I made a transaction to LBC, sent my netbook to Zamboanga del Sur through this courrier. My item is in good condition, working, packed properly but it happened upon receipt the item already has defect. Blurred screen with matching colors appear on the screen. What to do with this problem? I am expecting LBC to address me regarding this matter. Thanks!

The courier of your delivery team is unresponsive about the parcel that should be delivered. I told him what time and where the parcel that will be delivered but there are just stubborn. It is part of thier job but their services they give to the customer is not worth for they paid for.

My agent from cebu sent my passport after receiving my visa from Korean embassy. There's no update on my parcel. The place where it was sent is still the same online. It never changes. That parcel was important because it carries my passport as well as my visa that I've waited to be approved for a year. I hope you can send me my passport before Sunday. Because out flight going to Korea will be on Sunday.

Sent P2k remittance but named recipient was unable to claim in Guadalupe branch because her ID was expired. I called Customer Service hotline to request that the transaction be approved because she is a fire victim and needs help. I was hoping that LBC would find a way like maybe look for her existing records of previous transactions with LBC, at least to confirm her identity via her signature. Also she has the tracking number anyway which should serve as a personal identification number. However your personnel were unwilling to relax the rules even for humanitarian purposes. She needed to get the funds today but it would still take time to apply for a new ID. She also doesnt have the money for transportation to apply for one. I hope your personnel will be taught how to find creative ways to verify identity of person rather than being bookish in strictly following corporate policies. Pls be more considerate especially towards the underprivileged.

I just want to concern the delivery and the customer service of your company... i have a parcel that was posponed i think twice base on the record i call the customer service and they told me maybe because the delivery cannot find my house... that is very impossible my house is near the landmark my sister put on the parcel and i have number they can contact me incase they cannot find it .. i called youre customer service and they told me 1 to 2 days the parcel was on warehouse and then i waited after a day i called again because it was not dekivered they told me thursday and i waited again sadly it did not arrive and i dont know your customer service always says date but it was not delivered why on earth they will tell me to wait that day when you cant deliver the 3rd tme i call was thursday and they told me the same thing others told me give me date and told me to wait but why until now there is no delivery those customer service i dont think has done there job well because they cNnot give me truthful answer pls can u help phillipine lbc to be more specific and train the custoner service agent

I would like to follow-up the status of my undelivered documents. My cousin from Lipa, Batangas happened to ship package thru your express delivery.

But it concerns me that you seemed to take no action with my undelivered package. It was shipped last August 29, 2019(Thursday) and was expected to be received here at my Makati office on August 30, 2019 (Friday). I have informed your office of my undelivered item last Monday, September 2, 2019. Your customer service hotline told us to wait for 48hrs for the feedback where the package is. I gave you the benefit of the doubt for consideration so I've waited calmly. BUT IT IS CLEARLY YOUR FAULT THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN TAGGED AS RELEASED TO AN UNAUTHORIZED PERSON. IT SAYS HERE THAT YOU RELEASED A PACKAGE TO SOMEONE WHO NAMED JHON SANTILAN THAT YOU TOLD US AND REFERRED TO AS GUARD. The recipient's name is clearly under my name SARAH LYN VILLANUEVA and I don't remember that guards in our building are authorized to receive package for a certain company. Moving forward, after 48hrs, I received no call nor feedback. I initiated a call to follow-up the status of my undelivered package. Again your customer hotline gave me an information that your logistics have put in wrong info on my track and trace account that I need to disregard the status tagged as released to someone else because my package is still at the warehouse. Here's the thing, I am questioning your efficiency and loyalty to your valued customers. Why? The mere fact I used LBC is to receive the package conveniently. Thus it means that the documents inside that package was all urgent. I have other commitment to SSS where I need to submit all those documents. Those documents were hard to request because it does not only came from one office. There were so many institutions involved to request those documents. Thus, were was the logic of using your express delivery if you can't make it on timely and manageable basis? It's been exactly 5days not including Saturdays/Sundays but I don't receive any package yet. I have a deadline tomorrow at SSS and IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE MY DOCUMENTS WITHIN TODAY I WILL ESCALATE THIS ISSUE TO SUE YOUR COMPANY AND THE ONE WHO NAMED ZARIE AQUINO, who gave us a commitment that it will be delivered supposedly yesterday or today morning. But then again, no delivery happened. I made a call and the hotline told me to wait for another 48 hours? I don't deserve this kind of service since I paid for the shipping fee.

Please take action and contact me thru [protected], I want it to be delivered to me today because I have deadline.

My parcel has been delivered to the wrong person. When my receiver asked me regarding the update of her order because she has not received it but when we track our shipment it has been tagged as released to authorized representative but this person doesn't have any relation to my receiver nor she doesn't know him.

I gave the correct contact person as well as correct address with contact number. Why LBC deliver my parcel to the wrong person.

I would like to report a discrepancy on the rate of LBC COP which is 80 pesos plus 15 minimum charge.

Two parcels were sent using the LBC COP with same value and same item inside. One coming from Pasig City and the other from Baguio, Benguet. The problem was they have different rates wherein one charged a very expensive rate compared to the other one as follows:

A. From Baguio, Benguet

Rate: 95

B. From Pasig City, Metro Manila

Declared Vlaue: 500
Content: 500
Rate: 205

We always sends an important documents and clothes to our clients in south luzon for our business in pampanga. Now this LBC location provided above in Poblacion Mabalacat City Pamp., always change their cut off time which we know that we are still have the time to send it out. One of our personel came in but was refused to be assisted with one of the staff there. This isnt to both of business.

I already made the complaint before about the delay in your delivery. I am making again because you already delivered late with lame reasons and my souveniers are damaged and the box wet. When you say the package will arrive thur or friday with my supplier, you have to deliver it on that day. My wedding was on a saturday and even so it did not arrive. And you give me the reason that it was because of the muslim pilgrims travelling to zamboanga and their baggages that you cannot make space for my package, for my service that we paid? And yet I get no response with the earlier complaint i made..?!

And i still get to pay my supplier the shipping fee for this package that arrived 6 days after the wedding. It's useless. Your service is crap.

Ang asawa Kris Jayson Eloursa may pinala NAug 25 3019 sa LBC form Santa Cruz Laguna to Desiree camilon.. witch is UNG padala na un door to door.. to manila ilang araw na Ang lumipas. D parin dumating UNG package. UNG pumunta Ang asawa ko sa LBC santa star santa Cruz. They said d about NG door to door UNG place.. so Kung d pla about bakit ninyo e nakcep UNG padala namin? Then. Sabi NG asawa cge pick up nlng sa LBC. Divisoria nlng.. ok daw inabot na ng ilang araw pabalik balik na UNG pinsan ko sa LBC divisoria wla parin UNG package.. anung petsa na sept3 na. Wla parin Ang package ko.? I'm very disappointed to the service of LBC Philippines.. d kau nakakatulong nakaka stress kau.. we are waiting out time pabalik balik sa out ninyo para asikasohin? Pero anung action ninyo wla? D na ako uulit sa inyo.!

I received a gadget worth 6475 from an online seller name kaygadgets through lbc cash on deliver today september 3 2019, the item is defective and the seller is no longer reachable. I was scamed. I immediately went to your branch near me and ask what should I do about it I want to refund my money since it is still with them I just paid it with their delivery man. But all they said was we cant do anything about it. I am so hopeless. The money is still with lbc and not yet deposited to the account of the seller it is stil savable but they refuse to assist me. I will file a formal complaint to the department of trade and industry (DTI) about this and will file a police report. You can contact me in this number [protected]

Bakit naman po may shipping issue yung parcel ko? Kanina lang arrived already sa lbc bulacan branch. Tapos next update may shipping issue na. Hindi ko lang magets paano nagka issue yung parcel na yun. Eh dinoble naman ang pagcheck yun.Heto po tracking number ko [protected]. Today dapat ang delivery nun. Pero walang dumating. Door to door binayaran tapos gusto niyo pala for pick up.

I've waited for almost 2 hours because there was only one employee ( transactor ). Most of the customers left and complained because of their slow services. I see to it that my ID is in sy. 2018 - 2019 but our School FEU Diliman, starts in September which we don't have YET our id and as far as I know it's still valid for us students whose school starts in September. I also "accepted" money with that ID before. The transactor also wanted me to hand her my enrollment documents, since she questioned me if I'm still studying for proof. I admit my fault for not knowing this kind of rules., BUT please state to your branches the rules you have with my case which is the school year of id's since we are late compare with other schools.

I'm sorry but it's a .1/10 rating for these people. I highly recommend doing something about the issue on the time of delivery. What's taking it so long to deliver? Why not update us on what really is happening to our ordered product? And another thing. Don't tell us that the product will be delivered this day if it there is uncertainty on that matter. You're just giving us false hope. I feel really bad on doing this, but i had no choice. This keeps on happening every damn time. Please do something about it. Thank you. God bless.

When I check my package on online at
Lbcexpress.com it was successfully delivered but I didn't received the package.. Din I checked to lbc outlet to confirm that how is it true that it was delivered? But they said it was deliver too. But
How is it happening? Why? is it possible happen? as what I've known if someone delivered something they ask ID and signature to the owner of they
Deliver most specially to LbC.. If then we wasted our money and time. And that important document sended to me was missing . How can I get my item back.?
