Dear LBC,

I would like to file a complaint against your customer service named archie. I called up last sept 17, 2019 at around 2:30pm. Making a follow up on my undelivered docs with tracking num [protected] and reference num [protected]. I know the calls was recorded so I won't have to explain in details (Just listen on the recorded conversation). He should undergo training again on proper holding procedures. I had the feeling that he made we waited on the line for so long so that I'll just drop the call. And because of that he made me irritated. He also commited that someone named junalyn cabading will call me back after our conversation but no one called up after the call. I had one missed call at around 6:30pm. If that was a call from ms cabading then its been 4hrs after the commitment of archie. Well then, up to now I haven't received any call from anybody from LBC. Already disappointed on the delivery service and now even the customer service of LBC is even worst.

You should improve your services guys.

I suppose to received my package by Sept. 11. My Ninang sent it via your courier and paid for special delivery, however until now Wala parin package na dinedeliver Samin.My Ninang kept on going back to the branch where she sent the package they said that the driver keep on calling me Hindi daw ako sumasagot pero ang totoo kahit missed call wala naman silang ginawa dapat mag send nalang sya ng message kaso wala din tapos nung bumalik yung ninang ko sa branch ang nakalagay daw sa report is hindi daw nag exist yung address namin Kaloka! Sana pala hindi namin narereceived yung mga packages namin online kung hindi nag exist address namin. Sunod na pagbalik ng ninang ko don sa branch na yun nasa Pasay na daw naka pending yung package eh need nga namin mareceivee yun. Tapos nung sinabi ng ninang ko na ideliver ulit Pinagbayad sya ng additional charge for redelivery eh hindi naman namin kasalanan na hindi ninyo dineliver yung package namin tapos Pinagbayad nito pa ng additional Kakaloka kayo. Kami pang mga customer niyo yung mag aadjust eh fault niyo naman yun. Paki ayos nito nga serbisyo niyo at pakisabihan mga delivery men nito na ayusin nila trabaho nila wag silang tamad mema idahilan lang lahat ipapalusot.

I have sent important documents ( to be exact passport) last 09/19/2019 that need to be sent to VFS GLOBAL Philippines located in Makati I track the shipment but it's always returned to Makati LBC office until yesterday. The receiver's office timings is 7 am to 4 pm. Until yesterday my important documents didn't receive, as they always delivered at evening time. Kindly deliver as soon as possible as the that documents are important. I will make your company liable in any lost or delay.

Poor customer service in san jose occ mindoro branch. Tracking nos [protected] shows it should have been delivered last week but all I got is an sms stating my item will be delivered today but nothing came. Also with my previous orders I have to personally claim it even though its supposed to be door to door delivery. It is an inconvenience since it would take them an hour to locate the items...

I filled in the necessary details for delivery and I specifically said that when the package be returned to me that it be delivered to LBC SM tarlac. The package did not end up in LBC SM Tarlac, but in the concepcion branch which i did not designate as the return branch. Some of the staff were not accomodating and were not aware of alternative solutions. One of the employees kept telling me to go to concepcion and that it was the only way to pick up my package but another employee, a more helpful one came and told me that it could be forwarded to the right branch and so she did. Please improve your quality of services. I hope that this inconvenience will not happen again.

I would like to send back your associate namely Baby Karren Ramirez in the training room. I think she needs to review the proper way to handle customers. She act so arrogant and sarcastic, the way she spoke to me a while ago. She keep dragging that a few docs should be place in a bigger pouch and because of that I'm the one who packed it to show to her that it may fit. She also do smirk smile to me for my 1k peso bill as payment. I also showed my wallet that its filled with blue bills and no smaller bill. Your front liners should be polite at all times. Lastly, she told me the sealing of the packaging should be done by them, where the other customer on my left do it on her own. I'm a weekly customer of LBC I send weekly reports to my boss she should enlighten that without us she has no job at all.

Good day!this is Felix, I was filling my passport july 11 2019 and it supposedly delivered august 8 in my reciept I went home to my province just to pick up this thing but then there is no things came, so after 2 days i go back to the branch waiting of my passport to pick up but then again no one arrived, so a go back to cebu just to expect to recieve a text or call from the branch but nothing then i came back home again september 4 just to check but they said my passport return to manila sept 2 I said that why is it i didnt recieve a txt or call from the branch they said that baka wrong number daw nilagay ko, what the, I only used 1 number, so they said they will request it to deliver it back 7 working days but it almost 2 weeks and from filling a passport its more than 2 months, i always follow up even my family tell them to follow up i make authorizarion letter just in case, so inshort daghang nahasol ani pero wala lang gihapon, and its just yesterday my sister follow up it and then ako daw ang mag fofollow up bakit ako dba sila dahil sila ang nag request nito pabalik I dont have that access dba ako mag e email sa manila kung saan na? Do I have the email to message them, I think they dont know what they are doing, can you please give me an answer of this matter? What is your resolution this is so so inconvinient to me, , I really need my passport.this is entended to Guihulngan brach.thank you

Nagpadala ako nong sep. 3 pick up delivery, pina change ko sya by sep 9 to door to door delivery dahil sa private reason and hanggang ngayon hindi parin nadedeliver. Pabalik balik na ako sa main origin, tawag ng tawag na ako sa customercare service at ang sabi ay fino follow up na nila pero hanggang ngayon wala parin, nasa Internal mail dispatch pending parin sya. Pls help! Ang importante po nong pinadala ko.

I have a shipment of a product na ni return sa amin. Ni return sa amin dahil hindi na na-claim ng client dahil sa hnd talaga nila dinideliver sa place ng client. Doon pa lang nakakainis na. So nung binalik samin, nakakagulat lng na binuksan na! Even ung sealed ng product bukas! Anu dahilan? O baka may gusto nakawin?
Pag pinapadala pa lang chinicheck nyo na, bakit kelangan buksan? Pati ung sealed ng product bukas!

At isa pa, ung pending payments sa other shipment ko, hnd nyo pa dinideposit.

I'm having series of issues sa inyo and we will stop using your service kasama ng aking co-seller.

We will escalate din itong issue sa right authorities and regulators!

Good morning, LAZADA/Lel.PH or to whom it may concern! I've been waiting for my product to arrive (from SKINPOTIONS), I received a call from this number, asking if I already received the product & of course I said NOT YET. The person who called me from this number even told me that they're gonna check on it, get back to me, & will give me an update. However, I haven't heard any news my product since then. I tried texting & asking when will my product be delivered but no response from you. I tracked my product & there, delivery failed (my tracking # SO0046780140) What? Delivery failed? Really? Nobody/NO COURIER even went to my house & attempt to deliver. If someone did, I already paid, so you can just leave the product to whoever's entertaining you at my house. The seller told me to file a complaint here, your website. I'm very disappointed w/ your system. I hope I get an explanation soon.

Tinatrack ko everyday yung shipment then pag reload ko kagabi Septemeber 19, 2019 sabi my shipment will be delivered today pero kaninang pag gising ko September 20, 2019 sabi hindi na madeliver kasi hindi ako kilala? how come samantalng binigay ko naman number ko and name ng landlady ko incase na wala ako since nagtturo ako but dahil yung pasok suspended nag stay lang ako sa bahay same with my landlady. And the fact pa na pina rush shipping ko and sabi ng inorderan ko tuesday pa September 17, 2019 pa nya shinip. What i want is ngayon September 20, 2019 i deliver yung gamot ng asawa ko. Hello lbc.. Complain lang po sa deliveries ng package bound to marilao bulacan.. Dated sept 15, 2019.. With tracking no.[protected].. Nk 3 days n po kmi. Nag eemail pero c marilao bulacan delivery team hindi pa rin na dedeliver.. Hinahanap n po ni consignee.. Hiyang hiya n po kmi.. Sana nman po. Ma ayos nyo delivery trsm kung sino po responsible jan.. Please please po.. Kaya kmi lbc.. Alam nmin good ang service nyo.. Please do something for this. Asap po..

Im waiting for it since yesterday.. I continuesly checking its tracking number .. But sad to say i saw these message that they are having a hard time to locate my address and me as the recipent.. But how come ? My sister send me tru LBC how many times but this is the first time that happens..please help me yo solve this.. I even wait on the street just to wait for them..

Nagsend po ako ng package pero di nkuha ng pinagpadalan ko..kya ngbayad ako ng fee pra maibalik sa branch kung saan ko pinadala.then sasabihin saken na nadispose na ang item. Wla pa 1 month mula ng iinform ako.. ngaun nakipag settle ung employee na bayaran nlng ung declared amount ng package pra daw nde na mgtagal.. pano nman ung binayaran ko na fee sa pagsend at pagblik ng package ko.. mali mali pa ung employee sa paglagay ng branch kung san ko padala.. kung di ko pa napansin kung saan din mpunta.. ending nde ko din nkuha..

Sep 10 I asked the customer service associate to inform the delivery man to drop it to TGP w/c is the nearest place where my recepient can receive her item, I also instructed him to ask the delivery man to contact my recepient when he arrived.
Customer associate, Carl Ibañez confirmed the transaction.

Sep 16 Item was still unsuccessful I called again and asked them to prepare it for branch pick up instead. They informed me that my item was not redelivered due to the same reason.

Sep 19
I was informed that my item was sent to the internal group and I need to pay for it to be redelivered.

Why should I pay when I actually instructed them what to do and they confirmed it with me.

Good day. Bank texted me about a delivery today with tracking number [protected]. Upon checking on your website, there is a shipment issue and needs to get in touch with your official customer care. I tried several times to call the hotline number with no luck.

I trace the tracking number it was already at the urdaneta teams since aug 31, 2019 until now . I already ask help from LBC SM batangas Branch since last week but i dont get any reply regarding this matter
I made a payment for the return pouch how come that it was not delivered to us need action on this tracking number [protected]
Not everyone has the chance given to take the exam on UP so please do something with this my daughter is capable to study at UP she has in a good standing in there UPCAT review center please call [protected]/ [protected] [protected]@ymail.com
