Kohl's review: Employment procedure

I apply for a job as sales associate with Kohl. The first time I got an interview by I walk in. But no response. And this is like after one year, this time apply through indeed.com and got a reply and set an interview appointment at a specific time. But when I was fully prepare for the phone interview that the recruiter is not nice and talk strange. I said why you talk like that and I mentioned this is my job interview within a group of applicants. And she dare to say already hired. There is not need an interview, but she called me. I believe she can not do that, she supposed to choose people and then make a decison afterwards. You can not hold my resume and gave other applicant my favorable appointment set. It suppose everyone has the same chance to express themselves in the interview in order to win the job. It happen like 1 and a half year ago. I stilled remember it, because it make the interviewer is not professional and is not doing her job and I have to lost my job opportunities with her rude attitude and absentminded voice. This appointment setting is disgusting and non- sense. Very afraid to kohl working ethics and attitude.
