The pay outs are great from what I've noticed so far only issue I see is the app does not notify you (within an appropriate amount of time/ if ever) when chat support messages you nor does it update the chat. I reached out about a concern for an order I was doing and ultimately canceled unaware that chat messaged me back with the information I requested. Other than that it's a pretty solid app

Seems like a scam. They got some information from me as I was thinking it was legit, yet I haven't been able to log in to the app and I haven't been contacted by anyone. Really hope legal action isn't required so they don't steal my information.

I love working for this company. They are constantly getting new clients. Customer service is awesome and they don't shortchange you. I would recommend this for anybody who is starting gig work. I also would like to add that I make this my full-time job.

Beware driver support is either rude or non responsive, They don't pay for your mileage driven, I was told that they are keeping the tips, they don't offer instant cash outs and it takes almost a week to get your money, and they are very unprofessional and unorganized

I'm a driver in nyc area and New Jersey and I can tell that they are one of the best to work with payments are always on point never delayed they just need to expand more and getting more jobs other than that is great working with them they have never let me down give them a try u won't be disappointed ✌

The side hustle is great and easy but they make it soooooo complicated!

If they came through with constant orders, it would be great with the amount that they pay but… You only get orders every blue moon and the post comes within two to three days. Also, their customer service is TERRIBLE… They don't care.

This app “send" your money to your recorded bank account inside of app and show transfer be done. But in your app bank not show nothing about this transfer. I wait 3 days and my money was not deposited. Taking time to pay is already bad to wait, but working and not getting paid is worse, are we going back to slav…?

This is one of the apps I really like working with. Great support, no issues. The only thing I would like to see improved is a same day payment system. Right now it takes a few days which is still ok but as couriers we have immediate expenses such as fuel etc so same day pay would make it easier. Great app and team though.

I think Senpex is awesome! It's a wonderful way to serve people in our communities and make some money. The app is really user friendly, as well. Every time call driver support is super helpful!
App works great. I wish there was a way I could see/know the customer feedback I'm receiving (like Uber) so that I can improve my service if needed.

Great place to work as an independent driver. Great pay and friendly support. It's easy to use app, accept trips, great option for navigation with clear description where to deliver. It's been 2 years I have been working with Senpex and will keep working as long as possible because they are just amazing. I prefer Senpex over Uber, Lyft or other delivery partner.

Most of the deliver are catering or big order so pay is also great better than any other app.

They compensate if we have to wait longer than expected time and help us with any ongoing problem right way.

Work is flexible with them so that you can work whenever you want.

I highly suggest to work for Senpex anyone working as independent driver .

In California the state law for gig workers independent contractors were are supposed to be receiving prop 22 to Atleast make the bare minimum wage I've literally drove for senpex well over 2 weeks and was not compensated they have not sent me my prop 22 earnings in no form I've spent more money in gas then I actually made example I'm spending $300 a week on the trips I've done in the past 2 weeks and I mean we'll over 15 days straight i didn't even make the gas money back either week at all not even close to it and not only that for some strange reason they want to pay u by the week funds are not immediately available like other apps they hold onto drivers money u literary have to hustle other apps to make up wages that's lost senpex is by far worst than roadie worst than Uber or Uber eats or any other app I've used for the past 7 years hands down I'll be suing them for my earnings

Driver support is the worst. I received a call as I was pulling up to pick up a delivery 10 minutes before pick up time asking if I was going to pick up. I don't mind receiving the call but the problem is the dispatcher was so NASTY. I will never answer their call while I'm delivering. Another issue is that the dispatcher sends messages while I'm almost at the pick up every trip. When driving, sometimes it's hard to know that a message is coming through the app. When I stopped at a light on my way to pick up another order I saw a new message had come through asking if I was going to pick up the delivery and then the dispatcher cancelled the order. I was 2 minutes away. I texted “driving" then they added the order back. You would think that the company would read these reviews and address the concerns with their dispatchers to make for a better experience for drivers which ultimately make for a better experience for the customer.

I had this app for a month and only got one trip from them. And that trip was already assigned to someone else so when I went to go pick it up, it was already gone. The crazy thing is whenever I go active. I wouldn't get any trips but when I'm not active it will say I got a trip then it would already be assigned to someone else and it will say oh well if you do not accept this trip, your rating will go down, but I never got a chance to see the trip. I never got a chance to accept the trip. It was already gone the moment I even looked at the phone. to get in contact with support is a whole Nother thing. I would text them from the app and literally a day or maybe three days later somebody would actually respond, I was at one point told somebody will get in contact with me, but they never did so. Don't waste your time using this app I even have screenshots of conversations well suppose conversations of me trying to get a contact with support.

I never ever recommended this app. Please do not waste your time on this app. I have driven almost a million miles by doing this kind of jobs. But I never find this kind of crap. They are big liars. People who say Good support must have been paid for review or favor in getting assign offers. And I'm positive that those people will change their reviews in future.

Had a family emergency happen and had to abruptly cancel about 5 hours before the pickup. Got all these threatening notifications from Senpex. Not at all cool. Let's just be real, family or a algorithm based app…? Hhmmm. Which shall I choose…? Customer support is extremely lacking too. Utterly disgusting the way these apps treat us contractors for whom we make the shareholders profit…!

This company is simply shady and dishonest. They used to steal customer TIPS from drivers and now they finally do pay tips to drivers but offer low base pay. Substituting base pay with customer tips is illegal and bad business practice.

You can tell it's not American run company. Mentality and how you run business is from those third world countries. They will take advantage of drivers in any way they can.

I'm giving a one star because there is a problem we are receiving my commissions every Monday and Friday and I constantly have to hit up Support and then I see you don't get my money until three days later so that's the only reason why I'm giving it one star they fix it where are my commission comes on Monday and Fridays as noted then I will give you a five star cause I like that app just not how long it takes to receive money

Canceled an order then 40 minutes later got a notice that I was running late for that order so I canceled again and I'm getting my account deactivated because they think I didn't cancel in time. Also they send the same orders out to many drivers at the same time and whoever accepts first gets it. So this means you have to accept orders as soon as you get them without even reading details to get a job which then leads to problems when you have to make a decision if you want to do it or not. Pretty new gig app from what I know but just like Amazon flex he has lots of problems and they just blame you for it. I'll just stick to DoorDash and Lyft they have smooth out the edges on their apps.

Like other reviewers say, they hound you about being “on time", even if you're a minute late.
Once you complete the delivery, you'd think you'd get paid same day. Nope. You have to wait for them to clear the payment, which takes 2-3 days.
Once the payments cleared and deposited to your account you think, great! Right? No again. It's been hours since I got the deposit notification and still do not see the money in my account. I'm currently asking them about this but they are being slow to respond. Weren't slow when it was me rushing to get the order done on their behalf.
Watch out for this company if you work with them and don't invest much into them. Other platforms have lower pay, but at least you get PAID.

So check this out;

First of all they have very few offers every week; so it cant be a reliable way of doing some extra money;

Then when they assign an order they're going crazy about it; send you reminder 1 hour before; if you are 1 mile away when there is still 20+ min till the pickup time another mail saying your're late like they unable to see you on the map. Then you have customer support calling you.

They are a third party; you're going to pick up the offer and say what company you're with and they have no idea as most of the orders are coming trough ez catering.

The interface is not user friendly; you have to take a pic at the pick up and drop off and at the drop off you usually go to some companies and have 0 details where you're supposed to drop it off; they just assume you will figure it out; on your time.

Now why I hate them; the last delivery i've done for them the restaurant haven't got the order and had to wait 1h; and ended up arguing with senpex as they did not wanted to compensate for that and ended up calling to hr but never received those money!

So be aware! You'll do the work for free; avoid; there are way better alternatives on the market
