LBC Express super delayed passport delivery

I would like to complain about the delay of my passport, as you know how confidential and important document it is, How come it take a week to wait for this important document of mine. Until this moment I'm still monitoring the tracking, yet I don't see any progress, I still don't have my passport, for this I could lose my work contract. I need an update for this.

March 21 befor CUT OFF nsa SYSTEM nio na ang parcel it was supposed to be delivered MARCH 22, 2018 the shipper asked your ASSOCIATE LBC CAINTA BRANCH if darating by 22 ang package inasure nia pa na darating and nag oo xa sa shipper na madedeliver ang package by 22 eh until ngaun wala parin ngkaproblema nako sa business q dahil sainyo! 800 pesos ung bnyad q para madeliver lng ung package on time! LBC Express delay ang deliver at basa ang item

Kahapon ko pa hinihintay ideliver tpos nung check ko sabi not responded daw ako meaning wala daw tao sa bahay which is not true kasi mghapon kong hinintay yunkasi may deadline ako ng deliver.. So I have decided na tumawag nalang at try na ako nalang mag pick up nung item ko... Then nung makuha ko na sya very disgusting kasi basang basa yung paper bag at box ng "watch" this should be handle with care I am sure n aware kayo na watch yung pinadala.. Kaya nagulat ako ng makita kong basa sya.. Itong watch na to idedeliver ko din to sa customer ko paano ko naman idedeliver to kung ganito sya basa.. Watch is in good condition for now I dont know on the following day ksi nga basa yung box... Kaya nga po sa inyo kami ngtiwala n magpadala kasi alam namin na maiingatan nyo yung item na to tpos ganun.. Ewan ko kung tatanggapin pa to ng customer ko this watch costs 3500.. Kaya pls lang make some actions..😤😠

Our document sent thru LBC Express (originated in Pandacan Branch) was not delivered to our client (Bounty Fresh Capas Tarlac) which was expected to be delivered by March 20 (thru door-to-door) since the transaction happened last March 19. It was only yesterday that our client (Bounty Fresh) found out that the document we sent was not be able to delivered because the delivery address is "out of service area" according to the Track and Trace section of LBC Express. I believe that all LBC Branches are aware or should be aware of their branches' locations and if they are capable of delivering the packages to the declared address. Greentek was not informed by any of your LBC Staff in Pandacan Branch that the address of Bounty Fresh is out of their service area. As I have checked in Google Map, there is an LBC Branch located in MacArthur Highway, Sto Domingo I, Capas City, 2315 Tarlac which near Capas High School. And according to Google Map again, it is only 33 minutes away from Bounty Fresh Farm which I think is nearer than the LBC Delivery Hub which is more than 1 hour away from Bounty Fresh. The document we sent is a very important paper to our client and due to this delay, they are sanctioned to pay for penalty and it is not good for every company. My point is, if the declared address is out of your service area, every LBC staff should be knowledgeable about it. In doing so, we can choose the option of picking it up to the nearest LBC Branch to avoid such delays like this. Also, we paid for the amount meant for door-to-door delivery and not for pick-up, so I guess we deserve a refund too.

LBC Express delayed delivery

This delayed delivery is unacceptable. We have provided the details already and yet the parcel hasn't reached the consignee. The item has been placed for pickup where in fact it was for DOOR TO DOOR delivery. From March 15th to this day no delivery done. Someone from LBC called the consignee yesterday morning for directions but until now, still, no delivery done. Take action re this one. It has greatly affected sellers like us because we trust your fast service and yet these incidents happen. Here are the details for your reference:

LBC Express zalora items

My orderd items from Zalora since March 10 arrived at Tandag LBC branch on March 14
Until now I did not receive my package deliverd to my home, I also have 2 more items from ZALORA that arrived to Tandag LBC branch. There tracking numbers are

I am very sure that they receive my package since I used Zaloras tracking tool
.
Plss be informed that your workers in Tandag City Branch are not very accommodating and their storage room is very unorganize, they also have the laziest drivers!
.
Those packages where supposed to be for busness purposes and your people are ruining your reputation

LBC Express delivery

[protected] this is the tracking number for my delivery. As you can see in your tracking site, it was attempted to be delivered on the 9th and again on the 10th but says address is not good and cannot be located. It said that you will try to deliver it the next business day, says on the 12th to expect it to be delivered w/n the day. Next note was on the 12th and says for me to pick it up in your ortigas branch. These are my questions that you have to answer:
-why do you say that you cannot locate my address? This is my address so I should know if it is correct or not. Dont you use waze or google maps? You have a branch just a few meters from our street so no, you dont have a reason not to be able to find it.
-why dont you not call if its true that you cannot locate the address? What do I give you my number for?
-why do you tell me to pick it up when I paid you in the first place to deliver it to me? Did I pay you so you can inconvenience me?!
-why do you say that it will be returned to the sender w/o contacting me? Dont you give your delivery personnel a budget for cellphone credits?
-and finally, do you even look at the ratings and comments people leave in your facebook page? Looks like you dont know what you doing. Maybe you are going out of business and is doing this to a lot of people out of spite.

LBC Express prepaid padala services

I am writing to complain about your prepaid-padala transactions to sec receiving area in pasay city. Last march 8, 2018, our office staff went to lbc - p. Burgos batangas branch to send documents with prepaid services to sec receiving area in pasay city. We ask your branch employee if your company is authorized to deliver such documents to sec and asked for assurance that our company will receive a return copy from sec through your prepaid padala services. He verified that your company is authorized as long as sec personnel would send back the documents using the enclosed lbc pouch with paid sticker bar code.

Through your tracking website, we found out that our shipment was refused to accept by sec receiving officer. We called sec office to ask the reason why they refused to accept our documents delivered by your courier. A sec officer informed us that they refused to accept our documents because your courier told them that they are not authorized to pick up documents for delivery even it is a prepaid padala. According to your courier, sec personnel should go to lbc branch near them to send the documents. Since there is no one in sec office who can go to your branch, they refuse to accept our document.

What is my concern regarding this matter. Doesn't your company aware of these circumstances with sec regarding this matter? I am sure that we are not the only one who was in this situation. Although we are informed by your branch employee that it is up to sec to send back our return documents, you should also know by this time (since according to sec there are already a number of documents they refused that are delivered by lbc) that no one in sec can bring the documents to your branch. You should at least decline the transaction to your clients in the first place to avoid this problem.

With this, we are asking your company for a full refund of the amount we paid. We know that p 365.00 is a small amount but the trouble you gave us with this delay cannot be considered small.

Please see attached receipt for your reference.

LBC Express extremely late delivery

Greetings!

LBC Bago City Negros Occidental delivers items more than 10 days after shipping.. That is not acceptable. Please remedy this.

I order from Shopee and receive other personally shipped items, some with perishable goods and heat sensitivity... Please remedy this asap.

We still have four deliveries pending, all of which are already way past overdue...

LBC Express [protected] lazada order

LBC Cebu's delivery guy called me to say that my order arrived and he will be delivering it. Since you don't call days ahead, I didn't know it'd be today. The latest EDA already even passed 4 days ago. I asked if it can be delivered tomorrow as I have an emergency appointment in a hospital. He said it would be inconvenient for "him" as he wanted to deliver items all at once (repeated this 4x) and ended the call with "sige na nga lang". I didn't know I have to satisfy your delivery boy's wishes and needs. MY item was late, isn't it? Though it's cash on delivery payment, I don't deserve this treatment.

Nagpadala po ako ng pera sa agency sa manila.ATTIC TOURS PHIL.nung feb.27, 2018 ksabay ng doc.kso po ung doc.natanggap n nung march 2, 2018 pero ung pera po hanggang ngayong march 20, 2018 wla pa po.urgent po un pambyad ng processing visa.nka ilang balik balik n kmi sa LBC Dau mabalacat.cnasbi out for delivery pero wla p din po ntatanggap ung agency sa pasig city.!pki gawan nmn po ng action ito!
Nakakawalan ng gana po.ngayon lng nangyari ito sa tgal n nming customer ng LBC nyo.?

march 10, 2018 accepted at accepted at : porta vaga.

- Misrouting of a D1 product sent due to additional address that the associate voluntarily included . We had been going to Porta Vaga to follow up but then nothing had happen. We should have considered it but then we had been going to Parta vaga for follow up and processing but then nothing is happening.
- May we demand a reimbursement of the expenses incurred from our end for the the this unsuccessful transaction.

LBC Express wrong information and delivery is too slow

Good day, This is Charity Joy Docuyanan. I would like to follow up regarding the status of the documents ai sent 3 weeks ago. I was told it will only take 4-5 business days but its already 2 weeks delayed. I sent it from ronbinsons galleria Cebu to Whitehorse Yukon in Canad, which has a tracking number [protected]. The last update was on March 2. Unfortunately, It is already March 17 and I have not received any update and my sister in Canada have not received it. It is very frustrating and nuisance because I paid the express and it did not arrived on time. Please expedite my request and respond as soon as possible. LBC Express non delivery of [protected]

RE: LBC delivery in Davao. Mail from Manila. I'm trying to establish where and how I get my package. On line I get this message "Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." All phone lines are busy (numbers found on google), "webtalk" doesn't work - nothing happens when you click it, there are no numbers for customer service, etc listed on your site. Appalling.

LBC Express failed to deliver - rude and unhelpful customer service

Paid for premium overnight, door-to-door delivery of a package. Stayed home that day to ensure receipt of delivery.

LBC failed to deliver. They also failed to contact me on the phone number provided.

Sent multiple emails to their customer service via website. No replies ever.

Tried to contact via the webchat function on their website - it was permanently unmanned and inactive.

Tried to contact via the message function on their Facebook page. No replies ever.

First telephone call to their customer service, I was put on hold and then cut off.

Second telephone call to their customer service, I was promised a call back after one hour to "investigate". There was no call back.

Third telephone call I was lectured to by a rude supervisor, Erick, who "advised" me that I wasnt home to collect the delivery, so it had been returned to the "hanger" in Manila.

Asked when they would re-deliver the package, he informed me that they WOULD NOT re-deliver my package. But I could pay AGAIN for shipment.

Basically, my possessions are held to ransom... and there is no recourse.

I was also told I just wait until they had conducted an "investigation" before they would finally send my package.

Weeks have passed since my "overnight" delivery disappeared and I am still waiting.

I have never seen such incompetent and irresponsible service from a delivery company. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, insulting and they don't care whatsoever to resolve their mistakes.

LBC Express lbc branch at bluewave mall, marikina

Hi! Good day.

I would just like to submit a complaint/feedback regarding your LBC Branch in Bluewave Mall, Marikina.

Here is the story:

Almost every time I use the Bayad Center service to pay my Meralco Bill and to receive money sent via Palawan express, they always say that there system is on line. ALWAYS. We already confronted the people in the branch why those kind of service is ALWAYS unavailable. I understand that there are times that there system is off line. It is just that it has been there mantra to always say the system is offline every time they know that you will pay your Meralco Bill or encash money from Palawan Express.

I am just so disappointed with the way the people in this branch is giving customer service.

If they don't want to serve customers properly and rightfully, better yet have this branch closed instead.

I am sending you this feedback so that you are aware of what these people working for you in this branch is doing. THEY ARE NOT DOING WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO, which really is frustrating for us customers.

I hope you will be able to take time and read my feedback and take appropriate actions on what you can do to better your service esp on the said branch.

LBC Express parcel was sent to the wrong destination

My parcel was sent last tuesday and was supposed to arrive the next day because it was a rush shipping. They said that it was subject to delay. What's the point of rush shipping if it'll be delayed. Plus the parcel was sent to the wrong destination. Its currently in cagayan de oro when it's supposed to be in bacolod city. What the heck is wrong with you guys? I have been sending emails to your customer service and even sent a private message to your page on facebook but no one is replying. Is this really how you want to run your business? LBC Express my parcel didn't arrive

I can no longer track where my parcel is.
I tried to track my parcel with tracking number [protected]. I still havent received it. Its been 6 days already. Notes says last March 12, that our house is closed but its not. I waited the whole day at our house for 4 days already. I even ask my aunt who just live infront of our house but did not even notice lbc delivery. Have received packages from AP Cargo but no LBC package received. I even told them the other day that I will just pick up at Gorordo Branch which is just near our place but they said that my parcel is already out for delivery. Ive waited the whole day but no one arrives. Waited also today the whole day but no one arrives. I dont even know where my package is. Tried calling the warehouse but no one answers. Very poor service. Pls help!
