Hi, i have just returned from a 7 day “holiday” to the ART hotel paris est for my wifes 70th birthday. I have never been so discusted with an holiday. Got through the door and it stank of mustiness.anyway Started with the booking in and asked somone sat at a desk what we do only to be grunted at and pointed to a elevator. So finaly got to the reception on the first floor and spoke to a chap and started with the hotel charges €40 for the tax which i knew about prior to the holiday, then went on about €100 for a deposit or a bond or something as i could’nt understand him, anyway paid the fees. Then told us the room service will clean the room after 5 days and if we needed them before or after the 5 days we would have to pay. I am a disabled person and have a colostomy bag fitted and i am prone to leakage in the night, i had 3 nights with accidents and as luck had it there was a laundrette nearby which was a god send as i didnt want to be hit with a bill i had no idea what it would be, at least at the laundrette i knew what it would cost me, thanks in advance Paul.

No outcome yet and as a consequence of putting in the claim had someone contact me on WhatsApp and got me to download the world remit app, and it was only that my bank sent me notifications of funds being applied for that i thought it was a scam, would like to think i could get some sort of compensation for all the upset me and my wife had to endure.
