When I tried to log into my koodo account ([protected]@hotmail.com) I was prompted to change my password. When I attempted to do so all new password suggestions were rejected even though they satisfied the criteria (see attached screenshots). I scheduled a support call and was told I needed to use a different email to re-register the account because of a koodo security update glitch. I asked for another callback from technical support as this was not acceptable to me but no one ever called back. I tried to schedule another non-technical call back but the chatbot said no appointments were available, which is also not acceptable. Please fix your system so that I can log into my account using my existing email.
Claimed loss: $200 for the time I have spent trying to log into my account and talking to / waiting for koodo customer service.
Desired outcome: fix your online portal / login system so that I can log into my account with my existing user name [protected]@hotmail.com.
