LastMinute.com review: Shocking!!!

After booking a “5star” hotel on arrival to which we found their luxury room with a broken bed, tea stains up the wall, stinking wheelie bins in the hallway, tea/wine stains on the carpet and empty mini fridge, that we were later told were helped ourselves to, complained immediately to Last Minute, they still paid the hotel for our stay even though we didn’t stay there, the hotel called us a no show ! Terrible customer services by people with only first names, wouldn’t give their surname to escalate the complaint !
