LBC Express staff/ service

For 56-A Lower Bonifacio St, Baguio branch around 2pm, your staff (male) was inappropriate. He is forcing me to buy or renew my insurance. I was asking the reason why, he just said I needed to. Then he didnt process my transaction and told me that they dont have money? I was receiving money there many times and then this happened. He said that it was transfast that s why I should by insurance? We were using transfast since March.

LBC Express staff/cashier

Your staff in sta maria barangay caypombo branch is always alone, it took a lot of time to process our needs. And she is not smiling and very un-polite staff-cashier. We use to send money or pay in this branch, and this lady always rude
To customers!. Not even say a greetings to the customers! I want you to do actions with this!

LBC Express delivery boy

My husband sent me a parcel last monday i traced it everyday and status is unable to locate the address twice delivery failed for same reason. Seriously? Why would the personnel or delivery boy did NOT even text me or my husband? We both havent receives text or call so that we are aware of what is happening with our [censored]ing parcel. Do u know how important is that to us? Its been 4 days already. [censored] kayo!

Ganito po kase yung nangyari nagpadala ako ng package na books galing legaspi albay to calabanga Camarines Sur and that happends on May 5, 2019 after non di na ko nagupdate doon sa pinadalhan ko hoping na lbc na ang bahala non pero it was already May 16, 2019 but still yung package ko ay di pa rin nakakarating sa kanya . And my another problem is nawala na yung resibo ko nung nagpadala ako ng package . Ang tanong ko makiclaim pa rin ba ng padadalhan ko yung package na pinadala ko kahit nawala ko na yung resibo?

LBC Express service

I haven't receive my package up until now.
They told me that they have attempt 2 times delivery at my address
But its not. Ive been waiting for it waiting for them to call and text but nothing happens. They said I dont have my number but its impobssble because on the receipt that my seller provided it has my number! I needed my package today. Please do something about this!
Ive been ordering online for how many years and this is the first time ice encounterd this!

LBC Express complaint [protected]

Hi Team,

Last Tuesday my sister sent a package from General Santos City, I told her to tell the associate that the item will be picked up at LBC- MRT Ayala Station, Makati, along Edsa. I provided her the code of the branch EYA02 which was given to me by the associate of that branch.

Then my sister informed me that the associate at Daproza could not find the said branch in their system and instead provided a different branch for me to pick up the item which was LBC Branch (Ayala Mall Circuit) which obviously he/she was able to locate in the system.

Then, Wednesday came, I tracked the item via track and trace and the package was already out for delivery (assuming that this will be forwarded to LBC Ayala Mall Circuit Branch. I called the customer service hotline to get contact details (phone number or email ) so I can directly call or email the branch, but they can't provide me the details, I asked them if I can request to have it pick up at MRT Ayala Station LBC Branch and she told me I need to pay for the forwarding fee, so I decided later that night to go to the branch to pick the item instead.

As to my surprise, that branch is not open yet- I mean it is under construction and might be months away to be opened, so I went home w/o the item. I never received a call or message from LBC as to where is my item until early this morning I tracked it again and I was so dismayed of the status; was not delivered due to incorrect address (of course it will not be delivered since it was meant to be picked up and the branch is not functional to received incoming items)

I was so disappointed, I demand that this item must be forwarded to the LBC MRT Ayala Station free or the nearest LBC Branch in Glorietta free from any forwarding fee to compensate this hassle and inconvenience

I am expecting LBC to take this complaint seriously and will take necessary action.

I have attached the receipt here for you record and the branch of LBC MRT Ayala Station.

LBC Express sending/receiving 49’’ lg television

I am Merilyn Bernardo former ofw in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. I'm complaining for a guy name worker in batha named Lito who received my item last March 2 2019. Until now he didn't send my tv for informing that he lost my address I gave him before I went exit on March 4 2019. I sent 2 cargo and I received already but I'm just wondering why I didn't received my television 49'' lg. He sent me 3 tracking numbers but all of that was no record. I wanna file complaint against that courier who received my parcel. I had a whole conversation stating all explanation of that stupid person. Please I need urgent action. Thanks

LBC Express undelivered [protected]

hi. i sent a watch last may 5 2019 at lbc robinson sta rosa but until now may 15 2019 status of the item is arrived at jolo. i already informed origin branch regarding this and they contacted delivery of jolo but no replies. i also emailed lbc customer support regarding this but got no answer. please update the whereabouts of my item. i need answers and updates!

LBC Express item from shopee... returned shipment without delivery...

I recieve a message informing me that my parcel arrived at their store last friday May10 2019... it is a door-to-door delivery it was not delivered during that day so I decided to pick up my parcel but to no avail they already return my parcel... kindly check your courier at this area... LBC Express air cargo delayed

Airway bill Number : [protected]

I dropped the box on 30th April 2019 in Riyadh branch, Saudi Arabia

The acceptance date was 2nd May and the dispatch date was 3rd May 2019
Today is 14th May the system is showing still the same accepted on 2nd May

I called the hotline on 9th May they said there is problem in the system and my box will arrive in Manila on 10th May.

Today I called to check again and the answer I got from the customer care is that I have to call them tomorrow since they don't have any clue where my shipment is huhhhh

Its almost 15 days now since I dropped the box and no clue where my box is!

LBC Express delivery

Where the hell is my item?! Lbc texted me yesterday morning that my order will be arriving on the day but up until now no item has arrived. Traced my item and it says that it is out for delivery. I've read a lot of complaints that this incident is very usual, so I'm accepting the fact that my item will not arrive anymore. I want to let you know that it is so hassle to wait for how many days just for nothing.

LBC Grace Mall Taguig City, Metro Manila. Palaging late nag oopen. Halos araw araw. Palagi akong may transactions pero na dedelay because of you staffs coming to work very late. I hope gumawa kayo ng actions. This is happening everyday sa branch na yan! I have pictures to prove na 10:15 sarado pa din. Maraming naaantalang transactions because of your staff coming to work late everyday.

LBC Express sarcasm of staff

May 12, 2019 - 7:11pm, I went to lbc sta. lucia branch to process a lazada cash withdrawal and ms. grace yebra assisted me.

My name is salvador burce, jr.

Since it was my first time to process withdrawal from lazada wallet so I was a little hesitant and anxious. the amount that I wish to withdraw from lbc sta. lucia is php 1, 622.30. so she assisted me and instructed me to fill out a form which I did however when she asked me about a certain number for the process that is where the problem starts.

She told me that she needs a certain tracking number for the process however I have no idea what number she was talking about. she even mentioned that the tracking number must somewhere in my email because it is common for lazada to send email confirmation which I believed and waited. unfortunately, since it was my first time doing the process, I was a little hesitant and anxious especially when I got a message on the lazada app that the status is "success". that is when I started to feel a little more worried. getting "success" status and not receiving anything really freaks me out. so I went back to the office for 2nd time and I told her about how I am feeling and the confusion I am having. I told her how I got to the lazada withdrawal page and everything that I did prior to going to their office. she told me that she is not used to process withdrawal by just the information I provided. she even told me that it was her first time handling such process. I asked her if there is someone we can talk to or get some help. but since coming there 5 minutes before closing for the 3rd time in less than 2 hours makes her really irritated.

Again, I told her how confused and worried I am because of the unusual process but she sticks to her belief that the tracking number is needed for the process which I also believed. but my big problem is where will I get the number that she needs? she never gave me any valuable information as to what is happening and what to do aside from sending an email to lazada asking for the tracking number. then I asked her again how often does she encounter such concerns and she said that it is her first time.

This time I am now frustrated for I could not get any information on what to do or who to ask since I am getting no assurance at all in how will I get my php 1, 622.30 withdrawal from ms. grace yebra. I can also see that she wants to get rid of me since I came there for the 3rd time 5 minutes before closing. so she told me to email lazada for the tracking number.

This is when she gets really irritated. I went out of their office thinking that I should email lazada for the number as per ms. grace yebra's advise. within a minute past, I checked my email again for the last time before going home and there is the email that I am expecting about. I went back in their office rushing and showed her the email and she read it. with some degree of annoyance on her face she lets go of her frustration by scolding me about waiting for the email, about asking people who did withdrawals before which I knew none. she never gave me a good vibes since showing the email means she needs to extend another 3 minutes just to process the withdrawal.

Yes, it was my first time doing such transaction.
Yes, I went to their office 3 times in 2 hours to ask for their help on what to do and what to expect but no luck.
Yes, she asked me for the tracking number in my email.

But it is not right to make someone feel stupid and degraded just because of not knowing the process. I thought that she can still smile while doing extra mile for assiating me which she admitted it was her first time handling such transaction. she really makes me feel stupid and low for something she herself knows nothing about.

LBC Express service

My mother shipped me a document and sent me money on Friday through LBC Express of Robinsons Place Tacloban Branch. She missed the cut off time but she was informed that the package will arrive on Tuesday here in Manila. Don't you have office on weekends?! What's worse is that she was informed that the money she sent me will only be claimed on tuesday. Seriously?! I thought it was a joke but its not. I tried messaging LBC Express through Facebook Messenger App but they are no help. They said they cant do anything about the money and the shipment. Pls do something about this. Improve your service. If there are complaints, there might be something wrong with your process.

LBC Express shipment issue.

My shipment had another issues today with tracking number [protected].During the first delivery, it said that they were not able to deliver my document due to lacking details of the address.I called up the server hotline of lbc and updated the details of the place which i wanted them to deliver to. After a while it said numerous updates that it was ready to be shipped and it will arrive within the day but it never really reached my place.So if you could help me, it would be really nice.

1 out of 3 only of your employee is working properly. 1 is taking a telebabad telephone call infront of customers. 1 is lazy.ang tagal nya gumalaw walang ginagawa chismis lang nga chismis isang babae lang ang gumagawa. sya lang nagcocollect ng lahat ng transaction. magpipick up lang ako.inabot ako halos isang oras kakaintay. pakiayusin nyo yang manangement nyo!

LBC Express parcel

i tracked my parcel and it stated there shipment issue...im worried bec. it is my passport that is to be delivered..how can u resolve this? i applied for it in bacolod on april 26 through express, and i paid for it to be delivered in cebu through lbc, when i tracked it doen yesterday it is ready for delivery, but when i checked it right niw..it is already has that shipment issue thing, , , i just want to know if i can still get my passport?...

LBC Express unethical behaviour/disrespectful to customer

May 5, 2019 I have a transaction at LBC Virginia beach VA. branch, actually it was not the first incident I encountered to that branch, the person name is Raffy Miciano he was so arrogant, disrespectful using abusive language, and poor customer service. he trait their customer with out respect and yelled the customer if the customer made mistake and give not appropriate side comment like, I sending money to my wife, he side comment that he tought i'm sending money to my mistress,
He should be fired,

he have no right to curse the customer and use abusive language

LBC Express follow up. extremely poor delivery service.

attached screenshot of my parcel which was send early morning last May 6, 2019. it has been 5 days & i haven't received my items which are car parts that's badly needed for my car. please do something about this.
your courier rates is not a joke.
that's a hard earned money.
please do something about this. i am extremely dissapointed of your very poor service.

LBC Express lbc ayala center cebu employee joseph narcala

Good day,

I am currently here right now in one of your branches in Cebu - Ayala Center LBC. This is in regards with one of your employees who rudely treated me. Joseph Narcala was his name.

There were more than 10 people who witnessed that I approached him politely asking when will be my turn because there was no priority number at this time. I explained to him that if I'm way too far I'll just come back because there's still a result I need to catch before the doctor goes home but he answered me rudely. He even sarcastically told me to wait because I'll be stressed if I won't and I explained him for the second time that I'm not in a hurry I just need to know if I'm next or not because if not then I'll just come back because I really need to catch my doctor. I asked for his name and he just rudely told me that okay maam you'll be the second one to report me so I was shocked and he even smiled after saying that as if his not afraid of anything.

Action needs to be taken, I spoke to the manager and she told me to suit a formal written complaint which I will really do. Please let them check the CCTV footage because apart from me there's another customer who was rudely treated.

I am pregnant and I have an appointment with my doctor because I'm very unwell right now and this mess is making me feel worse. If ever by chance that my situation becomes worst because of what happen I swear the employee will be held liable.
