I picked up a Pro Deep Carpet Cleaner at closing time 8/21/23. I was told I would have to pay an additional $15.00 deposit to incentivize me to bring it back clean. Which I did! BC I wanted my deposit back.
The next morning about 10 AM as I wanted to start cleaning my carpet, I pulled the dirty water tank off and I could see dirty water at the bottom of the container. I saw what looked like hair and other debris attached to the filter In the grooves under the tank there was corrosion that I used a wire brush to clean.
I went outside with the water hose and rinsed the container out several times. I pulled some stuff out of the tank - I have pictures/video to show you.
Upon returning the Cleaner, I mentioned to the lady-clerk that the one In received was dirty - I began to show her as I pulled out my camera. But the interest was not there.
I asked for a $15.00 refund/credit since I had to clean the device twice-once before I used it and again after I used it. I feel like I should get the $15.00 deposit that the person paid prior to my use because I did the cleaning that was supposed to have already been done.
I request $15.00 for up after someone else..
