I received a sms laat saturday saying that my order will be deliverd that day I was not home but since the msg said it will be deliber within the day I went home early becauseI really need the item i ordered. I called around 6pm saturday in theiehotline asking what time will they deliver. they told me they just deliver till 7pm so they think due to the bulk of deliveries my item willbe delivered monday. I kept cool since i understand the predicament but they told me they will prioritize my item. monday came still no delivery i called again they said its in their angeles hub already and will tell the hub tohave it deliver. tuesday came no item came. then wednesday came no item and they even posted in the link in my shopee notification that it was delivered but i did not pay. This i really angered me. I told them why send such message (message last saturday) that the item is for delivery if they will not deliver and why say they delivered if no delivery guy called to confirm my address. o toldthemto juat cancel my order since my errands are being affected due to the fact that im waiting for thisdelivery. today i received a msg sms asking for my address where my exactloc is. He asked if we live near the gas station then no reply. I even asked my brother to check thedelivery guy if hes in the gasstation. I replied even if i told them i will cancel I thought of the time that will be wasted onthe part of the delivery guy if i will not get the item. i msgd back but the delivery guy is plain unprofessional. I msgd but he did not reply. he justreplied when i told him to msg me if he will still deliver since we are about to leave the house. and told him frankly that im really meaning to cancel the order due to the bad services. he replied on the way na po mam. when he msgd me hes out already i asked my brother to get the item but hes left already did not even care to knock and my brother went out 2 mins after i received thedelivery guy's msg. the services of LBC really disappointed me.

This complaint is addressed to LBC-SM Marikina Branch staffs.
Yesterday April 26, 2018 around 6pm, I authorized my wife to pick-up my package at the said branch. I provided my wife an authorization letter handwritten and signed by me, together with my valid drivers license ID and her ID, Sadly they refuse to hand over the package because they want a photocopy of the IDs. My hand written and signed authorization letter is very binding for the package to be released, and they have our physical IDs to check or verify. This is an annoying requirement they were asking and they even told me that it was a company policy but i dont believe it was. Please LBC, replace your staffs at LBC SM Marikina branch and subject them for more trainings in handling their clients and transactions.
Ive been transacting with the said branch for 4 years now and now im annoyed with the staffs to even return to that branch. I hope they apologize to us for causing the inconvinience so we could resume our transactions with them.

i’m complaining on the very delayed delivery of my balikbayan box for more than 20days than the expected date of arrival to the exact address
When we called up LBC cebu delivery they always tell us to call back. when in fact we always tried calling them and offered to get the balikbayan box at the warehouse so as to avoid delay but they refused to give us information on the address of their warehouse. It has been more than 20days since the arrival of the balikbayan box here in Cebu City but until now there has been no progress/updates. Pls look into this tracking number [protected]

I am complaining about my documents which supposedly delivered to my last april 19.it was released to someone na hindi naman sa kanya nakapangalan. I already complained this to the head delivery employee named Ace Vidanas of Warehouse 10 cabuyao laguna. He promised me to deliver in my address within that day but until now wala pa rin. I was already delayed in my appointments to dfa dahil lang jan. I will surely report this to Tulfo na para maaksyonan ang anumalya ng LBC.

the package already arrived in Tandag branch and when weve track it. April 25, 2018 the note said ready for delivery please expect delivery with in the day. The what happen all day long weve wait for the package to arrived pero walang dumating. i am complaining abt an lbc employee name Roger Allarde. magkaiba yun address na nilagay nya sa resibo at address na naka note sa system ng lbc. kaya yun documents namin napadala sa ivang lugar. binalikan namin sya at wala syang ibang naitulong or nasabi kundi wala syang kasalanan. so kanino kame hihingi ng tulong? sa pag kakamalu ng isang bobong empleyado ng lbc.

April 21, ready na dapat mareceive yung items na inorder ko pero di nila makita yung adress ko which is just 150 meters away from their office. Kaya pinapunta ko nanay ko para makuha man lang, pero ala yung delivery man na in charge sa package, so tumagal na hanggang ngayon di pa makuha... tinatawagan namin sila but laging nagriring lang... alang sumsagot. LBC doing a pretty good job at messing around with people's packages. Keep it up, kasi konti na lang mapupuno na kami sa inyo... You're lines should be open, not to mention that dapat lahat ng address nahahanap niyo...

I just received a text coming from LBC last April 19 said that they will deliver our items. And yet hindi pa namin natatanggap. I tried to track my shipment and the website stated that delivery address is out of your delivery area. I emailed LBC thru your given customer service and wala naman nag reresponse till now even sa call! Napaka poor ng service nyo. Tama yung mga comments na nababasa ko tungkol sa inyo. Dame nyong branch and tao, simpleng email at pagsagot sa tawag hindi nyo magawa. Nkakadisappoint kasi ang laki ng company nyo. Tapos ganyan service nyo.

We're waiting for an item purchased at Shopee. Ang sabi eh from xPost, na-transfer sa LBC Integrated. Then I tracked the package ang sabi is in transit na. Then last night I checked again (kasi 'yung isang order namin dumating na pero itong isa wala pa), ang sabi eh FAILED DELIVERY CONSIGNEE UNKNOWN AS PER REYES FAMILY. Weird nito kasi wala namang text na nag-inform na ide-deliver na yung package and base sa experience namin, laging may nagtetext o tumatawag sa amin asking for directions since itong bahay namin ay medyo looban. Pero ito, walang paramdam pero sabi sa tracking FAILED DELIVERY?
Today nag-text ang LBC around 1:30 pm. Naghintay kami maghapon. As of writing (18:41 hrs), wala pang LBC na nagparamdam ulit at wala ring package.
I'm trying to look for LBC Integrated online pero wala silang website.

Ano na LBC?! Tangina nyo nung april 21 pa delivery hub ninyo yung item nung April 24 nyo lang idedeliver at ang matinde pa non hndi nyo na ideliver at ang reason nyo sa website nyo. My friend sent me a parcel yesterday from Zamboanga to Manila. Based on the receipt it is to be claimed today. But when i went there, found out that no records found and said that the tracking number that the lbc provided was void. I even tracked it online but it says "no detais found." Hello po nag text saakin ang LBC na Monday daw madeliver ang product na inorder ko from lazada, pero Thursday na wala parin nag text at dineliver ang product ko, grabi ang hintayan ko sa bahay, marami akong pupuntahan pero di ko mapuntahan kasi hinihintay ko ang delivery, pero kahit ngayon wala pa rin.

The delivery guy did not deliver my package today because he said i didnt reply when he asked for the landmark. I was busy and have not found the time to reply. I even made sure that my complete address is stated when i order the product, including my house number and village name. And also lbc has been delivering a lot of times to our house, and this is the first time that i have encountered a very lazy delivery guy. He even told me that he will deliver the package on Monday and not today. SO DISAPPOINTED. My tracking number is [protected]. Hope you could do something about this matter.

damaged item delivered
I went to their branch in Magalang far where I live just to deliver my LV sandal to Batangas and my customer complained that the sandal was damaged. I was expecting too much that after I paid for 180.00 plus 5.00 for minimum insurance my sandal will be safe regardless if it is insured or not because I was expecting they would take would take good care of my sandal. I am complaining about LBC talisay cebu delivery team. After tracking my expected package I discovered that it was already for delivery on April 18, 2018. And now it is already april 19, 2018. Please do a specific action to this and talk to your delivery team specially the talisay delivery team in cebu. I have to cancel my plans last april 18 but the package never arrived. You have to seriously do something about this.

I think lbc delivery team just sends reports that they delivered the shipment and encountered issues (even if they did not). I was expecting my shipment to arrive yesterday. I even received a text message from the lbc delivery person who said they will be shipping the item within the day. I sent a text message towards the afternoon to check if they still will be able to deliver the item within the day but got no response. To make a long story short, no one came by to deliver the item. When I called lbc today, they were able to confirm they had the correct address but said the item is with returns and that there's nothing they can do about it. They asked me to contact the shipper (lazada) who said they won't be able to re-deliver the item and that I would need to send another request. I had to wait 2 weeks for the item and now, will have to wait another 2 weeks.. All thanks to lbc (pun intended)
loss of items inside the box
When I received my box just today, I felt something is wrong because Iam the one who packed the box and I know that the box was full inside and upon receiving, there was a huge space inside the box. I bought chocolates, skittles, pillows and I dont know the rest that i believed to be stolen from my box. There are items that I dont know what else they have taken because I only wrote the big and important ones.
Too bad I did not take a photo of the box untouched. Nevermind, just a friendly reminder, lists all the things that is inside your balikbayan box. And please I hope all your workers are doing their work with integrity! Iam an OFW and all those stuff are bought because of my hard work and it will just be stolen by someone. It pisses me off but I cant do anything!
