On July 22nd at 8.20am I bought a London Luton flight ticket to Iasi Romania but unfortunately they didn't send me any confirmation for this ticket. The date on the departure ticket was on July 24th and they didn't send me anything on my email. But they took the amount of 1,996.00 Romanian lei from my card. I called them and they told me that they couldn't get my money back. They just sent me the confirmation of the ticket on July 31st unfortunately I couldn't fly on this date. I don't understand how something like this can happen.

Claimed loss: 1.996l ei Romanian

Desired outcome: Please Refund I would appreciate a response .Thanks
