I shop at the Marter Road store in St Clair Shores, Michigan. For the past 8 weeks, this store never has your brand bagged spinach! I tried the Dole brand which costs more and most of the time it's nasty because it's wet inside, gross!
But I see that your newly opened store in 9 mile in St Clair Shores has it? I don't like shopping there, it's way too big for my taste! I don't shop at Myers or Walmart's because they are too big!
Why can't my Kroger store get your brand of bag spinach? WHY?

On August 27, 2021 I purchased a package of top sirloin steak. I also purchased other items. When I brought the steak home and cooked them on the grill. Two of my guests took one bite and spit out the meat. The meat appeared to be contaminated. It was mushy almost like chopped steak in the middle. One of the steaks had this strange hole in the middle of the meat. The outside of the steak appeared to be find. The other two pieces of steak that were in the package were fine. One of my guest woke up the next day with a severe headache and nausea. I am attaching the product label and receipt for your review. I want to know if you have had issues recently with this product. I want to make sure the meat wasn't contaminated with something that will potential cause medical issues with my guests. I also would like a complete refund of all my groceries for that purchase since! My meal was ruined! $70.95

Been a loyal Kroger perks member for over 20 years. In addition to buying my food I loyal to the gas outlets. However the last two times I wasted close to an hour trying to fill up my car with gas. The training provided to a new cashier was poor and the last time to pumps went down for some unknown reason since there was no power outage. After an hour I was finally get my cash back for un-pumped gas. Definitely not what I expected from the Kroger brand.

On 3 different occasions I attempted to write a check at the Kroger in Algonac, Mi. Each time the check was refused as unacceptable. I contacted the check authorization company on the sale slip but they couldn't really tell me anything. Basically said it didn't match the criteria for checks at Kroger.

My issue is that I am conservator for my brother and I must pay for everything by check. How am I buying groceries if I can't write a check. I am on the verge of never shopping at Kroger again even though it means driving 10 miles out of my way do you go to another grocery store.

Upon discharge from hospital for Covid I called Phcy and asked if any problem with levaalbuterol to let me know. Next day no message or rx. I called phcy and was angry. Mike Bailey indicated I could take my business elsewhere. I have. After thousands of dollars of rx and 25 years of food we have stopped shopping at Kroger on Hiway 70 in Bartlett tn. I did call local kma to complain but no call back. So goodbye Kroger the little guy looses again.

I, Eric Reed would like to find out why I am being spent by Krogers, Sedgwick and whoever the company
that is in charge of snow removal, that I was told to deal with. I have been informed by a attorney that I can file
a lawsuit because of a injury I sustained by falling in front of your store, in front of one of your cameras. (your managers checked)
The fall was because of snow in front of your Lincoln Park store. The only person who has tried to help me I believe her name is Stephanie.

happening and I don't know why, because I don't want to have to file a suit for punitive damages and wages lost from November 2020 until the
middle of February because I could not work.

Does anyone else question what bird Kroger fried wing dings come from?. I rarely get them. Every time I do I remember why I stopped. I'm a wing enthusiast and I'm pretty convinced they're pigeon wings or some other bird. I've never had a wing with weak bones (they're often broke in half) fatty cartilidge and just the overall texture is always off. Even the way the meat adheres to the skin is off .

store has 2 self checkout areas. usually only 1 area is open. more and more frequently, there is a long line at self checkout because only one area is open. WHY?

They are just rude and I had just went to the Dr and called the pharmacy to make sure they got the prescription. The lady in there was like it will be about 45 minutes. Ok well I went on to Kroger as i had to pickup groceries. So about 35 minutes had passed and so I went to stand in the pharmacy area waitonh on my script. The lady yelled out in front of everyone I told you it would be 45 minutes very rude. I was like I'm in the waiting area like everyone else I'm aware my meds aren't ready. The whole pharmacy workers are so rude. So I will be leaving Kroger and go back to Walgreens. The workers seem like they control the pharmacy not the pharmacist. It just gets worse and worse. So I'm moving all my family and my mom's meds back to Walgreens and will never use these people again.

I am very upset!1 I just spent 2 hours trying to place an order with Krogers in Morgantown, wV.

after shopping and placing a 64.00 order. entering ALL my information [address, phone number, credit card info.]
i was unable to place the order because of an error message. which when I called and 886 number was told after being on hold for 10 minutes I hung up and called back again. the error was that I did NOT live in WV. I live in Maryland,

WHY WHY WHY is this not noted on your on line pickup ANYWHERE?

I am still mad about it.

So now I am trying to place an order In Morgantown at a Walmart for pick up tomorrow.

Stupid stuff.

I hope your stupid sales are way DOWN this week.

On June 1st I scanned my Kroger card at the Latonia gas station in KY and was told I had no points. I knew I had 896 points from May. I called Kroger customer service and online chatted with Kroger agent Gaileen. I gave her my number on the card, my full name, my email and she asked me for the alternate number on the card. I gave her my home phone number. She asked if there was another number and I gave her my cell phone number. She asked if there was another number and I gave her my daughter-in-law's number which is a 513 number as she lives in OH. She then gave me another number which was 513-739-1479 and asked if I knew the number. I did not. She told me all my numbers had been cancelled on the card and the aforementioned number was replaced as the alternate phone number on the card. She then told me that the alternate number had been used twice in Loveland OH in May. Did I know anyone in Loveland OH? I said I have never been to Loveland OH and don't even know where it is. I know who did this. I want to know how without my card never being in her possession, did you get to cancel my numbers and put in the 513-739-1479 and proceed to use my card's points on May 16th and May 31st in Loveland Oh? The 513-739-1479 belongs to a guy named Matthew Graser and he lives at 2681 Wayward Winds Dr in Cincinnati OH. He is somehow related to Michael Graser. The woman who did this is Kimberly A. Brueggen and she lives in my senior complex, LaSalette Garden apts at 702 Greenup St Covington KY. She has never been in possession of my card but she knew my card had my home phone number as the alternate number.
Now I want it explained to me how she was able to remove my phone numbers and put this Michael Graser's phone number on it and use it without the card at a gas station in Loveland OH and use all my points? Does this Michael Graser work at Kroger where he has access to people's Kroger cards and able to change the number(s) on my card so she could commit fraud using my card? How else could this be achieved? I am so upset. Kim'a cousin is Anne and her boyfriend is Michael Graser. Anne telephone is 859-743-2179 and Kim's is 636-362-8637.
I want to know how this happened and what you are going to do about it? It is an inconvenience to get a new Kroger card and what is to prevent her from doing the same thing to the new card which I am not going to get or I now have no number as an alternate id for my card but I want to put my son in California's number on it.
I expect you to get to the bottom of this. Gaileen said she had written up everything that they had done and it would get to the right department, but I want to know if that happened and how this happened and what assurances do I have it will never happen again?
