misdelivery
My documents were misdelivered to another address. My tracking number is [protected]. This happened on Oct. 18. The recepient, Donna Roces-Valdez is waiting for this the whole day since this is urgent but the courier delivered to another place. I want a refund for this as this is tantamount to non-delivery. Hoping that this will not happen again as I have patronized your services much but now contemplating to enlist the services of other couriers.

Nag pabook ako nung oct 15 2017 para sa Aircargo at Seacargo ang sabi sa akin ng customer service nyo oct 17 ang pick up no spacific time. nag advice pa ako na ang flight ko oct 18 kailangan ko kako makuha yung boxes ko ng on time. the whole day yesterday tuesday nag antay ako walang dumating na kukuha ng box ko. hindi reason na madaming pick up kaya nga may mobile na kinukuha ang CS nyo para tawagan ang client kaso wala ako natanggap na tawag. nasayang ang mga lakad ko kahapon dahil kakaantay sa sa kukuha ng box ko. nakailan tawag din ako sa CS nyo para makipag coordinate dito sa riyadh para mapick up ang boxes ko kaso walang nangyari. ngayon umaga tumawag ako ulit para makuha itong mga box ko nag advice ako sa SC nyo na dapat before lunch makuha ito. be professional once na nag commit kayo make sure na magagawan nyo ng paraan na makontak ang client nyo. lbc shipping address has been changed
Good morning, just want to ask how come my parcel waa changed to a different address? My tracking# is [protected], which was given to me by sonic express thru pm sa fb kasi it was originally from them and forwarded to lbc. Now my concern is, how come na nag iba na po address ng deliveran ng parcel ko. From lbc shorthorn qc (Pick up place ko) to lanao del norte (For delivery na sa palce na yan)? Sino po nagchange ng address na sana ay para lbc shorthorn? Sino po ba may mali o nagkamali lbc or sonic express? Na pm ko na rin ang lbc and they are the one who confirmed that it was for delivery to lanao del norte upon checking the status of my parcel while we are chatting. Nag tanong ako bakit ganun ang nangyari, have send screenshots to lbc don sa sonic express na convo ko para makita na it was this courier sonic who gave me the lbc tracking#. Sana po ay masagot itong concern ko, kasi baka mapunta ung parcel ko sa ibang address.. Hope to hear feedbacks from your good office. Thank you!

Hi! this is regarding one of your branches in Upper Calarian near ICAS school in Zamboanga City.
My sister sent money to my mom worth one thousand pesos take note php 1000 .She went there with her valid ids and tracking number just to be saddened to find out they are asking her to provide a baranggay clearance, this is absurd and very unethical .My mom had to go back home which is kind of crazy because she needs to pay to get a baranggay clearance and it will take 40-50 minutes ride just to get to back and forth since that was the nearest branch to our home.Aside from your people asking a lot of question like the name of the sender which is eventually in your records already asking where it came from and sometimes you even ask the customers to tell you where the money came from?the hell!if I sent over a php 100, 000, one hundred thousand pesos probably you are entitled to know where it came from.but then it never happen with me doing it in any banks.JRS express is blooming back due to your insecurities and a lot of customer complains where in within your company premises the customer's packages been open and a lot more unethical stuff your company has made.I hope you can do something better .don't annoy your customers because we are the reason why you're there still standing.The last visit I had to one of your branches was horrible!i arrive 5:45pm and that branch is supposed to be open until 7 or 8 pm but your personnel said it was already cut off, when I ask what time they cut off, he said 6pm.which in return I said I still have 15 minutes before your cut off.which he ignored and went to his damn paperwork!brushing me off like some [censor] he dont care because he just said he needs 30 minutes and get back to me, i waited and i was [censor]ing impatient already!he made me wait or 1 [censor]ing hour!I hope you go out of business tomorrow!some [censor] who works for you! A very lousy incompetent lazy useless and worst delivery team just a simple one f*c*ing package they can not even deliver to an address that they have been delivering for many times and declare it as an unknown address?
They did not even bothered to use the cp number to contact the consignee and ask for direction if they are new delivery team that are not familiar with the place!

October 16, 2017, I went to LBC Lucky Gold Ortigas Avenue Extension Pasig and I was on a hurry due to the money I am sending to is for emergency and aside from that I need to report to work in few minutes. I filled up the forms and get my number immediately. The Customer Service are really slow as always since from the last year that I visited the said branch. Agents are all chatting causing of delays accepting new transactions. I already a bit irritated as again I'm in a hurry. Its just so happened that the preferred mode of payment is lbc and I'm so unlucky coz the said branch is the only nearest lbc from where I live. When it's my turn I gave my form to one of the agent and he asked if I have a a lbc card. I responded "wala po", then he asked me to filled up the form for a card. I explained that I'm in a hurry and a card is not necessary as I'm not a frequent client (due to their poor service). And even after explaining myself another agent said its needed "for loyalty". I guess she did not hear me when I said I'm not a frequent client. I ended up stepping out from the branch and unluckily they did not accepted my forms. First, they already wasted my time as they are so slow, secondly they forcedly asked me to fill up a form for a card, third - I bother someone to send money for me, fourth - I was late for work with accomplishing nothing. These employees does not know how to value their clients time. I am so upset, that would the last time that I will visit you branch again and would not recommend neither for my business transactions.
I would greatly appreciate if the said branch will have a full knowledge about my concerns and take necessary actions.

Hello, I just wanna ask kung kailan ko matatanggap yung package ko? It was sent on Fri, Oct. 13 2017 and sabi I'll receive it daw the day after. Pero Saturday came and di ko nakuha, I tracked it pero it's in shipment pa daw, same thing pagka Sunday, now it's Monday and same status pa din. I messaged you via Messenger pero seen lang ako. And if you're gonna tell me na dahil it's a phone so it has been probably delayed for 1-2 day dahil sa strict airline 9policies and stuff, today is the fourth day now and when I track it, wala pa ring update. An item was shipped via lbc express on october 9, 2017 with tracking number [protected]. It has been 4 days and I still haven't received it when it was supposed to be a one to two days express delivery. When searched in their website, there was a shipment issue and was asked to contact their customer care. I already sent several emails but there were no replies. I tried to text and call the concerned hub (Lbc ortigas delivery hub), but still found no response.

Bad service for LBC Honolulu Hawaii, I scheduled and no pick up then I called and said they will pick up the next day, and again no one came and called and this time she said the driver will pick up in the morning. This is rediculous and bad service. Twice rescheduled and never pick up my boxes. Waste my time 4 hours twice waiting for the scheduled pick up and no show.

questionable rider performance
I've been selling on shopee for awhile now and LBC has always been the first option of the buyers for their orders to be delivered. At first it was okay but lately I'm having trouble with one of their riders during the pickup of the parcel. Usually, other riders would call beforehand or when they're already there to pickup the parcel. Some would directly ring the doorbell, but this one rider named ARSEL SANTIAGO wouldn't even contact me at all or announce his presence in any way. He would just leave the proof of delivery paper under our gate with him signing the paper on behalf of my name, making it seem that I PERSONALLY CANCELLED THE PICKUP. There's always someone in our house so it's impossible that no one acknowledged him if he really did attempted to pick up the parcel.
HOW COME EVERY OTHER RIDER THAT ATTEMPTED TO PICK UP THE PARCEL FROM OUR HOUSE WAS SUCCESSFUL, EVERY ONE OF THEM EXCEPT THIS ARCEL SANTIAGO?
This guy is seriously dumb and no words can explain how unprofessional and undeserving he is to be in such job. I believe that this is his THIRD TIME doing this, I only kept the two last papers where he personally cancelled the pickup. The first one, he DID pick it up BUT DID NOT DELIVER THE PARCEL TO THE BUYER. I wish that would LBC reevaluate their riders. Someone like ARCEL SANTIAGO is one of the reason why the company loses its efficiency AND customers. Well, LBC itself doesn't accomodate their customers well OR even accomodate them at all, I guess their employees took after their company as a whole after all.
FIX YOUR AWFUL RIDERS AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't provide hotlines if you're not going to answer calls anyway.

Happens October 11, 2017.. i didn't receive my package and this is cash on delivery...tracking number: [protected]...i've waited all day for this package to be delivered to me...so why will you post a status that it was not delivered due to payment issues...Is this some kind of a joke? is the delivery boy of LBC Express lazy enough for him not to go to my house and report that i didn't pay my shipment..

Gusto ko lang malaman kung kelan ulit maidedeliver yung balikbayan box namin kasi pangalawang beses na nila tinatry ideliver sa address na nakalagay pero di nila maideliver because recipient is unknown at the given address daw. Dahil ang nailagay na address ng tita ko ay kulang Upper Kasinay St. Binangonan, Rizal lang sana ininform nyo kami na ganun ang nangyare kasi 2 weeks na yung box dapat September 27, 2017 natanggap na namin pakiasikaso naman po. This is soo true. I went to Palawan Express the other day to claim my money since partners naman sila ng LBC. They said, "wala pa pong advise ang LBC na online na sila". That afternoon, I went to an LBC branch at SM. They said, "offline pa po simula kaninang 7:00 am". The following day, I went back to that LBC branc. After waiting for my turn for almost an hour, nung ako na biglang sinabi sakin, "maam, bigla pong nag-offline. kanina online pa." Naka-receive daw kasi sila ng email from their tech na offline and lahat ng branches. WTH. parang diba, nanloloko ba kayo? They were still accepting items na pinapadala ng ibang customers. Bakit pagdating sa pag-release ng pera parang ayaw niyong maglabas kahit sa amin naman yun? Paki explain LBC.
