I booked a hotel on 13 Jan 2026 and cancelled the very next day (14 Jan) because the search results showed me a hotel in the wrong country (Almaty instead of Erbil).

Their website clearly advertised free cancellation until 5 Feb 2026.

They only refunded €47.50 out of €341.92. They kept €294.42 for a booking that was cancelled within 24 hours and never used.

PayPal also denied my claim, so their buyer protection is useless.

This company does not honor its own policies. Do not trust them.
