Cya itong feeling matalino n paulit ulit sinasabing dhil nga may magnet. Gets ko nmn may magnet ang tinatanong ko bkit from palawan to batangas pwede pero from batangas to palawan hindi. Pinakausap ako sa phone sa isa pang staff from lianas pra mgmukamhaing tanga. Ako pinakausap nya sa staff sa lianas tpos ssbihin nya "diba sbi ko mam may magnet kaya bawal.. Habang nakangiti n akala mo napakabobo kong tao pra di cya ma-gets. ALAM KONG MAY MAGNET. ang tinatanong ko bkit nyo tinaggap sa palawan at dineliver nyo dito smin ngayong ippblik ko sa palawan biglang bawal na.

I am complaining LBC staff Mrs Jejie Agbuya Sept. 16, 2019 at LBC bayambang branch she reject to send from Pangasinan to Cebu (see photo attachment) my item sony walkman no speaker or headphone and battery included i dont know the reason why I already explain to her everything and also waste my time I think LBC must get the better staff with fully training and knowledgeable about the measurement of the company, can you Mam/Sir advice.Thank you

Failure to Deliver Parcel as confirm status for September 14, 2019 (tracking - online),
from "ready for Delivery, expect delivery within the day"
then suddenly change to "We tried to deliver your shipment but office was closed. LBC will deliver the next business day". Early that day we re-confirm the status and they responded that the Parcel was already with the assigned LBC delivery personnel.
Our Branch in Davao usually operates from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM but for September 14, 2019 we stay until 8:00 PM just for that Parcel.
Within the Parcel are Original important Company Documents requested for Bidding requirements schedule for September 16, 2019 but no Parcel arrive until that day. After re-checking the Parcel still with Davao LBC warehouse. It causes inconvenience and also be a possible reason to our failure to qualify as one of the bidders.

Last Saturday, 14 Sept 2019, around 6:30pm, your employees at your SM Hypermart Antipolo City branch, Evelyn P Madlos (Employee No 117760) and Paul Arriz Reyes (Employee No 115117) has been accepting in advance bulk courier packages even without payment causing long queues of customers. The bulk packages were accepted in the morning and were processed only in the evening at the time where single transaction customers are coming. I just knew that these customers were friends of your two employees and they were given special treatment in expense of others.
I'm filing this complaint because it wasted my time waiting for my turn. I have to leave your store after waiting for useless 30 minutes. I want these employees be given sanction for their corrupted behaviour. Your employees are arrogant as well.

I need your attention to the unprofessional behavior that I have observed from your staff at SM San Lazaro LBC Branch named JASMIN ROBLES. It happens last September 11, 2019. I am upset to inform you that the behavior of your staff Ms. Robles is very frustrating in her conduct at the workplace with her rude behavior and negligent work ethics to assist your customers. I believe that it is time to address this poor behavior and post consequences as necessary. Attached the LBC Receipt as proof of a document that I was not assisted properly.
delayed delivery because the parcel was forwarded to a different destination
My parcel with tracking number [protected] with transfer date, Sept. 10, 2019 and delivery date, Sept. 12, 2019. It originated from Butuan, Agusan del Norte on Sept. 10, 2019 and was forwarded to Davao distribution on Sept. 11. From Davao, it was received in Cotabato distribution on Sept. 13 and was out for delivery on Sept. 14. The slight delay from the supposed delivery date is forgivable except that my package was delivered to the wrong distribution area. My address is in SOUTH COTABATO and not in Cotabato City. It should have been forwarded to General Santos and not in Davao. On Sept. 14, it was transferred to other destination and no update since. The content of the package is supposed to be handcarried by my cousin back to the US on Sept. 16 but since the delivery is not to be expected before that date, we will have to pay for shipping for the items to be delivered to New York. I just want to emphasize the ripple effect of one mistake of your employee to your customers who chose your company because they believed it is the fastest courier to deliver their packages. And i am one of those disillusioned.

It is so sad that for more than 10 years na tinangkilik nmin ang lbc ay nasira nyo ang tiwala ng pamilya nmin . Pakitutukan po ang magnanakaw ng laman ng bagahe sa kompanya nyo . Me and my daughter send 4 boxes but 1 of them po ay ninakaw ang laman yong aniversary box at 52 days po bago nakarating ng warehouse sa calapan mindoro, don na nmin kinuha

delayed delivery
We shipped the parcel on Sept. 3 for COD. The delivery team didnt contact the recipient to advise that her location is outside the delivery area, the next thing they was to send the parcel back to origin branch. We immediately advised the origin branch to reroute the parcel to LBC Calauan Branch for the recipient to pick up instead. Then the parcel arrived back to the Origin branch on Sept. 7. We came back to the branch to reiterate that it needs to be rerouted to LBC Calauan branch which they have confirmed they did. On Sept. 11 the shipment status was again being shipped back to the origin branch and on Sept. 13, the parcel was again back to the Origin branch! The recipient was already mad as she already went to LBC Calauan branch to try to pick up her parcel. This is a disaster and a terrible service! Now I have to go back to the origin branch to reroute the parcel. If my customer cancels her order because of this inconvenience, I would like for LBC to fully pay for the product with the declared amount as well as a full refund of the shipping fee! Hari ng Padala? Seriously?!

If someone left their Id from one place to another, and they want to send it with you, the only left ID that the customer have is just a pulic clearancend came from a far place like a travel of 2hours to get to your nearest store, you cant accept if even just for one time! I am not a happy customer of yours! God bless your services!
rude staff. not accommodating to customer
I waited almost 1 hour to get my money padala and the girl staff is rude and making face to me she keep on talking and talking on the other customer without me noticing that i waited too long to think that were not so many to assist that day. It happend that they said to me that its their on cut off and only one computer is working without telling me to wait awhile in a nice way. Hope it will not happened again because im disappointed really
next-day delivery service
This with regards to may parcels with tracking numbers [protected] and [protected]. These are separate parcels. I opted for the LBC because of your next-day delivery service but i have not received a single the day after even if it was forwarded in the morning the day before. I checked it to your LBC tracking system but it forwarded to Kalibo and other one in Iloilo, clearly it was addressed to Roxas City, Capiz.
The parcels are important to me because I need the items on-time. I hope you could provide an appropriate response on this matter or should I file a complaint to ftebmediation@dti.gov.ph.

I sent my documents on sept 5, 2019 LBC San Pablo BRANCH, told us to wait after 3 to 4 days on ward
I always checking the tracking number stated written on my receipt, and I been waiting for 6 days .
My sister received a text message on sept 11 stated that my documents is on hold due to incomplete address first of all why it is to late for you to inform us about this. I've been waiting for so long . You should responsible for checking if the address was correct the only missing was just the postal code, that you Didn't even ask if it is needed in the first place . AND now I have to wait again for another 3 days, what was that? is that a joke ?
I really need my docs asap...

important paper document
I am the shipper and I was expecting for my documents to be delivered the next day as the staff told me that it would only take 1-2 days for the parcel to be delivered, however, as per checking it was not still delivered. It is a very important document that needs to be sent to the receiver.
Please advise and hope this could be resolved.

mishandling of my acer aspire one netbook
I made a transaction to LBC, sent my netbook to Zamboanga del Sur through this courrier. My item is in good condition, working, packed properly but it happened upon receipt the item already has defect. Blurred screen with matching colors appear on the screen. What to do with this problem? I am expecting LBC to address me regarding this matter. Thanks!

The courier of your delivery team is unresponsive about the parcel that should be delivered. I told him what time and where the parcel that will be delivered but there are just stubborn. It is part of thier job but their services they give to the customer is not worth for they paid for.
