We purchased a Kogan Smarter Home TM LX20 Pro Robot and Vacuum and Mop for $603.99 from Kogan Melbourne on 16th November 2025.
It worked well for about 8 months, however, recently we have been unable to connect it to our home Wi fi and numerous failed attempts to re-install the app on our phone. Can you please provide us with assistance to overcome the issues we are having with this product.
