Kroger review: Poor and practically no Customer service at Kroger store on Wall Triana Hwy in Madison Alabama.

On June 30 my husband and I were shopping at the said Kroger store mentioned. I have down loaded digital coupons for the past several years and have had Kroger cards to save money. That particular day the coupons were on my card but when scanned at checkout they did not read and according to the rude young man at checkout they were never downloaded but yet when I looked at my app they were there. However the young man was rude and talked down to us like we were idiots and we have shopped at the store since before it was relocated to this most recent location. We have never been treated before but I must also say that the shelves are always empty and there is being little or no restocking in the store except when someone feels like it. It needs to be stocked fully as much as possible if you are advertising them on you weekly ads. We have been told several times that they have stock in warehouse in the back. We will not be shopping at Kroger again we are now shopping for our groceries at Publix where their employees are very nice and helpful and treat their customers with respect.
