I was tracking the package I sent thru LBC to Polangui, Albay. August 28, 2017 it says it is ready for delivery and expect the the delivery within the day so I asked my Mom from Bicol to wait. The same day, it was tagged, Shipment issue. What is the exact issue? Can you tell me where the package is? Don't tell me that there is no LBC near the area because this is not the first time I sent a package from Ilocos Norte to Polangui, Albay (Bicol). Send me email for update. [protected]@gmail.com

Hindi ko na daw po pwedeng e claim ang item na pinadala ko..since nawala ang celphone ko na ginamit ko non nag padala ako sana tumawag manlang ang branch sa receiver kung ano dapat gawin..Simce ako ay may atlong anak at ako lang nag aalaga at walang maiwanan sa mga anak ko hindi daw pwede na iba ang kumuha sa lbc sa manila kung saan andon na ang pinadala ko.Or babayaran ko ulit amount nong item na pinadala ko..Walang kasiguraduhan ang mga sagot sakin sa LBC branch Gerona Tarlac at 4th door Perdices St Dumaguete City... walang halaga sa item na shinip ng client nila sana maging concern sila alam nila na mahirap na ma claim yon item or baka hindi na ma claim..

Upon tracking my shipment to Zinarag, Aparri, Cagayan. LBC notify me that it didn't deliver my shipment due the address of recipient is out of LBC's service area.. how come it accur like this.. its not my first to ship in LBC, actually I just have a shipment last August 13, 2017 and it deliver without such problem with the same address.

Thats the address for my shipment, as i was checking the tracking #[protected] of my shipment thru LBC i found out that the shipment not delivered. It say that the recepients address is OUT OF LBC's SERVICE AREA, how come it happen like that samantala dalawang beses na ako magpapadala sa address na yan. Please delivery the parcel as soon as possible they ate waiting for the shipment..

Shipped from Danbury Ct USA branch 54 to Tacurong City to Florida Duadua
Box number 2- [protected] was also shipped same date May 23 2017.

Damage to one box, , Box was sliced open on bottom by a knife,
4 voltage converters were stolen, 4 small cartons of Victorias Secret
perfume and lotion, also taken, set of kitchen knives also stolen.

Tacurong City personnel were present at box delivery, the box sliced on bottom from corner to middle of LBC box, , Tacurong City personnel refused to provide a form to my wife Florida Duadua . for the damages, , stated I in the USA had to contact LBC.
IN my opinion the Tacurong city staff should be FIRED on the spot as this will happen again and again. $16 each $64 total, for voltage converters, Victoria's gifts was on sale 39.95 and the kitchen knives set -wooden block
69.99 for the set ..I have sent a lot of LBC shipments, never a problem.!Never ! Tacurong City personnel were not professional what so ever!
Have 6 more boxes in transit now, , .Total of 173.94 in damages for this one box. please remitt .

Plenty of honest Philippine help available, , in Tacurong city My wife's church has plenty of people who can work honestly, hard, provide the LBC help you deserve ! Never steal . I also know Alice your New York City /New Jersey manager who set up Tacurong City when it opened, , she knows the area, , staffing, never would allow this to happen, --The knife cut-damage was not old, very new, looked very very suspicious, and the manager was no help what ever, , my wife's phone number is on your invoice, , please contact her about this, please !Thank you for your help!

Upon tracking my shipment to Legaspi City, I encountered this notice from you. What does this mean? What is the issue about my shipment? Where is my shipment exactly? I was supposed to wire money via LBC Express. Since I'm in a hurry, I filled-out the required information in the remittance slip immediately and submitted it to the staff. During that time there were just four customers in the queue so I expected that the service would be fast and easy. I waited for almost fifteen minutes for my name to be called. I thought It was my turn to finish my transaction but they gave another paper. I think that was for the membership card application.The staff said it was necessary to fill that out so I did. I gave the paper and waited again for another ten minutes. It took me so much time waiting for my turn. Finally, I was called and was asked for a valid I.D. I told the staff that I didn't bring any id since I was able to send money before without presenting a valid i.d. The staff insisted that their policy is "No I.D, No Transaction." My point is that they should have informed me immediately that they need my I.D when I gave the remittance slip. The staff members there are very inefficient and slow. They kept me waiting for almost thirty minutes just to say that I can't wire money because I don't have an I.D. They should have informed me right away.

Good morning. This Irene Grace Tuante (Sender), my receiver named Mercedita D. Flores said that she haven't received yet the parcel I sent last friday (August 17, 2017). Package was supposed to be delivered today, however. We missed the call coming from the rider for about 5 minutes only. Then we tried to call the rider, and this [censor] rider won't answer the our call. I tried to call again using a different number and he finally answered rudely and cursing us with foul words.

I thought it's 2months only the process but now it's less than 4months na. and now they still not received the package. my room mate sent box also we sent in the same time and same shipment the LBC her family received her package already but mine 3weeks delayed na.. I have been waiting for more than a week already to receive my ordered items but still your Cainta delivery hub failed to deliver it. They keep on returning my items to seller without delivering my parcels. They even failed to advise or txt me if they really are searching for my address. 😡
This has really made me upset and disappointing, for my baby needs the things I ordered.

nagpunta ako sa LBC Langkaan 1 branch, dineliver daw nung august 9 ung parcel ko, pero hindi daw makita ng delivery man yung address ko ipinagtanong nya ko sa solis family, pero hindi daw nila ako kilala, sana manlang tinawagan ako ng delivery man kung hindi nya mkita ang address ko, nakaindicate naman siguro ung contact number ko dun sa parcel for sure or sa papel na hawak ng delivery man . ngaun ibinalik ng delivery ung item ko dun daw mismo sa branch na pinagsendan, hanggang ngaun hindi paden napaprocess hindi daw nila makita . sobrang dissapointed ako sa service nyo .

.LBC quoted "you like to move it" e bat ang sagot skin ng customer care nyo e. Kami pa ang kelangan pumunta sa warehouse nyo sa lipa para mkuha namin yun shipment namin is that how you give your service ? August 3, 2017 pa yung item namin dumating sa lbc and up untill now wla pa din puro sila dahilan . And ang last na sabi aakin non services area daw ang lugar namin and since when pa naging non services area ang lugar namin kng nkakapag deliver sila sa neighbor namin ? At wag ninyo sinasabi na mali ang adres na binibigay namin kasi simula dati pa yun na yung address na binibigay namin at lbc lang talaga ang hindi nakahanap sa addresa namin . I would like to file a formal complaint against your LBC D. Guevara (Libertad) branch. We have tried returning zalora packages to this branch but they refuse to accept it and give the excuse that they are "offline". This has happened 6 times already. Other branches accept these packages without any problem. However there is one guy at the LBC branch that refuses. When i insisted another guy helped me. But the first guy that is always there always refuses and says it is offline. Please check because that employee should not be working for you anymore. He is lazy.

Gud pm po maam/sir 5days n po kc hindi dumating ung parcel q w/ tracking number [protected].. Last august 9, 2017 at about 7 in the evening it was received at Sm city manila lbc branch. Until now everytime i track it is still in that area. May i follow up this transaction from your good office? Or may i have some adive how can i contact the said branch of yours?. Our Engnr.in charge at Calapan Mindoro site sent a very important documents last week August 10, 2017going to Balanga Bataan, but until now as I checked on your tracker it is out for delivery, but since August 11 I haven't received it!
Last Aug. 4, other transactions, ako pa ang nagpunta sa delivery hub para kuhanin yung super delayed documents and dahil hindi nila sinasagot yung calls ko. Please take actions on these.
