The package was picked up by my customer dated april 24, 2019 cop at lbc san fernando la union. Until now, may 2, 2019 I have not yet received any text from lbc for the reference number that I needed for me to claim my client's payment! Why do you keep us waiting for too long to claim our money? Please do something about this! Tracking number [protected] cash on pick up at san fernando la union branch. Give me my money asap!
non-delivery
Last April 29, 2019, a package with Tracking # [protected], bound to Limay, Bataan was scheduled to be delivered on that same. But it was reported with 'Shipment Issue'. On the following day, April 30, 2019, the package was scheduled again to be delivered, but the receiver did not receive any package on that day. We write an inquiry to the customer service and contacted some of the LBC Branches in Bataan. According to them, on April 29, a 'Vehicle Breakdown' was reported from Balanga LBC Delivery Team and it was rescheduled to be delivered on April 30. We should expect delivery until 7pm. My client waited the entire day for the LBC delivery team to arrive but there was no presence or any signs of them that they've made a delivery to the address stated in the package. Upon checking on the LBC Track & Trace dashboard, it was reported on April 30, 2019, 'Payment Issue' when there was non-delivery of the package.
This is very disappointing. They have made false report regarding the status of the package which was not delivered for two consecutive days. It came to my attention that the LBC Delivery Team, in Balanga Bataan were the LBC warehouse is located has the worst system in handling and non-delivery of packages. They would often report it with some issues when in fact they did not made any delivery on the date and address specified. They did not even contacted or call the receiver, given that the phone numbers are provided. There was no any communicatiom made by the LBC delivery team at all. Apart from that, packages were also mishandled by the LBC personnel in that warehouse. There were reports of packages/boxes being tossed in the air/thrown like a ball or a coin. These packages may contain fragile things and must be handled with utmost care. This kind of services must be stop and this is already a deterement to the integrity on the company. It is my prayer that this complaint/issue must be given immediate action/attention. Please investigate your Delivery Team especially in Balanga, Bataan. I hope that the package bearing the above tracking # is still in good condition. A family awaiys for that package for a very special occasion.
I am writing this letter of complaint on behalf of my client too, who was expecting to receive the parcel on April 29, 2019 by the LBC Delivery Team of Bataan (See attached).
A parcel with the Tracking Number [protected], bound to Limay, Bataan, was scheduled to be delivered on April 29, 2019. But it was reported with "Shipment Issue" at 3:00 p.m. on that same day.
On April 30, 2019, at 7:24 a.m. it was tag "Ready for Delivery". We sent a message through your customer service and contacted the LBC branch in Limay, Bataan about the shipment issue on April 29, 2019. According from your Customer Service, the shipment issue was due to vehicle breakdown (See attached image). On the other hand, they assured as that the parcel will be delivered on April 30, 2019 until 7:00 p.m. However, the parcel was not delivered again by the LBC delivery team on the said date. We checked from your website on the status of the parcel, but there were no reports made.
Early on May 1, 2019, we found out from your Track and Trace dashboard that the parcel was tag "Shipment was not delivered due to payment issue during delivery" on April 30, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. (See attached image in Figure 1). My client waited the entire day for three (3) consecutive days already for the LBC delivery team to arrive at the addressed specified in the box. Neither did the LBC delivery team deliver nor contacted the recipient of the parcel, given that the phone number is well-provided. There was never any communication made by your LBC delivery team of Bataan to our client at all.

Apart from that, there were reports about packages/parcels being tossed in the air/thrown like a ball. As you can see on the images attached herewith, the parcel on May 1, 2019 was reported again with shipment issue.
This have caused as so much inconvenience on the time that we have spent to coordinate with your team, and how hopeless we felt that you remain silent on our concerns.
This kind of services must be put to an end and I demand for an investigation on the LBC Delivery Team of Balanga, Bataan. Furthermore, I demand for a REFUND of the freight fee for delayed delivery. (Refer to Courier Terms and Conditions No. 2.c.)
I hope that the parcel bearing the above tracking number is still in good condition and must be delivered to the recipient immediately. A family awaits for the parcel to arrive for a very special occasion.
It is my prayer that this issue or concern would be given an immediate action. I am looking forward for a positive response on this matter.
late delivery
Im working abroad so i asked my mom to send my creditcard from Bacolod to Batangas so my friend can bring it to me. Sent last April 12. Today is April 30 and the parcel wasnt delivered yet. My friend is already onboard yet the parcel is not yet received nor delivered to their house. As per lbc express website, it is ready for delivery since April 25. Pls!
my products not delivered until now it's been more than a 3 months
I always call their customer service staff but they always promising that my item would be delivered. It's been a month! Then I go to the branch where I deposit my item and they send them a lots of email to please deliver it in mariveles branch (because that item is in balanga bataan ware house and take note: they did not deliver it — it os not for pick up) then weeks passed they return the item! (the hell) then I paid another 185 pesos just to return the item to mariveles (ayokong gamitim ito pero ambobobobobo idiot mga tao nyo) until now they post that it was on the branch - april 29, 2019 but my client said that (sabi ng tao duon bakit wala pa dto dapat nandito na yun tanga ung tao pa ung tinanong) urrrgh! document did not receive by the consignee
The document that I, Donnabelle Felix sent last April 25, 2019 6:13:49 PM at Robinsons Pioneer has not been received by the consignee Henry Tutor of EEI Corp. But when I checked LBC tracking service, it says it has been released to Yolly Cruz. But there is no Yolly Cruz working in EEI Corp. The document should be directly delivered to the consignee written in the courier pouch. Why did they deliver to an unknown person?

Parcel status was ‘failed delivery', so, I went to LBC Odi to personally pick-up the parcel but was advised they couldn't locate the parcel as it doesn't have a tracking number. I provided them the Cpost Tracking number. Told to check at their Citra Mina branch if they have parcel. Went to Citra Mina and was informed that all Shopee orders were already forwarded to ODI. So, i just went home and waited for Monday.
Yesterday, A delivery guy named ‘John Palisbo' texted me asking if I want my parcel to be picked-up or delivered. I got a ring for a short seconds and i wasn't able to answer the phone. Weird thing is, why would a deliver guy ask me if I want to pick-up the parcel if it was for a door-to-door delivery. I waited whole day and got no parcel. I checked the status online and it says ‘consignee unknown no response'. I texted him that my item is for a door-to-door delivery (will attached the screenshots), and then, he texted me back using another number, asked me to go to their office and do the yawyaw ‘magbunganga'. For the record, this is not the first time I encountered issues at LBC branch here. Last December, my parcel which is also a COD took almost a month before it got delivered.
Earlier today, I texted him back about the inconvenience he got me in. He responded and even called me. I also tried to ring him. The irritating part was when he called me ‘gago' - thy to me is unjust vexation. He keeps on insisting that i go to their branch. So, I told him it is up to him if he's going to deliver the parcel or not.
To cut the long story short, I want this man be removed from his job. This has been an insulting and irritating journey to getting my parcel.

I'm very disappointed with this company. My fiance was shipping me some very important documents from the Philippines to NY. I gave her all of my information, and when she filled out the paperwork they told her that my street name was incorrect. It was the middle of the night here in NY, so she didn't call me to verify and just took their word for it. When I saw the receipt in the morning I saw four mistakes on it. FOUR MISTAKES! The street name of my address was misspelled, my phone number was incorrect (they wrote the 1 [country code] as one of the 10 digits, and excluded the actual 10th digit of my number), her return address was also misspelled, and her middle initial was incorrect. I tried to call customer service about it, but they couldn't help me. They said that my fiance has to go back to the shipping office to resolve it. I hope and pray that they still have it in their office, and that she's able to get it back along with a full refund.
My fiance went back down there and fortunately the package was not yet shipped. They double checked the info on the package and it was correct, and the problem was that the receipt showed incorrect information. This did cause us some needless stress and frustration, as these were very important documents being sent, and my fiance also had to waste a total of nearly two hours going there, waiting, resolving the situation, and going back. Other than that, it appears that the matter has been resolved.

We received a text message from lbc on april 27th that our shipment is ready for delivery within the day. We took the day off and did not even attend to important events because of this. Now, they are saying they can't locate the address. Lbc? Really? How can lazada and shoppee knock on our doors to deliver the package?! This happened numerous times already lbc. Dont make us escalate this to dti.

I was expecting to receive some delivery last April 24 kaso I was out of town kaya nag instruct na lng ako sa ate ko na siya ang mag receive kasi paid na yung freight. Sabi ng delivery guy hindi daw nya idedeliver kasi may babayaran pa. Pero sinabi ko na binayaran na yun, hindi niya binigay yung item. On the next day, try daw niya ideliver ulit. Pero sinabi ko sa branch ko na lng kukunin kasi nagkasakit ako, mga friday na ako makakabalik ng cebu. Heto, pumunta ako sa gaisano grand jai alai branch ng lbc para kunin yung item pero sabi dun wala ng denilever. Nagtext ako sa delivery guy tapos nagreply siya na nasa main daw yung item ko. Hi! I was supposed to receive a package from perfume philippines today, April 25, 2019. But I received an email notice of delivery failure due to reason that I was out of the office when I have not even left. I even asked our guard but he said there was no delivery from LBC. So I called your Maliwalo, Tarlac Hub to confirm and a certain PAUL CAPULONG answered the phone. He was very disrespectful! I was just asking what could be the reason why the delivery man said that I was out of office and he answered that he does not know with a grumpy voice. I suggest he should undergo training on good customer service and telephone etiquette. He even said that how he treats a customer depends on how the customer approaches him. I am sure I am not the first customer who experienced this kind of treatment by Mr. Capulong.
I hope you could do something about this before another poor customer will be mistreated the way I have or possibly experience worst than me.

Hope you will address my concern regards in my LBC remittances as one of your beloved customer who always use your services in regards to COD/COP/brach collect system.
Am just alarming as I didn't received any text messages from your service in regards my delivery for the past 2-3 months already and seems I missed some remittance for those parcels that I've delivered.
Also I need to complaint regards to my Brach Collect for the past 3months now and still no updates given if I'll be getting that money. Hope you can help me as I need to report this to DTI. Specific address was declared, name and nunber of recipient was also indicated. You dont even call the recipient prior delivery. Docs should be delivered to the right person. My parcel with tracking # [protected] says it's out for delivery then again it said "your shipment was not delivered since recipient's address is out of lbc's service area. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." if the address is not included in lbc's service area then isn't it just right to call the recipient's mobile # since it's written there together with the address? it is about the cash on delivery items
The receiver waited for the item at their house. There is a text message to her that she will expect delivery within the day but nothing came. The second day, there is a notification on the tracking that she will expect delivery again but no items delivered. Then suddenly there is a lbc notification stating that the items have arrived at internal mail dispatch. Seriously? The receiver waited for two days just staying at their house and waiting for a call or text. But how did this happen? Maybe the delivery guy was so lazy to look for the receiver address. I'm so disappointed. What will happen now to my items? It should be return to the point of origin because its not the sender nor the receiver's fault.
undelivered item since november 2018
I'm maria norielle andaya. My father, felix andaya is scheduled to receive a parcel from bdo numerous times. Everytime, we are informed that lbc was not able to deliver because we're not at home. This has been happening since november 2018. Recently, my father is supposed to get the package yesterday, april 22, 2019. My parents waited the whole day, and even left a note at our gate, with the message for the delivery guy. And even if they already left a note, they were still waiting the whole day. And again, we were informed that the item was not delivered because there's no one at home? What's happening? My parents provided the correct complete address and waited the whole day because they don't want to miss it. This has been happening for many months now. We need that item delivered asap. We need this fixed.
untraceable package/customer care number no answer
What's the point of having a customer care "number" when nobody answers the call? What kind of a business does not have a person available to handle questions/concerns of their paying customers?
I sent a package via air on april 15, 2019 and I was told the package will be shipped out later that day. It is now april 22, 2019 and the "tracking number" states it never left anaheim branch. I cannot talk to anybody and inquire because, surprise, surprise, nobody answers!
Why do better and business bureau allow such business to run without proper customer care representatives?
I am filing the same complaint to bbb.org!
