Undelivered package
Yung package ko for delivery today according sa LBC tracking. Naghintay ako buong araw. Walang text or call. Then pagkacheck ko sa tracking.. not delivered daw due to unforeseen event. tumawag ako sa hotline. Nag email ako. Ngchat ako sa FB messenger. Walang sagot kahit isa. Asan mapupunta ung package? Idedeliver ba ulit or saan ba pwede kunin? Pls. Pakisagot naman.pls lang.
Unforeseen event
I will just ask about the products that wasn't delivered due to unforeseen event, what was that unforeseen event? It's been delivered then and now but still not received. Today I was mad because the LBC employee in sta. Rita hiway Pampanga instructed my assistant to leave our items for shipment. He told it can be process by tomorrow for some reason and just leave an amount of 1, 000 pesos and return tomorrow. How can this be instructed by your employee. We have picture of him.
My assistant did paid but no receipt and incomplete change.
We can't trust this kind of transaction. We have been shipping many years but this is the first time we encountered such.u

Reference No.[protected] Shipped last May 4 in LBC Spark Place branch. I checked on Track and Trace that it was already in the branch, however when i get to visit the branch for pick-up, i was told that it is yet unavailable, that maybe their system problem.
I made a report on the LBC website, email and all customer services i could address my concern yet no response until now.
LBC Customer service has the poorest in terms communication in addressing clients concern. May it be personal and/or online portal flatform.
I Hope upper management can do something about this.
You are a big and well known company yet very unreliable services.
C-cargo package box overseas delivery
The C - cargo box package that was sent to my family in the Philippines was received as a damaged box and items were stolen. I have attached images of the damaged box. My family has been anticipating to receive this package for over 2 months and knowing that this packaged was received in this condition is unacceptable. Undelivered parcel
There was a problem with the delivery. When I tracked my parcel it says ready for delivery. Then a I received a no reply message frim LBC saying thta I'll expect the delivery within the day. No one called for delivery. It happened three consecutive days. Then when I tracked the parcel it syas shipment issue. I've been trying to contact them through email in customer care but no response. I've been tracking my parcel and it says that the parcel is at SCS returns then forwarded to shipper. Until now, I got no response from LBC Express. The parcel was sent third week of March pa po. It's been a month well in fact ay galing lnag naman sa Manila yung parcel to Quirino Province.
Unauthorized person received the package
Please investigate and take action on this complain. March 17 when my package from US arrived in Manila, but it was not. deliveres to me. I was thinking maybe because of the unprecedented lockdown due to Covid-19 outbreak. However, I always check my tracking number to see its progress. April 18, I saw that it was released to an authorized representative name Rose Duet which I dont know. No one by that name lives in our home or compound. The package is expensive and precious to my mother. Please help me retrieve the package.

March 17 nasa lbc na sya, naka arrived na sa lucky china town. Idedeliber kasi siya sa angono rizal. Akala ko di magtatagal para madeliver peor umabot na ng almost 2 weeks wala pa rin, until now wala pa sakin. Last na check ko ang nakalagay (arrived at cod exchange) ano meaning po non? Thank you po, antagal na po kasi, maeexpire po yung product na nasa package.

Undelivered item from lbc
My package was handed over to LBC last March 3, 2020. Ever since that date, I haven't received a single message or call from them regarding the status of my package. Upon checking in their site, it says shipment with a concern. I tried to contact them via email and followed up several times but still no response from them. Hope you can help me get my item from LBC as they are not responsive to my inquiries. It's been almost a month already.
Package didn't received for more than a week.
My package has arrived in our location after 2 days delayed can't found our location. At 3rd day they found the location our assigned security guard at the lobby told the delivery man to contact me that the package has already arrived since I was just out 2mins ago and went back after 3mins. To withdraw. the security guard told me that lbc was gone already. He noticed after he told the delivery boy to contact me, (march 14) but he didn't try to message or contact me. The delivery boy already ride the motor. And after that tracking the package always ready for delivery the payment for has already give to the guard but still no one arrived. But upon ur system the package is ready for delivery for 7days after march 14. There is a problem with your staff or system. The item was very important. My client was very mad because until now I can't deliver the package to him.

I had my BDO credit card redelivered, and BDO replied that it was SCS again returns to BDO. It said you can't find my address? I've been waiting and waiting. BDO Credit Card not Received
BDO texted me about my credit card being dispatched thru LBC delivery last February 28, 2020, and also they provided me with a tracking number. I just checked your tracking website, only to find out that it was arrived at SCS Returns. How? No one texted me from LBC about the delivery.
As I checked and track:
"We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient's address cannot be located. (Like how come? I always received my parcel in different express delivery.) Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." ( I tried to reach out thru LBC Express Inc Messenger asking if I can just pick it up in one of their branch here in Cebu, unfortunately they just seen my messages. Wtf! )
LBC can you please do something about this concern to be addressed ASAP. Thank you!

I am complaining about our last parcel transaction.
The cashier Alona Jean Catolico made a mistake on taking my receivers name and address. Our receiver is Mr. Ryan Delos Santos of 19 Sampaloc St., Purok 4, Lower Bicutan, Taguig but based on the receipt that she gave me is Mr. Ryan Miranda Delos Santos of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. That's why my receiver got mad because of the delayed.

i have experienced the same. Sabe ng portal nila delivered sa branch, when i visted the branch, wala pa daw ang parcel dun. They have the unreliable Track and Trace service, to think ang haba ng pila nila at inuuna ng branch personnel nila ang mangharutan. Beast mode ang ganitong service. LBC Spark and Place branch are very much incompetent.
