Ang dami ko ng message sa page nyo pero siniseen nyo lang. Wala akong nakuhang sagot.
Poor customer service and delivery
I'm trying to track my shipment that's about to deliver to me as a consignee. However some issue occurred as reflected on the LBC track and trace while in delivery attempt. as per advise, have to contact the customer service with a given email address.
I tried to email your customer service for 9 times and i tried follow up's to ask for any action should I take in order to deliver my Shipment but no one answering my concern.
They didn't even contact me for any reasons before they returned the shipment to SCS returns as per satus on track and trace.
Parcels not delivered
Parcels with the following tracking numbers were not delivered to the receiver and went back to senders because of ecq:

Hello po, concern ko lang sa pina droopship ko, mali po yong nilagay nyo na adress, imbes na malalag maitom sarangani po pick up yong items, bakit glan sarangani ang naka lagay? Pwede po ba palitan yon? General santos city nalang po ang ipapalit. At pwede pati narin reciever papalitan? Malyo kc kami sa glan sarangani e. Hi lbc. pang-3x q ng email to. to be honest i'm trying to control my anger pero nakakainis na po kayo. ung package with tracking # [protected] na sinend noong march 20, 2020 hanggang ngayon wala pa din. ung recipient nakareceived n ng packackage from manila ang pampanga, pero ung sakin n from qc wala pa din. nkiusap aq ng maayos sa previous email q pero ndi ata effective sa inyo ang maayos na usapan. kailangan ko pa bang magmura para mapansin niyo na super delayed na yung package!🤬🤬🤬

Poor customer service and undelivered parcel

last april 04 it was return to scs return-lbc
we've contacted lbc and was informed for email request for redelivery. email was sent last May 07, up until now we haven't received the package.
we made a daily follow up and to no avail. one of your associate told us to file a complaint.
please provide action because it been 2 weeks and yet we haven't received the package. i also chat your messenger account, and did not provide anu response.
Service
Kindly tell your employees to be more efficient. Less talk and do more. It is not a joke to queue outside this summer weather. Because of the pandemic, people are forced to wait outside the branch in the scorching sun. And you can see them chatting and laughing while your clients are outside under the sun.
Door to door delivery
Our LBC box from UAE arrived at your Lower Laguna Delivery Team on May 7, 2020. Yet up to now, wala pa din yun box. Di pa din nagdedeliver. Ano ba balak nyo Jan. Pasikatin ko ba kayo sa Social Media or ireport ko na kayo Sa DTI? Makailang beses na kami tumawag Sa call center hotline nyo, wala padin. Araw araw kami tumatawag as a matter of fact.

The parcel was not received. No updates. No phone calls and no email's regarding the situation. We totally understand that there is an ongoing ECQ in Cebu City but i guess we all deserve an update about it. Thank you. Please give me a call. [protected].
Lost parcel and poor customer service
Reference No. [protected], Shipped last May 4, 2020. It was checked the parcel has been delivered to Spark and Place branch through LBC Track and Trace, however when we visited the branch. Our Package is not yet available. They have got our contact number but they are not communicating. I have tried all online portal but I got no help.
LBC Track and Trace is not soo reliable, moreso, customer service have the poorest training. They even not know how to accomodate client with this kind of concern.
Lost parcel

Check in Track and Trace LBC portal that it is available in the branch. When i got to visit the branch, Item is yet unavailable. and i was told that portal might got a system problem.
I already visited the branch 4x already yet parcel is not available still.
I also went to LBC FB page and website to addressed my concern, unluckily no single reply received yet.
I hope someone from LBC might be of help addressing every single concern from your clients. What we just need is an answer. i am really sorry to say this but you really have a very poor customer services.

May 5, 2020 nagpadala ako sainyo sabi maximum of 7days, pang 8th day na ngayon wala pa din ubos na yung stock namin ng bus ticket sa laguna ano na? Hindi makakabyahe mga bus namin kung wala yun sana hindi nyo tinanggap kung madedelay naman pala para nakahanap ng ibang way nag tiwala kasi ako na 7days makakarating na. Paki asikaso naman!

They have the poorest customer services. mine was lost until now, i haven't received a reasonable response except that it was emailed already. It's been 2 weeks already and they yet can't track where they have misplaced the parcel.

Undelivered package
Yung package ko for delivery today according sa LBC tracking. Naghintay ako buong araw. Walang text or call. Then pagkacheck ko sa tracking.. not delivered daw due to unforeseen event. tumawag ako sa hotline. Nag email ako. Ngchat ako sa FB messenger. Walang sagot kahit isa. Asan mapupunta ung package? Idedeliver ba ulit or saan ba pwede kunin? Pls. Pakisagot naman.pls lang.
i have experienced the same. Sabe ng portal nila delivered sa branch, when i visted the branch, wala pa daw ang parcel dun. They have the unreliable Track and Trace service, to think ang haba ng pila nila at inuuna ng branch personnel nila ang mangharutan. Beast mode ang ganitong service. LBC Spark and Place branch are very much incompetent.
Unforeseen event
I will just ask about the products that wasn't delivered due to unforeseen event, what was that unforeseen event? It's been delivered then and now but still not received. Pls do make deliver the products because it is for his health. Pls do so. Tracking number:[protected] Pls make it clear for us what to do about it. Because it is really important to deliver it to him as soon as possible.

So just contact them. they may tell you on what happened. but now my problem is HOW do i contact them?
Shipment rules and regulations of your company
Today I was mad because the LBC employee in sta. Rita hiway Pampanga instructed my assistant to leave our items for shipment. He told it can be process by tomorrow for some reason and just leave an amount of 1, 000 pesos and return tomorrow. How can this be instructed by your employee. We have picture of him.
My assistant did paid but no receipt and incomplete change.
We can't trust this kind of transaction. We have been shipping many years but this is the first time we encountered such.u
Delivery
I am expecting delivery of my package today with tracking number [protected]. Its addressed to my office. Unfortunately it wan not delivered "due to unforseen events". I did not receive any call from anyone regarding this. Kindly follow up on this.
