2 days ko na pong inaantay yung parcel, 3-4 ang sabi ng lbc sa libtong tagudin ilocos sur. So daoat po nung tuesday pa siya nandito. Tinrack ko po yung parcel sabi closed dw yung bahay pero wala naman nag aattempt na mag deliver kahit call or message. I really needed that parcel. Hope you understand

This guy, give the package in a rude way.He even told me that how can I be able to see your house here.Take note!Our house is just few blocks away from the main road.Just 9th house, I even told him that we have our store.I understand we are experiencing a lot of dramas specially in the midst of pandemic.But this is not the right way to vent it out.I am also in customer service industry.And I do respect a lot of people not base on what their job is but because that is how I am raised.

Issue: unable to receive money transfer and unprofessional rep.

After i was told system was down, i commented "if this was an emergency, my loved one is dead already" w/c is not directed to her but the situation. The rep called me back, got angry, was told not to say that, not going to apologize coz it was not her fault. I said "that comment is not directed to you, its not personal. if you were in my shoes, wouldnt you get angry?"

Its not my obligation to take care of your employees feelings not to get hurt. But its your employees tasks is to represent the company in a good light and be apologetic for any of the companies incompetencies.

FYI, i left my baby to my senior citizen mother to get the money for my mothers medicine, milk, diapers and food.

i have a documents sent from philippines to Tunisia, Those documents so important for me and my wife, we need them to do wedding in tunisia,
This service is so slow, we will not make it in time at this rate
Now it's been 5 days the package still in philippines.

i hope they do their job in time,
i tried to reach company support but no reaction,
seeing the old comments and feedbacks make feel stressed and unlucky

Their employees requires all customers whether you have cellular phone or not, to have a scan of QR code for safety protocol/ contact tracing purposes. Also they require customer to wear face shield but in their behalf, they don't have faceshield. All of the employees have their own pocies and guidelines.

Please let me know regarding my last box.. I've sent 4 boxes from Sharjah UAE last August 12. 2021 the 3 boxes already received but 1 box left still no sign of delivering... here's the transaction# [protected]...I've sending boxes from lbc 10 years and this is my first time encounter like this..hope you can solve this problem...hoping for your kind consideration...

Oct. 2 nasa lbc ph1 bagong silang branch na yung parcel ko wala man lang pagcontact sakin..hanggang sa nalaman ko nalang na bumalik na sa internal mail dispatch...npakatamad ng rider nyo...pwede nman ako tawagan alam nyong walang nka indicate na house no. Kc sa squatter lang kmi nkatira dapat nagtxt kayo to inform me na may parcel ako...

Recipient saw a small hole in the box. Some of the food stuff was gone, 1 small package of chocolate, 2 small packages of peas.
Apparently somewhere along transit to recipient, rats had gotten into the box and eaten some of the food.

October 12, 2021 i left home at 1:00 pm to accompany and attend the court hearing of my niece in Mandaue trial court. I arrived home around 8:00pm already. In the midnight before I slept i tried checking and there I saw the tracking record and confirmation that it was DELIVERED to me 10/12/2021. This morning I asked our compound if there was any delivery made yesterday for me - NONE. Although it is very unusual that they will say DELIVERED without even texting me or calling me re: delivery of LBC on the way. They even texted confirmation to the shipper at 4:20pm yesterday that item has been delivered to me? REally? To whom? Can your personnel show proof of who received it?

I did all means to contact your support number, hotline #, local LBC numbers here in Cebu/Liloan (the one who usually delivers to me if I have LBC delivery) unfortunately cannot contact your teams. I sent an email earlier too to your customercare email on my claim but no idea if that can be read as well. That's why I reached out to my shipper and asked for her assistance to reach out to LBC and be heard.

The total cost of my item is Php1, 085 including shipment. So why on earth will I not be able to receive such item?

I would appreciate if you can trace this shipment for me and give me resolution where is my shipment now?

I complaint normalah marabong at lbc raon quaipo branch, because she frightened me na hindi daw pwedeng isauli ang request kong money back refund, kapatid niya pala ang seller. I already back the product in the lbc navotas because of defective item and its already for pickup, but she is the one who contact me na hindi pwedeng igrant ang request ko sila dapat ang masusunod. She defend her sister .her sister is scammer because she cannot communicate me and she block me thru messnger . Ms marabong is the one who communicate na dapat hnd siya nakikialam ksi hindi siya nagbusiness nun kapatid niya...

The parcel sent to me by JRN Enterprise from Davao City with Reference #[protected] last October 06, 2021 was released to an unauthorized person whom I don't even know. Nobody even tried to contact me or get in touch with me to verify or confirm if the parcel could be received by that person. Nobody was in our house that day because of an emergency family matter that we need to attend to.

Then I tracked it but unfortunately last Oct 8, 2021 they said that my package has returned to the courier. then I call the hotline no answer my call.

i complaint the service the incharge name, mel quisedec tabiliran from dipolog city he make my LBCpesopay .ill mistake send money instead 370pesos i give 300pesos in that day, im apologize to any change, he call to main office to advice.the comversation he said its ok u put 70pesos more and come back monday .when im come back is not on duty, one incharge she said is not acceptable, in that time suppost to be to avoid and any changes.in that day ill give the information everything.i lost my money and ill make another transaction.

How can i cancel my delivery parcel on lbc please help

I would like to file a complain against LBC employees in Sariaya Quezon Province. At 3:20 PM, October 08, 2021, I entered the LBC outlet to get my package and the employees insisted that I need.to.wear a faceshield, however, they themselves do not wear faceshields. It is not fair.

I.hope this complain will be given action as soon possible.

Lbc abreeza mall davao city. Walang kwentang service! october 6, 2021 4:00pm. Napaka rude noong babaeng na assign doon. Hindi nila tinatanggap yung tin id ko kasi bawal daw. Last time naman noong nagclaim ako ng parcel, nakuha ko naman. Sabi pa noong babae baka for consedration lang yon last time, kung for consideration lang yon sana naman sinabi nila na for consideration lang para hindi ko na maipresent yung di ko. I will not used your service again. NAKAKAFRUSTRATE LANG!

Complain ko lng po Yung staff ninyo sa may recto branch. Ang rude makitungo sa mga clients. Pag Wala syang ipapalit sa perang binayad na buo Yung client ang uutusan nya mag palit sa labas. Tapos after magawa ang resibo binigay nya na agad ang copy na hindi pa napipirmahan Yung both customer at merchant copy. Then Alam ko pipirma din ang client sa parcel. Pero hindi nya na pinapirma. Matagal na ako magpapadala sa branch na yan at matagal ko na din napansin Yung Ganyan pakikitungo ng ibang staff sa client.

Upon receiving my parcel at LBC CENTRO PACITA SAN PEDRO LAGUNA the suppose to be item inside is missing. It shipped from LBC EXPRESS INC. Unit gf-c shapire residences 2nd ave. Corner jist fort bonifacio city taguig... its almost a mo. Can u help me to my problem. Please help me caught those kind of person and the one responsible for that matter because it my ruin the company credibility.
