My product from shopee that has this tracking Number, [protected] was not delivered yesterday here in Motra Road, Villa Elena Tisa Cebu City and it got returned to shopee. I received a text from LBC that my parcel was scheduled to be delivered yesterday 3/5/2018.
I did wait the whole day but no one came to delivered my item. and then today 3/6/2018 while checking the status of my parcel in shopee it was tagged as returned to shopee and receiver was not available.I would like to report this incident an to inform you that your riders are lazy.

This was booked for collection in the UK over 3 weeks ago and full payment made at the time of booking.
Despite numerous emails to customer service I cannot get a reason why collection has not been made - and when it is expected to take place.
I have received just 2 email replies advising they are checking with the concerned team on the matter and will only respond when they receive a reply back.
This is not good enough, abysmal service on both collection and customer service
delay of delivery
I place an order last February 17, 2018 worth 1061PHP. The seller inform me that the item was already picked up by LBC Integrated and gave me the tracking number. On my buyer board, it was indicated that I was suppose to receive the item and should pay the said amount on February 27, 2018, but I haven't received the item on the said date. So as a buyer, I extend the shopee guarantee and suppose to receive the item on March 2, 2018. Still, no item came. I chat the seller and ask an update of my order but the only statement she gave to me is that the item was already shipped out. No action made by the seller about this matter. I badly need the item last March 2 and the seller just ignore my report. How would I know if my time of waiting is worth it? I'm planning to cancel my order and look for other shop that can accommodate me much better than the other shop I transact with. Anybody here who can help me to contact the courier?

I was scheduled for delivery yesterday but when I checked the statua of delivery it said that I'm unknown at the given address. They told me also that before the item will be deliver I should be receiving a text or a phone call that my item will be deliver and I expect it but they did not text or call me and how can I assure that my item will be deliver?

Please make an action about your branch in cainta rizal. It was shipped by lbc marikina last feb 28. The package has arrived on march 1 in cainta del team but until now, it has not reached the consignee. Please solve this immediately. The consignee is very angry. I ordered a backpack in shopee worth ₱299.00 plus shipping fee, total of ₱372.00. Reference # [protected]
I have been checking its status daily since the order was made.
I received a text message last tuesday (feb 27, 2018) that my package (reference # [protected]) would be delivered on that day. But I didn't received anything.
The following day, upon checking it via lbc tracking and shopee delivery status, its saying that the delivery was failed. And saying that I should contact lbc, but I couldn't reach lbc on the phone.

I claimed my package at gaisano mall davao city branch, the girl named dianne candog I approached that there is only one name on the list which I was texted by lbc that ill be claiming 3 packages. She keep answering dyan na lahat. So I repeatedly checking the list and I still found one. Then I ask her what else I can do to trace but she answered that they dont have internet connection. What she wanted ill be the one to search for it on her pleasure. I got irritated because she is not giving solution but contributing to the problem. Wherein in the end she manually checked the receipt and found all of my packages. The point is, ang mahal ng charge nyo sa shipping and you cant even make things easier for us your clients. I suggest train your staff to answer properly and find ways to help your clients because we are paying too much to be treated like this!

I shipped the package and got the address fixed and changed naman on the same day pero when the package arrived sa delivery of the desired destination "angeles mabalacat hub" hindi pa daw nag chachange, so I went to the branch where I got it shipped then changed the address again. Some 4 days later tje tracking status said that it could not be delivered because hindi daw mahanap yung address?! I had a few shipments sent to him in the past na?! Hindi ata tumutingin ng email yung delivery hub eh I have requested 7 emails on my side, as for my customer some 10 or more na, in fact nag bebeast mode na nga din sa akin eh. "pen no payment" was posted on sunday, feb. 25. It pissed me off because the item was in fact not delivered that even date! For further clarification, I called lbc cust care hotline [protected] to verify the veracity of said posting, vis a vis defend my side. It was clarified that there was no delivery because it was a sunday and I was advised to wait for its delivery instead.
So I waited until the following day, feb 26 and I requested for the delivery hub number from waltermart dasma br. I tried calling their hotline [protected] and mobile nos. [protected] and [protected]. I finally got to talk to someone on this # [protected]. To my dismay, the person on the other line was about to go home, yet he assured me that he will ask his co-workers to answer my call, but to no avail.
All of my follow-ups and efforts served futile when my package "arrived at scs returns" this morning!
It was a much anticipated delivery. Things were blown out of proportion because the seller from shopee might consider me as one of those bogus buyers! I wont purchase something that I am not capable to pay and I will never blemish my name by fraudulent practices in the first place!
Please act on my complaint. Your irresponsible couriers/delivery hub personnel represent lbc in its entirely. They are way

Please check my package it was accepted by lbc padre burgos cabanatuan last feb 24, 2017. It should be delivered feb26, 2017. Ichecked thru your tracking system yesterday it shows it was accepted in cabanatuan and no other updates since then. Now i checked in the tracking system no tracking found. I was a regular user of the LBC service, but am really dissatisfied with your delivery man.
I had one of my package comming from lazada, I got message from your office that I'll be getting it on Saturday.
Since I didn't want to create an inconvenience to you guys, I skipped my college and stayed back at home, but there was no delivery..
Then on Sunday which is not a delivery day, I got a call from the delivery guy saying- he is arround for delivery.
Since I was in college- I asked him to wait for few minutes so I could come home and his reply we're really rude.
If u want customers to be happy, you should ask your delivery men to be good to us or slowly u will loose all your customers and am really sorry to say that.
By the time I came home, took me like 3 minutes he had already left.
When I called him, he was more rude to me and the moment I told him I'll be informing the customer service he even told me "okay go on, I will not be delivering your package, if u want it go get from the head office".
That is not a reply expected from a representative of such a big firm like LBC.
I have no plans to avail your service again.

Hi, we ve been receiving all my orders through lbc at our location diadi bugnay nueva viscaya but this last shipment they send us a mesaage that we will receive our order yeaterday 23rd but no showed up. I checked the tracking number and it shows the delevery failed because its outside of their dekivery zone! Are they crazy? My package was shipped last feb. 21, 2018 and to be claimed by feb,. 22. But as per lbc balanga city branch, capitol drive. Based on the status of my [censor] package it was delivered to iba zambales due to "mis-sorting" the [censor] package that I pay for extra money to be rush by the shipper then I am delayed bow for how many days because of your [censor] employee that sort it to other dimension of this [censor] world then I am expecting to receive it by monday feb. 26, 2018. Therefore after this incident?! You just pissed off your client like that?! It cost thousands of pessos because of that delay! I swear to god! LBC delivery service sucks! Totally inflexible - they deliver when they say they can deliver without regard to the schedule or request of the customer. Even when asked for a delivery to be rescheduled the useless and incompetent agent who took the request was unable to do anything and the package was still sent back to the sender. Your pathetic excuse for customer service is nothing but lip service - talk, talk, talk - no action and no results.
I took a few minutes to read through the other complaints and I realized my dilemma with LBC pales by comparison. I'm probably going to laugh at myself tomorrow for stooping this low, but what the hell, what's social media for but to vent without care. So here goes, LBC, putang ina nyo! Pulpol mga tauhan nyo mula sa customer service hanggang delivery boys. Sana maranasan nyo rin mga naranasan ng mga nabwisit dahil sa inyo!
