Literally reached my breaking point with this Kroger pharmacy. The entire staff is in a perpetual deer in headlights mode. No matter how much notice they receive on a refill, they NEVER have a prescription ready for pick-up and there is ALWAYS some BS excuse.

I swear this company trains to ignore common sense communication with those of us electing to use Kroger pharmacy. Moving on to another option. So tired of these clock watching robots with zero personality.
