Base on the tracking you said get in touch with the social media accnts you provided, and so I did. My package has an issue, and I already sent an email and also pm on fb, but it seems that theres no one there noticed my email. Or at least give me an option on what to do. LBC Express Parcel

My friend bought me a book from FullyBooked and paid it through Paypal. When the package was delivered to my house, the delivery man asked me to pay because the parcel was marked as COD. I think there was a misunderstanding between the two companies because the parcel has been paid!

My friend contacted FullyBooked and has said they emailed LBC about it. I myself has contacted LBC through email and messenger but 5 days later and they haven't replied yet. I did not expect for their customer service to be that bad. Please get back to me as soon as possible with news about my package.

How can I get again my bdo mastercard diniretso nyo na agad sa scs may number naman ako bat hnf man lang nagtxt yung magdedeliver tapos. Sabihin nyo hindi malocate. Makukuha ko pa ba yung bdo creditcard ko basta basta nyo nalang binabalik.. LBC Express Service

I went to your branch at 4:49PM. The worker said to me that they were up to 5PM only. I said, I still have time, 10 mins. He said that they have cut-off. but it said 8AM-5PM business hours. When are you dealing with customers, until your cut-off time which the customers do not know and only you people knew about it or the business hours that was indicated on your branch. this happened in Balanga City Poblacion branch, June 17, 2020. hope you do action with this.

LBC Express I ordered pillow on lazada.. But until now, still not delivered

I ordered pillow on lazada last june 05.. And the seller prepare and packed it at the same day.. And the courier picked it.. But until now there is no changes on its status.. Its last movement was june 12, friday..According to its status.. It arrived at solution crossdock alabang.. And theres no update again.. This is the first time it happened to me.. Can you please do your job 😤😤😤

Im expecting my package since upon tracking it said that expect the delivery with in the day. LBC Express Delivery service

Good day!

I just want to ask if you can give me an explanation on why my parcel with tracking number of [protected] has no progress on it's delivery status.
I keep on tracking it, at first it wasn't found and by june 11, 2020 there's an update on it and by june 12, 2020 it says that it was in cebu distribution team but I tracked it today and still no progress.
Why is that? I understand that it was a long weekend but there should be a new uodate on it since it's monday now and almost 12 noon.

I believe that your offices open at 8 or 9am.
I'm tracking the parcel because i'm leaving balamban soon and i'm afraid that when it's deliver i'm no longer here in balamban.

Hoping to get a positive response from you.

LBC Express Delivery / damaged item

1) delivered in in a soaking wet condition, yes, it is totally soaking wet,
2) the leather stained the dustbag,
3) knowing it is very wet, they shoudnt deliver it, it is like I got a saucy food.,
4) the leather absorbed the water and it produced miscoloration in the leather, it os becoming black on the sides,
5) I paid in full for this item but it will arrive as damaged, please refund.

LBC Express Prescription meds [protected]

Hi lbc team, ang tagal na kasi na nasa lower laguna yung prescription meds ng sister ko idedeliver sana yun sa tita ko na pupunta ng us kasi hindi nga pwede ipabox yung mga gamot. Pwede po bang paki urgent yung mga meds na yun since my sister is experiencing asthma and dito lang sa philippines nabibili yung mga gamot nya. Wala na kasing iba pang aalis papunta abroad papunta sa tita namin this sunday kaya please sana maideliver na by today

LBC Express Young living package

We track our orders and upon checking the 2 boxes were already in LBC but they only deliver the small one. We are asking were is the one box the answer of the one who deliver is they didn't know. Upon calling the team supervisor name Clifford Manuel he say he will look for that box and we will inform us but up to now he is not updating us. We call Clifford but not answering his fone. I also text him but no reply.

LBC Express I am complaining about the package I sent.

What does "shipment issue" means? After saying the package is ready for delivery? I payed naman for the fees, maayos naman ang address na nilagay ko. Bakit ganyan? The staff should inform through text or call maybe so that we will be aware if its ready for pick up or ready for delivery. What's the purpose of the cellphone numbers na hinihingi, hindi naman ginagamit for communication.

LBC Express Delivery of package

I tried to pick up my package here in LBC SAN JOSE BATANGAS but every time I go to LBC it was close I tried to contact the # posted on the roll up of the branch but nobody was answering my call. I already texted all # the # but no one replied on my text. Since we're experiencing pandemic I understand that your branch was closed, now that your branch is open and im getting my package why your staff telling me that my package was sent to manila and I will pay additional charges to sent back my package here in san jose batangas. why did they send it to manila? did youre company knew that before you we go out we need a quarantine pass?

I tried to pick my item today at lbc san jose, batangas branch and i arrive at exactly 4:30 pm. The counter incharge refuse to intertain me because thier services is only up to 4:30 pm. What is the basis? I arrive exactly 4:30 pm. Is it hard for them to give a little consideration to entertain me even a minute only. Sobrang strikta ang empleyada nyo d2. Abg sabi bukas from 8am til 4:30, eh 4:30 nga ako nakarating nghahabol pa galing sa work tapos yun lng marinig ko na sagot? Sabi business open til 4:30pm eh 4:30 nga ako nakarating. Matagal n ako dapat ng reklamo grabi wala sa lugar pagiging strikta talo pa ang may ari ng lbc. Poor service. Pag kakilala inuuna pero pag hnd kakilala you need to get a number to be call.

LBC Express Shipment lost air cargo

I, Maida Wooters, of legal age, and currently reside in 1190 Beethoven Common Apt. 207, Fremont, California 94538 is filing this complaint with my recent experience regarding an air cargo I sent last May 14, 2020 with a tracking no of [protected].
I have been patronizing and a loyal customer of LBC for 20 years, I had an exceptionally good experience with your company's services since 2000, representatives from Tully, Union and Milpitas branches has been assisting me with utmost respect and courtesy. Your employees that pick up my boxes had been prompt and careful in handling my packages and this has been received by my loved ones and relatives in the Philippines without any problems for the past 20 years.
It saddens me that this last transaction I had for sending an air cargo caused so much inconvenience emotionally, mentally, and physically on my end. I sent 2 boxes to the Philippines last May 14, 2020, I was very happy that the box was received at the time it was promised to my daughter in Baguio City, but I started to get anxious what happened to the other box sent to Pampanga for my caretaker who is not able to go out due to this pandemic. I started to follow up in all departments, calling numerous times to the customer service in the Philippines, where I was even treated disrespectfully, this representative seems to get annoyed and irritated whenever I follow up. I understand that they might get annoyed and irritated because I follow up almost every day, but I am just a customer who wants answers on the status of the box I sent. I was even put on a hold and eventually get hanged up. I even followed up Randy who picked up my boxes. I also asked Vanessa if they could give me answers on the whereabouts of my box. They assisted me but sadly, they also did not have answers for me, and told me to contact the warehouse manager named "Dacs" instead.
Finally, I got hold of Dacs, according to him there is a possibility that my box was sent via sea cargo. I feel so traumatized by this experience, for 20 years of sending packages in the Philippines it even happened now that I am a senior citizen and have medical issues. The stress that I had experienced affected my health especially since I have a heart ailment. Those boxes that I send are prepared with love and is hard earned money. I pay the right amount for shipping those boxes and I expect that it would be shipped on the channel or avenue I choose whether it be sea or air. Being a long time customer, I expected that I would be treated well, your employees can attest that I just do not send on a quarterly basis, I send boxes nearly every month and I sent my remittances monthly as well through LBC.
Until now my package is nowhere to be found, kindly look into this dispute and address my complain. I believe I deserve answers, refunds and be compensated for this matter. I would appreciate a fast and prompt resolution to this issue.

LBC Express Delivery

Last monday pina lbc yung cellphone ko from pampanga para makuha ko agad dahil naiwan ko kasi nowadays napaka importante ng cp na halos unna gamit sa business. Ang sabi nila due to current situation it will takes 3 days for the delivery. Thurs nag ff up ako kasi need kuna talaga yung phone then friday babalik na ako pampanga. They said they will deliver friday morning. Umabot after lunch wla pa cp nag ff up ako ulit kasi uuwi na ako ulit ng pampanga dapat ng friday night. Ung naka usap ko sa customer service sabi wala pa daw sumasagot sa message at sa number na tinatawagan nila. Sabi ko wala bang pwede tawagan na like manager/supervisor ang sagot naka copy naman daw supervisor pero hindi sumasagot. Imagine pina lbc ko para makuha ko after 3 days yung item ko inabot ng 5 days wala pa din. Base sa tracking may 25 pinadala may 26 endorsed na sa cainta cargo delivery nila. Imagine angono lang eto lapit sa cainta. Naka ilang ff up ako wala man lang makuha sagot even their supervisor daw nila hindi sumasagot. Naiintihan namin ung situation pero sana nagsasabi kayo ng totoo kung gano katagal nila ma de deliver hindi yung mangangako sila hindi naman nagagawa. Kung sinabi nila na tatagal ng ganito sana hindi kuna pina lbc kasi uuwi nadin ako ng friday night. Ang gusto pa nila kahapon puntahan ko daw sa cainta kuhanin ko daw at mag file nalang daw ako complaint para daw ma refund ko, alam naman nila na walang masakyan na jeep at the same time nasa trabaho ako. Willing ba nila bayaran ang half day ko at magiging transpo na napaka mahal? Pati abala na binigay nila sa akin. 2pm palang wala na daw pwede magdeliver baka nga kung naka motor 15-20 mins lang andito na yun kung gugustuhin lang nyo. Ayusin nyo sistema nyo. Wag kayo mangangako ng hindi nyo kayang gawin. Nakaka abala kayo sayang ang oras pati pagtawag sa inyo na napakatagal bago me sumagot. Ngaun naabala pa ako kasi hindi ako naka uwi kasi sabi nila saturday morning kaya inantay ko pa pero as of 12nn ng sat (today) wala pa din ung item take note wala ako pasok pumunta ako sa trabaho dahil sabi nila papadala ng morning. Isang oras nanaman ako naka babad sa phone para lang maka contact sa customer service nila. Tapos bigla me dahilan nanaman daw na me sakit naman daw naka assign mag deliver.. Wow ang galing nyo naman dami nyo dahilan. Kapag ayaw madaming dahilan pag gusto maraming paraan. Wag kayo magbukas kung hindi nyo kaya ibigay ang service na nararapat na ibigay nyo kasi yun ang binayaran sa inyo madeliver ang item ng maayos na pinagkatiwala sa inyo! Ipa deliver nyo yan asap ng maayos yan!

I started to track my parcel from LBC Express since April 27, the shipment was from Novaliches QC to Marilao Bulacan, However it is not moving anymore, it says arrived at COD Exchange since May 13, I went to the pickup branch to seek update however they dont know also the status of it.
