this our costumers are discouraged. Please please improve the system, it just got worse. I'm referring to the Dumaguete City LBC Warehouse. Thank you.

LBC Express door to door delivery

I took advantage of a delivery from one city to another using the services of the said company. It took them 10 days for a next day delivery service that I paid good money with. Worst is everytime I tried to track my oackage there is no update on their site. So I need to make overseas call for 4 consecutive days and be the one to reach out on their shortcoming. On the last day that I am calling they assured me that it will be delivered the day after. BUT STILL IT DOESNT HAPPEN AND STILL NO UPDATE

I called LBC office 3 times but all I got is the response that they will investigate the situation.I particularly spoke to A person named Abby who works at LBC, Philippines and this is what she advised me to do.To file a complaint or go to the branch where i remitted the money and this is what My next step is.

LBC Express difficulty in tracking my package

Your website tracking number is not working and your personnel is doing the same. They are lazy. I have a item bought at shoppee... shoppee's tracking said it is already received at digos...lbc digos insist that they dont still have the item because they havent opened their bags...they just tell us that they will just deliver it. I need to get the item at their ofs because i will be travelling.I dont like your deliver because last time when they deliver...they didnt contact me because they dont have a LOAD on their celphone...so i have to get it at their ofs. WTF... tell them to do their job...

LBC Express delivery of shopee order

Delivery of items is always posted with tag "unknown consignee" without even texting the recipient that they're already at the delivery address, they don't even bother to ask the residents of the area to look for the exact location of receiver to deliver the package they are just wasting the time, money and effort of both the sender and the receiver of the ordered items.

LBC Express unknown shipment issue

My tracking number is [protected] and I should have my package yesterday. However, it's already December 28 and there's no any sign of delivery. When I checked it, it said that there was a shipment issue. Please tell me what's happening. And what action must be needed to perform. If your hotline is [protected], it's busy. LBC Express delivery

Since nung 26 po na deliver yung package sa bahay kaso wala ako the the next business daw so dapat 27 nareceive ko na yung package yet wala pa sana dumating ngayon 28. Thanks. Need ko na yung package eto yung tracking number [protected]. Yet wala pang update po sa lbc tracking website sana po di man lang nagtext kasi kung may delivery nun buti pa yung lazada.

LBC Express 1 parcel ordered from lazada (cod)

I would like to ask regarding with my ordered item from LAZADA w/ tracking no. [protected] that should be delivered last Dec. 26, 2017 but unfortunately according to your tracking site it says "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address." And on your LBC aftership, the said parcel was delivered @ 11:30 p.m which in that case the consignee has already gone home because the buildings business hours is from 8:30 a.m - 5:30 p.m only. I would like to suggest that you deliver the said item on the said business hours of the consignee. And when will you deliver again the item.

Hoping to get your quickest response to my query.

LBC Express 1 parcel that I ordered from atozcm (cod)

I would like to ask regarding my order with tracking number [protected], when will you again send it out for delivery, since according to the LBC tracking, it says that " you tried to deliver the shipment but the recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with you through your official customer care channels". While LBC tracking after ship shows that you tried to deliver the above-mentioned shipment 9:31 PM on December 22, 2017, and looking at the time the consignee is really not there because it is already 9:31 PM and the address of the consignee in that parcel for shipment/delivery is her office address but there is a guard in that office waiting anytime for that said delivery wherein the consignee left an exact amount of cash for payment in case you will deliver it anytime.

Moreover, I would like to re-iterate my question, when will you again send my parcel/order for delivery? As what I have said I instructed my staff and our office guard to receive the delivery and have it paid, since I left an exact amount of cash with them for the payment anytime you will deliver. And kindly do not send it out for delivery during night time.

Likewise, I would like to request your office to re-deliver my parcel at the address stated in that said parcel for shipment/delivery and kindly have it deliver on daytime (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) weekdays excluding holiday, weekends and nighttime.

Hoping I could get a favorable answer for my query.

LBC Express delivery man

i have a product to be delivered on dec 21st but i was not available so i have requested for pick up the next day. the delivery man called and i told him that i'll be able to pick up the package before 5pm but he insisted to have it delivered the next day because he has a delivery on the same venue so i agreed. the following day their office had a scheduled half day policy so he can only make deliveries until 12noon... he told me that he forgot my item because he has 80 deliveries but i was surprised that when i called, he told me that he will not deliver my item today. ang bastos nya... ganyan ba ang laht ng courier nyo? tinanong ko p xa kung anong balak nya sa item ko at pauilit ulit pa nyang cnbi" ako? anong balak ko sa item nyo? " " ako? " pinacancel ko na ung item ko because of his bad customer service... sobrang bastos. ilng beses n akong nagrerecve ng item from shoppee xa at xa ang nagdedeliver at bastos tlga xa... i want action on this... you cannot expect to have your business running with this kind of personnel . tracking number 05383229yanc

LBC Express lack of knowledge

I want to file a complain for the staff of LBC in SM puerto princesa. I went to their shop yesterday around 5pm and send a Globe Lte wifi to manila, they told me that my friend in manila can pick it today. They ask me on what exact location I want to send that. I told them that I dont have yet an Idea because I cant contact my friend that time but since my friend was at ortigas, I ask them if they do have an Lbc branch inside the robinson ortigas, but they dont know also. (what?) They told me that just pick it at Lbc delivery hub in ortigas. Now my friend went to Lbc in robinson to check where he can claim the item but they answered him that they dont know. This is LACK of knowledge or Mis-information. They also told him that it might still in palawan! And they will resume operation in thursday! My friend will stay in manila for just 1week and he cant use the wifi! My name is Mary Grace tolentino.

LBC Express shopee parcels incorrect address

Hi good evening i have 3 parcels that should be delivered in LBC Albay but according to the shopee my address is incorrect how can i get those parcel? According to the shopee and also in the lbc tracking 1 of the 3 parcels are being returned to the person where my parcel come from... I can't locate where are my parcels now... LBC Express late delivery

I called Sir Ian thru his cellphone. He just get the tracking number of my order in Shopee then I ask for follow up and update.. But there was no update for 5 hours of waiting. I think the real problem is the courier itself. Very poor service from LBC. The last status of my order is
"Delivery failed. POSTED STATUS : REQUEST TO POSTPONE DELIVERY SIR ROD BAHIO" Here is the tracking number: [protected]-YVBT. Please help me with this.. I expected the product delivery today (Dec 22, 2017)

LBC Express remittance/refund not received

Hi, I just want to complain about my refund at LAZADA.

I ordered an item at LAZADA and it was delivered to me last December 2, 2017. I decided to return it because it was defective. The process of returning was fine. But the process of getting my refund is so frustrating. I waited for the email of LAZADA for my remittance number and by the time that they emailed me, I immediately went to LBC Prince Mall Baybay, Leyte Branch to get my refund/money. Monday, Dec 18, 2017 9:30 AM I went to the branch and the teller named Kate B. Hinlog told me that I need to indicate the Order number because they are going to email it and wait for the approval. Since I forgot the Order number of the item I decided to be back there in the afternoon at 5:20 PM and give the Order number to the teller. After giving it to the teller, she said that she cannot get the refund now because she will email it and wait for the approval. So, on Tuesday Dec. 19 at 5:10 P.M, I went to the branch and asked if I can get my refund. She said that it was already approved but unfortunately they're OFFLINE and cannot process to pay out my money. She said that just come back tomorrow, Dec. 20, 2017. On that day, Dec. 20 I decided not to go there because I had an important thing to do that day. Yesterday, Dec. 21, I went to LBC Prince Baybay Branch AGAIN at 5:25 PM but unfortunately it was OFFLINE again. So, I decided to got the main branch in Baybay and did not get my refund AGAIN because the teller at the Main Branch said that they still have to email my order number because it appeared on their system that it's still not approved. So, I was shocked because the teller at Prince Mall Branch said that it was approved and ready to pay out. And they told me that I just have to wait for their text message if the money is already ready to pay out.

Question:
Why is your branch here in Baybay Leyte, always offline in the afternoon? Maybe you should change your internet provider so that your customers will not be hassled in getting their remittances.

P.S: not good customer service

I am writing a complain letter to lbc because of poor system.I send a lot of boxes from you but this is the first time my box was pending at Singapore from nov9 until nov29. I send a small box for my family earlier for them to be able to receive before Christmas time all my children's cloth was there.but I'm so up set bec until now o don't know where my box is?
