So my parcel is from Davao city and unfortunately after a few days of waiting in Maramag Bukidnon my parcel arrived at a different branch which is kibawe bukidnon. I hope there is some action regarding this. I was waiting for this parcel and it is a order from a customer but my customer has been dismayed for the time i promise to deliver the watch and havent been able to deliver it .

It says on the tracking page it will be delivered within the day but nothing came. You should text your customers if its not arriving because ive waited for it and did nothing the whole day.

Hey guess what mga motherfucker feeling privileged remittance company! I went back to few of your branches now kasi kakakuha ko lang ng bagong id na nirerequire nyong mga putangina kayo. And you know what kung anong issue nyo this time? Off-line daw ang system updating daw ng mga pitang ina nyo! And they told me to come back after lunch! This is getting really ridiculous your service was a crap this is worth posting in all social media grabe ang aberya ng company nyo mga hinayupak kayo if only I have other way to claim my money from lazada na mga hayop kayo! I will never use your service pweeeee magsara na kayong mga hayop kayo! All your branches in pasig are crappp mga walang kwenta!

Just want to complain about the staff here in lbc narra in macapili bldg osmena corner rizal ave. Your staff are rude especially the two men, mr. Dela cruz, the guy is tall and has mole under his nose. And the rude and arrogant butch dayrit. They refused to deliver my package because they said they dont deliver in our place, but I know that they can deliver package in our place. They are just lazy to deliver it.. When I came to their office I saw the riders and and saw them are just sitting, doing nothing. When I claimed my package the tall guy who has a mole under his nose asked me, are you the woman who complained earlier? Like omg. He dont even know how to speak with his customer in a nice way?, I was complaining and asking why they dont want to deliver my package in my house? Especially im expecting it to delivered in my house since it was marked as deliver in the house and not pick up in their office.. So rude and arrogant person.. They dont know how to speak to their customer well and they are trying to argue with me, so rude and arrogant staff and they think that im just a kid thats why they didn't respect me. I want an action of this matter so they can learn how to handle customer well and respect people.

I haven't received anything from tracking number: [protected]. I have been waiting for the last couple of days however, no one arrived. I only stay at home waiting for the documents. When I checked the online tracking, it already says that:

Please make sure that your delivery staff are working well. I have been waiting for these documents since last month. I have been having this same concern for the last packages that goes through your service. It appears that nothing has changed. Please make an immediate action with regards to this concern.

I'm here to file a complaint. I bought a vintage Nikon lens online through a verified seller, Edward Ashley Arcilla [protected]) from the instagram store @filmstuff.ph. But when the package arrived, I opened it and there was nothing inside it but bubble wrap!

The waybill number of the package is 32000002240160.

I have complained to the seller about this issue and he has replied to me fairly quickly. He double checked to make sure there was no mistake on their part, but he assured me that they really did send the camera lens as intended. He also told me he will speak with LBC about this issue, as well.

As I have bought other camera gear from his shop before, I know that it wasn't a scam, nor was it a mistake on the store's part. The seller also assured me that he declared the value of the product (3, 500 pesos) and that it was officially insured. So, knowing all these factors, I have concluded that it might have been a problem with the delivery service itself.

Though the box of the package is intact and the seal or tape of the box didn't seem to look like it was tampered with from the outside, however I want to double check with LBC anyway if it was possible that it could have been stolen while on the way? Perhaps by someone working there?

I do not want to ask for a refund, I simply want to get the lens back into my possession if possible. So, if you could, please kindly look into it? If not plausible, I will demand a full refund for the inconvenience. If proven that the item in the package was indeed stolen, I find that it's despicable. For the company's security and system to be subpar or mediocre for the customer's need. This is the first time for me that this has happened.

Last October 31, 2021, i did a transaction in nepo mall branch pampanga a set of documents sealed in a hard envelope to zamboanga city branch. It took 6 days for delivery and when it arrived, the receiver noticed that those documents were crumpled as uploaded in your photo option and it was very disappointing. FYI, These documents are about to be processed in PRC government branch and those "same" papers will be sent to CGFNS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Do you think, its decent to send these papers to other country due to your reckless delivery? Please be considerate

My name is Lorez Joy Cabral and I am complaining about the rude behavior of one of your staff assigned in lbc branch caloocan named Ma. Joanna Cruz. I am talking nicely to her but she acted rude by speaking with high tone and she also drop my money and receipt without respect. I also ask her if she is angry but i do not receive any apologies or any comment about her being rude to me. Another is that she also called me "ate" like we are out of her working hours. She should be a professional with her actions even in calling customers as "ma'am or miss" not "ate" I want an action regarding this matter asap. This kind of staff behavior may affect your company.

Hi, I would like to know if there is someone available to talk to for my concern?
I've sent a documents to someone and addressed it and to be pick up at your Marawi branch but instead of dropping it in Marawi branch, it was dropped at Iligan branch which is so far from the receiver. Those are very important documents and needed ASAP.
The Iligan branch already texted us that they've received the parcel and it was picked up by someone which was not the receiver and I contacted the receiver that they haven't picked up the parcel yet due to its very far from their location.. I wonder who pick that up. Can You please contact me. because this is an urgent matter.

And then this afternoon lbc plaridel branch called me and ang sbi may nag received dw na babae ang pangalan ay c diana abdul gapor. Nung tinawagan nmin c (receiver) wla sya kilala diana abdul gapor at wala sya inuutusan kunin. Saka paano nakuha ung parcel ng wla nmn binibigay na authorization letter ang receiver sa babae n yan. Ano ipinakita katibayan para ibigay ng staff ng iligan ung parcel s tao n yan? Saka hndi pa alam ng receiver ung tracking no.dhil hindi pa naittxt nung sender nung time na un ung tracking no..paano nila pinareceived un sa babae. Ano ang proof na pinakita nung babae pra mairelease ung parcel s hindi nkapangalan sknya.

Pls. Do something para makabalik samin ung documents n yun. Urgent pa nman un iniintay na un ng Judge.

Naka schedule kami ng Pick-up ng Box Nov. 2, 2021 at standby daw kami ng 9am-6pm at 3pm-8pm. Pero walang dumating at wala rin abiso na hindi na pala darating! Naubos ang oras namin kaka antay pero BINASTOS lang kami ng mga taga LBC! Nagpa schedule kami ng maaga hoping makukuha yung box sa desired date then wala kaming napala. Paki ayos naman ang serbisyo nyo! Sabi nyo leading Courier kayo sa Pinas pero napaka walang kwenta ng serbisyo nyo at di nyo pinapahalagahan oras ng client nyo!

Yung box na pinadala kopo sa Pilipinas maayos naman na pinik up dto sa Malaysia pero pagdating na sa amin sa Pilipinas may butas po sa gilid at nilagyan nila ng tape.pagbukas po ng kamag anak ko sa box sabi nila wla nman dw mga luncheon meat at sardines..pati mga shampoo at stufftoys!
Bakit po ganun wla silang tinira sa mga groceries na nilagay ko sa box.

LBC will take your money and confirm COD but when the parcel arrives at the delivery hub, they will not contact the recipient and will not deliver, saying the area is not serviceable even though other couriers can go there freely. They don't ask the customer where they can pickup the item. They will just return the item to the sender. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Their email customer service is useless. They'll apologize and not do anything, just tell you to ask help from the origin branch. Branch will then email the receiving branch. EMAIL! CSR COULD HAVE DONE THAT INSTEAD OF MAKING US TRAVEL ALL THE WAY TO THE BRANCH! In the end, you paid shipping fee for nothing! When you call [protected] to provide instructions, someone will pickup and say the line is choppy even if it's clear and then hang up. LBC's customer service is incompetent and lazy, just like their delivery crew! LBC IS A $#*!ING SCAM!

Wala naman palang pondo ang lbc ibaan batangas branch.. Today.. Around 1:50pm may eclaim sana aking pera para sa ibinenta kong item thru online.. Worth 6155.00 pero ang unang sagot ng kahera ay wala daw silang pondo
Dumating naman ang isang kasma nya.. Sagot nya ay may pera sila pero para un sa nagpareserve pa kahapon.

I have package sent thru LBC UAE last August 5, 2021. I was told that it would only be with 60 days or 2 months for it to arrived in Cebu City, Philippines but it is now more than 60 days and it have not delivered yet, I checked your LBC tracking and it arrived in China last Oct. 14, 2021 and where will go from there since it is already October 28, 2021. Is your 60 days actually 120 days?
Please give me a valid reason why this happened, probably the content of the box could have already been damaged. The tracking number of my package is [protected].

The recipient received a call from LBC, saying that the courier was on his way. It did not arrive that day.

The recipient called the number that called her on September 22, and she was told that the item was already with the courier, and on his way. It still did not arrive that day.

I asked the recipient if she has received the item; she still hasn't received the item.

October 4, 2021
I called LBC customer service. I asked if my item got lost because it has been 3 weeks, and still no delivery; the agent told me that they were just short on delivery guys because of the pandemic, and my item did not get lost. The agent also told me that he will process my item, and to keep mine and the recipient's lines open.

The recipient said that she already knows the whereabouts of my item. She was told that my item's courier got into an accident and died, and all the items that he was carrying got lost and could not be traced. She was also told that I should just mail the item again, in care of Charis Mark T. Igot.

Lazy employee, always saying that the package not yet arrive but i trace the parcel it comes from the warehouse that i ve been asking to claim🤒

To whom it may concern:

I would like to file a complaint against a certain Marty Hernandez, team head at Stop&Shop Sta. Mesa, Manila. This Marty Hernandez was the ex-husband of my tita, he was caught having an affair with another employee named Aubrey Pangilinan and had a child with the said employee. I know this is a marital problem however this Marty Hernandez sent threats to me and my family because we were at the scene when my tita confronted both of them. I filed a blotter at our barangay regarding this matter because he threaten to hurt me at anytime we cross paths at ang place, he also cursed my son which is not acceptable at all. I have proofs of his "paninirang puri" and threats, I also have an evedince where he confirmed that he and Aubrey Pangilinan is having an affair.

Please investigate on this matter and provide proper sanctions.
