LastMinute.com review: Worst customer care and not at all concerned about trying to resolve issues

I booked a return flight to Dubai - on trying to check in for return flight to the UK I was informed my ticket was cancelled as I was a "no show" on flight to Dubai? I explained to Lastminute.com I was on the flight and evidenced this with my boarding pass and information about the flight I would only know if I was on the flight, however despite numerous emails and their promises to resolve the issue they failed to even make contact to inform me what was happening. I had to book another ticket home but am now persuing them legally to pay for my return flight and compensate me for spending my last day trying to resolve the matter with several emails and chat with their agents. It was a complete farce and they basically did not care
