Kroger Who do we contact to pick up abandoned King Soopers shopping carts

I live in Lakewood, Colorado 80227. Our property is located along the North Hampden Frontage road between Hamilton Dr. and Ivan St (Three Lakes Subdivision). The apartments to our east (the Modern Apartments) leave King Soopers shopping carts in front of our property. Can you please send someone to pick them up (approx 8 carts). Or give me the number to call, and I will schedule a pickup. Thank you.

Kroger Terrible delivery service

These drivers are terrible. I had ordered twice last night and both got cancelled. No reason or prompt. Then today looked promising and the guy checked out at 11:28. Says they are on the way after 12. Then says he took a detour at 1245. What?! Arrived at 1pm barely. And i’m on the phone waiting for customer service. Terrible english. Terrible help. And then placed on hold. Unreal. I will be going to the bbb about this. Terrible service.

Desired outcome: I NEED A CREDIT FOR ALL 3 ORDERS. 100 dollars. This is insane to me. My time and money are worth even more.

Kroger Purchase macy's gift card at kroger that didn't work.

I purchased a $100.00 gift card for Macys from Kroger. I went to Macys to use the card and card was voided with balance at 0. I called the number on the back of the Macys gift card and the Macys rep said that the card was void and to take the cards back to Kroger for a refund. So I took the card back to Kroger and they said since the card showed active that they couldn't help me. So I called Macys again while I was in the store with the Kroger manager Taylor and the told him the same thing. Taylor said that he was going to check on this and get back with me. Taylor was not helpful and keep giving me the run around.

Kroger Customer service

Cashier at self service very rude, nasty, doesnt belong in that job. Needs to be stocking shelfs. I'm 63 and shopped in Krogers all my life. I SHOP 3 DIFFERENT kROGERS. I DON"T RECALL dealing with anyone this nasty. Argued with me over card and digital coupon on 6 pks of coke, when sign clearly reads card or digital. I reported her to Alisha the manager on duty. Whole store heard arguement. I am a lifelong Kroger customer who has spent alot of money with you. I will not shop Hillsboro Krogers any longer, but lucky for you I get treated with respect from Wilmington and Blanchester Krogers. They are clearly better managed stores. Waisted 20 minutes in store argueing ang reporting her rudeness. Another 40 filing this complaint. I'M A HIGH PAID PERSON who doesn't appreciate having to file this and waisting my time, but it needs to be done. I Hope something is done about this. She was argueing with someoneelse when I GOT THERE. tHEY ALSO HAVE ANOTHER WOMAN THAT NORMALLY WORKS SELF CHECKOUT thats not much better.

Kroger customer service

I have tried over a dozen times to resolve an issue with ordering online from kroger... If i make changes to anything my account becomes locked and no one but a certain dept can unlock and take care of my issue ... However even they are ineffective and as of now i have canceled my last order i tried to place on nov. 3rd 2023 and have place my delivery order with meijer with no issues whatsoever. My days putting up with kroger lack of customer service and issues with their odering process are over... I will be doing my online shopping with meijer from now on.

Desired outcome: KROGER NEEDS TO FIX THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM AND HIRE MORE CUSTONER FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO SPEAK BETTER ENGLISH.

Kroger Green giant vegetables

Your GG vegetables are advertised this week for 49 cents each. I cannot find them in the stores and they are being nasty when I ask for a raincheck. I have looked at both stores on Nov. 1, Nov. 2, and Nov. 4 and at Scottsburg on Nov. 2. You are about to lose a loyal customer over this! I am pissed at the way I have been treated and need to talk to someone ON THE PHONE! [protected]

Kroger stolen $100 gift card led to endless runaround

This was originally sent on 09/07/23 to tevi.[protected]@kroger.com and as expected - it has now been 2 months with no response from the company.

I wanted to take some time to let you know about a situation that occurred last week that frankly, has challenged my loyalty to Kroger as a company after being a loyal customer for more than 25 years since moving to the Jtown neighborhood.

• I received a gift card from my co-workers for $100 that they pooled their money together and purchased for me.

• I then used that gift card as part of a payment on August 28th as part of a delivery that I (will never do again) scheduled with Instacart (Order number: [protected]).

• After using the gift card for payment, it was then thrown away as anyone normally does with a gift card after they use it (thanks for changing my behavior for this forever – I will NEVER throw a gift card away until the groceries are on my doorstep).

• The order was subsequently cancelled by Kroger due to power being out at the store or something.

• The $12.88 that was charged to my Mastercard was refunded promptly, however nothing was ever said about my Gift Card.

• I attempted to discuss the matter with Chat Members and my chat was disconnected on 2 separate occasion with no resolution.

• I then spent another 2 hours on the phone attempting to explain the situation to phone reps ( I had also been hung up on 3 times during this phone interaction) with very deep accents that were either not understanding what I was saying / or didn’t care – I choose to think the later.

• The final rep I spoke with, told me I would need to go to the store to have them give me a new gift card with the credited $100. There is a reason I have food delivered now – so I don’t have to go into the store to deal with customer service.

• I went to the store that same day after work (Stoneybrook location in Jtown). Talked with a wonderful manager behind the desk (Mary) who promptly got on the phone with the same customer service number I had used earlier that day. As she was explaining the situation and that the local stores are absolutely forbidden from issuing gift cards / shock of shocks – she was hung up on as well. She called back and went through the same loopty loop that I had experienced earlier. At one point – the customer service rep asked if they could just credit $90 instead of my $100 back to my mastercard (why not the full $100 not sure) but that ended up just resulting in the phone rep telling the manager that I would be receiving a phone call from Ari. I left the store thanking Mary for her patience and assistance – with still no resolution This was an hour and 15 minutes after coming into the store.

• As I got out to my car – I checked a voice mail I had missed due to my phone being in use during the instore fiasco / only to find a voice mail from someone at customer service telling me that I would need to go to a different store that would actually give me the gift card.

• At this point – I am beyond livid.

• I called customer service back and immediately asked for a Supervisor. After 20 minutes of asking the agent to stop trying to help me and just get me to a Supervisor, I was put on hold for another 15 minutes to be connected with Amber. Amber was friendly / helpful and while she could not get me a resolution to my problem – at least took the initiative to understand my situation and what I had been through that day. Amber put me in touch with Tevi.

• Tevi was able to discern what the situation was and that she had dealt with something like this in the past and she would be able to assist but it might take either that day or the next assuring me she would call me back. You can understand my trepidation on trusting anyone from this company at this point to follow through on anything they stated they were going to do.

• Surprisingly and to a wonderful outcome – Tevi called me back and stated that $100 had been credited back to my Kroger.com balance and that I would be able to use it when I checked out next time (why was this not able to be done on my first phone call or chat?). Tevi stayed with me as I went to my Kroger page and checked out the order I had previously had and ensured it went through for me.

1. Get more agents like Tevi and Mary assisting your customers. They were helpful / could be understood / and worked to get my situation resolved.

2. There is no reason a customer should ever have to go through the nonsense that occurred above. It seems to have gotten lost somewhere in today’s society that we are the customers and that we are the ones who pay the peoples salaries in the call centers/ to the cashiers / to the CEO and VP of companies.

3. The level of disrespect that was shown by every single call center representative until I was forced to go to a Supervisor and talk with Amber and then Tevi is unfathomable and quite frankly unforgiveable.

4. While I am relived to get my $100 credited back to my account – not one offer of any credit for my horrible experience was ever offered / nor do I ever expect that it will given the level and respect you seem to place on your customers. I spent over 4 hours of my time on the phone trying to get the situation resolved and an hour in chat. That’s 5 hours of my time that is extremely valuable and for which I should be compensated for.

I hope that at some level – through your reaction to this email, you will make this right and restore my trust in your company. Right now – there is none. Thank you for taking the time to read this situation and while I don’t expect anything to ever come of it, you may feel free to reach me via email. I can assure you if nothing is done – I will at least make sure my story gets out through every possible means of social media possible.

Kroger Slave treatment

Ex Frys employee. Left in March after 29 years. Retirement is better. Worked at stores 35, 55, 682 and 686. Managers picked on me for being autistic. Got sick of lazy kids who never got punished, health code violations that got ignored, managers that were bullies got transferred instead of fired.too much favoritism towards employees lazy relatives, being forced to collect shopping carts for 3 hours in the arizona heat all summer long. Being retired is better. Will never shop at any of your stores ever again.Albertson's,Safeway, Costco, Winco, Basha's, Aldi's,Walmart and Sprouts from now. Done with Krogery

Kroger UHC Ucard

Kroger employees are not trained on the imput of this card into their scanner, u have to get someone to help (THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME I GROCERY SHOP), and they may fumble around and get it right after a couple of trys. Overall i have had to pay with my bank debit card, This is probably due to UHCs lack of communication with companies on how to or should they upgrade their scanners

Desired outcome: Kroger should contact UHC and ask if UHC can put an expiration date on cards (this is part of problem) or simply make the OTC card a debit card (this would make for ease of use

There are several.
I ordered ground sirloin at 4.99 and received 3 pounds of 85/15 at 7.99
I ordered 2 2litres root beer at.99 each and received a 12 pack cans at 8.99
I did not order or receive
Orange jello
Rice pudding
Vanilla pudding.

I believe those are the adjustments. This has happened before. It’s ridiculous. I don’t understand how I can order several items and there is a large portion out of stock in less than 2 hours. I’m very disappointed.

Kroger Pharmacy Scheduling and Pharmacy at 9983 Wadsworth Parkway, Arvada, CO

Today, September 25, we arrived at the pharmacy at 100th and Wadsworth, Arvada, CO for a scheduled Covid vaccination. We had received email confirmations of these appointments on September 19 advising us of a $20 charge if we failed to make our appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early, only to be notified that there was no vaccine, that they had run out over the weekend, and "I was gone" and they have had problems with shipments. We had driven to Arvada from Lafayette. This is frustrating and disappointing that we were not notified that appointment should be canceled or re-scheduled due to lack of vaccine. This is very unprofessional! We would like a $20 refund since Kroger Pharmacy did not cancel the appointment or keep their commitment to provide us with a vaccine.

Desired outcome: We received an apology, but would like Kroger to commit to notifying customers in a timely manner in advance if they cannot provide scheduled service. Also, we feel we should be compensated $20 for Kroger's failure to provide service .

Kroger Fry’s food store 75th Ave Glendale Az

I had a problem with them charging my Credit card rather than my EBT card . Have never had a problem before it is for a pick up order. I made hours worth of phone calls. I finally reached the manager Brandon, was told to come in the store to get it corrected. That was a pretty scary thing for me as I am on oxygen and had caught COVID there in November. So have been doing pick up since. As I can’t afford to be in crowds with COVID, RSV & flu going around. Needless to say Jen attacked me when she said I throw a receipt at her. Which I did not. I slid it under the cubby hole and it caught some air, so it was not intentional. But I was already not in a very good mood as it had been a hassle for 2 days. She jumped me so I responded. And was yelling at me as I left. Your customer service has been terrible for quite awhile now. New implementation are not really working for Krogers and u are buying more stores. Maybe you should take care of what you own first!

Kroger Kroger instant oatmeal

This morning I prepared myself a package of the Bananas & Cream, I have a package each morning, except this morning when I found a mouse turd, after I had eaten a few spoonfuls and I had to throw it out. I can't get it out of my head and I feel sick just thinking of it and how many times has there been some in my oatmeal especially my favorite the blueberry packages. I've always purchased Kroger brand as it was better than Quaker brand, but I feel like I just want beable to buy it again an the bad things is that I have 12 packages left, as I take then out of the boxes and put then in the refrigerator and throw the boxes out.
