I bought their full flex which offers 90% value of flight tickets to be refunded (apparently only in voucher form), but then only offer £64.35 on tickets costing £84.94 - I've emailed customer services 3 times, an hour at a time and just get ignored. No-one explains anything. I think they hope I just go away. To say they are incompetent doesn't quite cover how their customer services make you feel. Why be so opaque. I don't want to have to accept a voucher and deal with this company again. What can be done
