Refunds return merchandise is always a HUGE PROBLEM. Online orders NEVER have a PAPER RECEIPT along with online orders. Refunds your money to store credit. HELL NO this is where money will not go to accounts credit. Found my $400.00’s in REWARDS. Credited accounts funds money will not automatically apply to new charges in billing. Shopping this store is Frustrated customers eventually keep merchandise due to ridiculous accounts run around. Only reason to shop online this store is out of stock merchandise. Kohl’s needs HUGE IMPROVEMENT IN GIVING A PAPER RECEIPT WITH ONLINE ORDERS. SERIOUSLY how much dose it cost to print a copy of an order? throw the copy of the receipt in the DAMN BOX for EASY RETURNS.
