FIRST COMPLAIN:
I was in d brach before they open, I waitd them to open. then I gave my i. d to claim my package, was sent last jan.31, 2020. the fronliner name rose, ask me a tracking num. so I try to open it in my msenger, but unfirtunately I acnt open it because of weak signal. so I try to ask her that, the last 2 times I claime my package they didnt ask a tracking number only an i.d. she replied, that beacuse your package is nt yet in the branch. so I wonder, I told that, it was sent last jan. 31, 2020, so by feb.3 d package must b there in there branch already. so I go to my office late already from lbc waiting for nothing. so I check on your website. I saw that feb. 3, 2020. my package was received by LBC pototan branch already. so I feel very bad, that im already shaking and I feel that my bp hits up. my question is, y is it that the front desk name ROSE, tell me that my package is nt yet their, where in fact they have it their already? im hoping for your judgement regarding with the matter.

second complain:
as u see in my receipt, my charge are different w/ the same amount or pieces of shirt inside. my supplier who sent the package, said that the branch who charge p145, told her that bacause of the location of the receiver thats why, I cant avail the p95 promo that you are offering. so, I wonder why? im looking forward of deep investagation regarding my two complain. pls. notify me in the office during office hrs. I have a deliver with tracking number ‍[protected]‍. I have already demanded for its redelivery on january 30, 2020. However, 2 days after, there were no delivery, so I contacted your support again on february 1. The support guaranteed its delivery on february 1, 2020. But again, no delivery has made. I contacted support again on february 3, 2020. The support guaranteed the delivery the next day. February 4, today. No delivery were made yet. I called support again and telling me that the delivery will be processed by tomorrow. I demanded again to deliver it today as I was guaranteed by your representatives. I am sending this complain as so you can be notified that the document is badly needed. Also, there is already a demand since last week so you re already on delay. This should mean that freight cost will be shouldered by you. Lastly, you courrier did not, in good faith, deliver my item beforehand as they did not exerted all "reasonable effort" to deliver my documents which includes calling my phone number. This is already a delay on your end and I am demanding for damages (freight cost as per your terms and condition)

Request for a disciplinary action against your employee

This has reference to the incident hapened that one of your employee inside DFA LBC cagayan de oro city in which your employee violate the secrecy of an individual
He gave the information to the other person without the knowlege of the addressee.
Is it possible that you are allowing your employees to give any information without the knowledge of the addresee?
Is he authorized to give all the details of one person
I need an immediate action on this matter I am a normal individual

Date of incident - January 29, 2020 onwards
Incident - Failure to deliver the package on time with no solid reason but a generic reason of "cancelled delivery due to volume of deliveries" (6 failure due to these).January 31, 2020: Wrong imposing of message on their Track and trace website saying that they weren't able to deliver for not having the recepient available. They did not show up on my area and I was waiting for them. January 29, 2020 till the time of writing : no notification to the recepient as for the reason on the cancellation/postponement of delivery.

Resolution : I just wanted the item delivered ASAP to the recepient and report the on what the local LBC team is doing.

Ma'am / Sir my item was supposed to be delivered January 17, 2020 but until now I don't have the package on my hand. I tried calling BDO with regards to the package if special instructions were given like txting me or calling me before delivery because I am new to the address and not much know my identity. BDO said yes that they will provide my contact number and rider or delivery guy will send me a message so that I could assist him in finding my location but as I call LBC hotline they say that BDO isn't providing contact info. So whom should I believe? As per tracking number [protected] it says that it has to deal already with returns. I've already waited long enough to get this package. How come I couldn't get any good answers to my concern. Pls look into my concern because its quite toxic to experience such service several times. Thank you.

My parcel was delivered in the wrong branch and now I received a text that they will transfer it to the pending department if I'm not going to claim it today? Which branch should I go. And why did you deliver it to the wrong branch? The right branch told me yesterday that it will take 2 to 3 days for it to be transferred to them, then why am i being pressured by the wrong branch? Always check the receipt.

I was notified by the bank via text last January 27, 2020 with the lbc tracking number for my credit card. I tried tracking it for 2 days but nothing was found on the tracking system. I just waited for the notification because maybe someone from LBC will call if there will be difficulties in finding the address but no one called or texted me for the matter. It's not the first time I got a parcel from LBC because I had my passport delivered too and was able to received it. I was just able to check the status of the delivery yesterday, February 1, 2020 only to know that it was already on SCS returns.

My parcel should be deliver on jan 17 but until now we still dont get it and when I checked it on your application where i can see where is my parcel now it was sent to the wrong place even though it already indicate on the parcel where it should be send its already February 1 and i still dont get my parcel i already called your service but it doesn't help. That parcel is very important to us and it was urgent so we need it already. We are so disappointed

My mother sent me 3 dresses last Tues (01/28/20) but I only received 1 dress. The 2 other dresses are missing. It is a big inconvenience because I am suppposed to use those dresses on Sun (02/02/2020). Please do something about it. My mother tried so hard to look for them because I specifically asked for those for my graduation pictorial. Thank you.

hi ask ko lang po bakit bumalik sa scs yun package without texting me ang lbc kung san ba exact location ko...kung hindi po mahanap yun location nun adress pwede po bang ipadala na lang ito sa ibang adress pero po tita at tito ko ang makakatanggap po nun package po o kaya naman po pick up ko na lang sa lbc branch nyo sa may centro pacita san pedro laguna po kasi po yun adress namin boundery ng san pedro at cavite pero ang pinaka main na route namin is san pedro laguna thank you

My TOR and Diploma were sent to me by my school registrar with tracking no. [protected] from Cavite to Davao on Jan.20, 2020. Unfortunately, on Jan.23 it was received by different recipients whom we do not know. We went to LBC express Ulas in Davao to clarify that we did not receive it, they promised to investigate, but every time we follow up on the progress they made a lot of excuses. We went again today to LBC Calinan in Davao in the hope to get some information, but the staff advised us to ask all the houses in our subdivision, maybe one of them has the documents. I've been to sleepless night because of what was happening, those documents were very important to me, I need those very badly. To the people who are in charge of customer care in LBC express, I'm appealing you to please help me to find those documents, you were also a student before and 4 years in College was no joke. Thank you so much.

I am Jhoanna Rosales with contact nr [protected]. It's been 4 days since the day since your system reflected that my parcel has been delivered. However, I have not received any since we were out of town on January 25, 2020. I am filing this complaint for the immediate retrieval of my parcel sent to me by Ms Maylene Curativo from Dinalupihan, Bataan. I've been calling your customer care hotline, messenger and email but no feedback has been made or just an update. No one from your delivery team went back here in our condo unit to retrieve my parcel to whoever they have it received. Hoping that this will merit your prompt attention.

This is to formally complain about my very bad experience with your delivery.

Jan. 24, 2020 (Friday)
1. No text message sent on Jan. 24, 2020 regarding the scheduled delivery of my package.
2. Before 6pm of Jan. 24, 2020, I called your Customer Service No. 8858-5999 to follow-up because my work is until 6pm only and it was nearly 6pm already. As informed by the lady who talked to me on the phone was that your delivery is until 7pm so I should wait a little bit because it was scheduled on that day.
3. Followed-up again at past 6pm because I have to go somewhere but unfortunately, as told by your lady on the phone again that it is still on the way. Told her to trace the Driver because I haven't received any call yet from the driver. She said that she already reported my concern to their TL and I can just receive my package the next day. Told her that I don't have work last Saturday so I asked if it can be delivered instead in my house. She told me that it can be done provided my Cousin who sent the package should go to LBC Daraga Branch to arrange the change of address before it closes at 7pm. Unfortunately, my cousin was in Legazpi and can't travel back to Daraga before 7pm. So I had no choice but to cancel my appointment.
4. I waited until 7pm but still no call from the Driver! Called your Customer Service again but nobody answered my calls!
5. Searched your Facebook and found your messenger account. Sent messages by I was only seen-zoned!
6. I was ready to leave the office (pissed-off already) when your Driver (his mobile no. 09502202327) called! It was already past 7pm! Then I asked him what happened.
His story: Around 4pm, he said he called me but I can't be contacted. He didn't send me any text msg because I can't be contacted anyway. He said he went to Shangri-la Plaza in Mandaluyong. Talked to the guard and didn't know Level 7 Projects Office. He said my address was confusing because it was also stated the location in BGC. So since he can't contact me, he left the mall. He said he will only wait for 5 mins. because he was using motorcycle only.

My say on his story: I never received a call or text from him. I was in Shangri-la at the Fort (inside the hotel) at the time he said he called. When he told me that he went to Shangri-La Plaza (Mall in Mandaluyong), I asked him why he was there? He was supposed to deliver in Shangri-La at the Fort (Hotel in BGC, Taguig)! He told me that my address was confusing/incomplete so since he can't contact me, he returned my package on their warehouse in Muntinlupa! He suggested to just pick-up the package in Market Market but I told him that I paid for delivery, not pick-up. He should deliver on our office as stated on the address written on the package. He was so "Pilosopo"! He told me that I should have asked Lazada to deliver instead! What really made me lost my temper to your Driver was that he kept on insisting that he was right.. never heard him say sorry! It was my first time talking to a very rude Delivery Driver! So to end our conservation on the phone, we agreed that I will text him where he will bring my package on Jan. 27, 2020 (Monday).

Jan. 25, 2020 (Sat) - Finally, i received a PM from LBC Express.. The only message i received from you. Just ignored me all the other messages I've sent!

Jan. 27, 2020 (Monday) - Messaged the Driver on 09502202327 of my address at 9:09am. No reply from him. At 2:34pm, this no. 09102988452 called saying he was the LBC Driver who called me last Friday. Again, he demanded that I should be there in 5 mins. otherwise, he will leave already! It this really your SOP, LBC? I was kind enough to get the package from him at the entrance of the hotel so he will not go up to our office in Level 4 as stated in my delivery address but he was really a demanding guy! So you see, I was not okay while on my way to meet him because of his attitude! When I got hold of my package, I saw that there was nothing wrong with with address at all! It's all complete! The Driver reasoned out again that there are a lot of Shangri-La! My God! Why he can't just say sorry and admit his mistake!

Now, LBC, will you please enlighten me of your SOP on delivery?
1. No text message confirming the delivery
2. As stated by your Driver, they will call only once they are already on the area and within 5 mins. the client should be able to get the package, otherwise, they will return the package to their warehouse. They are only using motorcycle that is why waiting time is 5 mins? What happened on the door to door delivery? Our office is not new on the LBC delivery as we have received packages from your company before and the Drivers usually come to our office in Level 4.
3. Your Customer Service hotline doesn't answer anymore after 7pm.
4. Your Facebook Messenger replied only once, no update even if the problem is not resolved yet. They don't get the update from your Driver real-time.

I have attached a lot pictures as evidence that there was no problem on my delivery address contrary to the report of your Driver. He just went to the wrong location and not sorry about it.

Complaint for broken frame: Tracking # [protected]

I want to raise a complaint regarding the broken frame. When the item was sent for ship out, the frame was in good shape. However upon receiving & unwrapping the item, the bottom corners of the frame was alreasy detached or damaged. It seems the damage was caused by packaging and delivery method. The frame costs 1, 600 due to its acrylic plastic material.

I want LBC Cebu/Pampanga to take the responsibility of the carelessness packaging and handling of the item.

i'm very mad and dissappointed on how incompetent your staffs are... I've waited for more than 1 hour to get my package but the guy told me that he already called my name and my name need to be at the bottom again... I'm pretty sure that i never heard him since i'm paying attention, cause i need to go back to work...When i'm about to leave they are laughing which i think unprofessional and disrespectful.. I need this to be address... I need your answer what i'm going to do with the package cause i don't want to go back to that place anymore, if there's an option to send back to the sender or send to other branch or anything except to back there...
