Kogan Australia Kogan Tv problems again and again...

Once again problems after kogan had taken my TV to replace a part.

they replaced the power supply I think as it wasn't turning off and now it's happening again..

it freezes on the screen, the sound disappears but the picture is still there and it's frozen sometimes..

I've done so many things to fix it but still happens..

cheap parts don't ever last long.

it's past warranty now and I first wanted a replacement due to getting these problems a while ago..

Desired outcome: I want it fixed or better yet send me a new replacement TV the same or newer has to be same size. 65 inches

Try completely unpluging from the wall and see if it resets itself. If you turn it on and select a lot of channels or functions quickly and this causes the problem my guess is it seems there is not enough memory to run the functions on the tv. I hsve a similar problem with a PVR and what I suggest fixes it.

well let's be honest here ok.

you're actually making an excuse as to why your products have problems..

I have already had this fixed and now it does it again

Not to mention I complained a year ago and only got a response now. that's quite unprofessional.

I have completed all requests to try to power cycle and restart the TV, still doesn't fix it.

if I have to do such a thing everytime it has an issue it isn't worth having. also I had stated previously in other complaints that this tv can not be used without the remote as there are no buttons on the TV fpr channel or volume.

Faulty products from kogan, doesn't turn off..

I wonder have you even read my complaint and seen the videos...

outcome requested- full refund for poor quality product.. never buy again.

Kogan Australia Kogan 42" full hd led Smart TV

This was ordered on 1st May

Order number AQ7XFJA4

Invoice number AQ7XFJA4-2

I paid for this t.v. and 3 years warranty

It was despatched 2nd May,

4th May I received a text message saying that Porter XL couriers were 3 minutes from my home

That was the first notification I received that this t.v. was coming that day

I live at Wolffdene, postcode 4207 on a rural property

I work on the Gold Coast postcode 4215, 40 minutes from my home

I work every week Wednesdays and Fridays

The day of the delivery 4th May was a Wednesday

Why would I agree to receive a t.v. or anything for that matter when I know I would be at work and the gate to our 8 acre property is padlocked.

Now when I track the delivery it is saying it has BEEN delivered

I DO NOT HAVE THIS t.v.

I have asked for proof, signature, something

I get no real response from KOGAN

Desired outcome: By the time this t.v. reaches me, it has been out of Kogan's warehouse for over a weekNot certain what condition it will be inFrankly Kogan can keep the t.v. I DON'T want it And I will never buy

Kogan Australia Hyundai hy42-e40 (p)

My Hyunmdai lawnmower arrived recently and I have just assembled it. I haven't used it yet because it has a starting problem. Or rather it will start sometimes - but will only run if the red starter button is held down. As soon as the On/Off lever is closed, the motor stops. I have tried numerous times but without success. I need advice on where I can turn for help.

It might be worth noting that the On/Off lever w-il not close all the way to the rubber handle as it has with other mowers I've known. This may suggest that the starter cable is shorter than it should be.

I will appreciate help.

Kogan Australia Safe

We ordered a safe about 8 weeks ago.

We have waited for that period.

Today my wife gets a message that the safe will be delivered in 3 minutes.

Neither us were home; my wife was at the movies and I was having a coffee.

This is a joke for customer service that I'm outraged with.

We wait 8 weeks and Kogan waits 3 minutes.

Good business practices would be a window of time for delivery; 3 minutes is not that.

Send us window of delivery; date and time and we will likely be home.

Kogan Australia on 11/03/2022 I reported that my washing machine is not working

I received a phone call on 12/03/22 that they will send an assessor/repairer to inspect the machine.

To date assessor nor repairer has contacted me or visited my residence.

I have sent emails on a daily basis and I did not receive any response.

Kogan Australia Order: BG3CT7DY and ticket no's: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]

I placed an order on 05/03/2022 and instead of it directing me to my paypal account like it normally does, it placed the order with an incorrect delivery address. I immediately clicked on my orders and clicked on the 'change address' option but got an error message saying 'something went wrong and try again later'. I then clicked on the 'cancel the order' option but got the same error message. Please keep in mind this was done immediately after placing the order so I could amend the delivery address. I then spent approx 10 minutes searching Kogan's website to try to locate a contact no. so this could be changed immediately but no contact numbers are available and the only option was to lodge a query through the customer care. I lodged 2 queries with the exact same message - 1 for the outdoor bar cart and 1 for the record player as they are with 2 different sellers. The record player seller has answered the query twice ensuring me they have changed the delivery address. However, all the above ticket numbers for the bar carts have not been resolved and even though I requested they call me, I have had no resolution emails or contacts. I have had an email saying the bar carts have been dispatched on Monday. They had ample time to have this resolved and Toll are saying the items are being delivered to the incorrect delivery address in Windsor Gardens. I have called every Kogan contact number I can find in google search to try to speak to someone for an easy resolution but only get recorded messages and then it hangs up.

Desired outcome: I do not care what they need to do but they need to have Toll deliver the goods at the correct address as requested immediately after placing the order. I want a manager to call me on my mobile number: [protected] immediately to discuss.

Kogan Australia Kogan customer service is not real !!!

I ordered a TV on kogan , when it arrived it didn’t have any stands so it is impossible to put it on the TV table , I also found out it was not a Smart TV , I wanted to send it back and ask for a refund , I wrote to them like 5 times , but they don’t answer at allllll!

Kogan Australia order ZX94DRRP (12L digital air fryer)

This appliance has stopped working - nothing on display and no functions at all, I purchased this appliance on 23/04/2021 with free delivery ($94.00 with Kogan first free delivery). Kogan Australia Artiss stools

I bought 4 stools from Kogan back in December 3, 2020. They were veryyyy poor quality. I made a complaint (request #[protected] ), send some pictures as requested on the website/ refund policy. Then, on December 16, 21, they asked me for a video, which I sent it.
Then the seller One Shop offered minimal refund of $60, and I paid $203, 12 for 2 sets of stools (if I wanted cheap poor quality I would've gone to Marketplace on FB and bought used $29 stools). I declined and asked for a full refund or new good quality stools. Days waiting. They replied saying they would provide a refund (On Jan 4, 2022). I never received the refund or an email. The seller "One Shop (NAI-BENT-C-077-WHX2 )" decided to play dead,
Kogan, the site which I bought from also is not replying with my refund. They also do not have a phone number that I can call.

why dont your support people make a set time to call you back .i had 2 calls i missed. Do you think i walk around with my mobil phone clued to my ear .This is very anoying .its obveous that people will not be able to answer the mobil if your far away from it.Use your brains learn to run a buisness better give your customers a time you will call

Kogan Australia Delivery

Two items ordered simultaneously during black Friday sales. Both sporting equipment.
First item delivered 1st of Dec.
Second item tracking number shows item still uncollected after nearly 3 weeks.
Sent two emails, no response received to either.
Kogans customer contact/service is deplorable, you cannot speak to anyone, and if they do not respond to emails. You are left wondering if they actually have a customer service team at all.
Order confirmation XZLJWAJX.

I ordered a bed and paid for it through afterpay and deducting payments and have not received this order. I have emailed Kogan help desk and request 4 times with no response as I haven't received the bed and I've paid for it . no email confirmation or invoice only afterpay online reference [protected] and merchant order # 7E29RL96. my email Is [protected]@optusnet.com.au

Kogan Australia Christmas Tree and Santa Clause

We brought a Christmas tree of them 2 months ago and some of the branches started un ravelling.
We brought a Santa Clause of them and found it was 120 volts and not 240 volts. I send emails but they don't care, we have sold it stiff.
I would can't call as I am half deaf and only get the same results.
They need a big shake up with customer service and products or get out of the game. I am that now I won't buy online no more, better going to the bricks and mortar and see it ya self before buying. At least you wont get the [censored] like there flogging.

Kogan Australia Kogan.com was promised a replacement tv under warranty

On Kogan website it states most Most warranty issues are resolved in 10 business days I have waited 23 business days I have numerous emails stating the TV will be sent soon and is subject to standard dispatch. As advertised on the listing looked on the The listing standard dispatch. 1 to 2 business days I have waited 4 to 5 business days after being told my TV my replacement TV is in its final stage of processing for five business days on on and several emails asking what's going on and none of them have been answered.
I honestly don't know why Kogan can't just do what they said they were going to do and that's replace the TV

Kogan Australia Unable to deliver to a sick man taken to Hospital

On 17 Nov, 2021, Mr Henri laauw ordered a laptop computer from Kogan order number Z4YM44FT for AUD $490.98. 2 days later he was taken ill to hospital and was unable to receive his delivery. He is 81 years old and is unable to access emails or answer his phone. I acted on his behalf to aske delivery come to myself so I could hold for him. Kogan responded request #[protected] that they would not help, uncaring to his hospitalisation.

Desired outcome: That MR laauws computer be delivered to him via myself or that he receive a full refund.

Kogan Australia Misleading advertising by Kogan seller

Ordered 3 x 20pcs 50ml Transparent Spray Bottle Portable Travel Bottle.
When package arrived, there were only 3 x 20pcs 50ml Transparent Spray Bottle Portable Travel Bottle.
Sent email via Kogan to reseller Shinuoshop.

Their response was:-

Dear, yes, we send them all to you correctly.
Please note that 20pcs means that: 10PCS 100ml/transparent+white nozzle+10PCS sub-bottling funnel.
Could you please confirm your received items?

Nowhere in the listing did it mention that there were only 10 bottles.

Kogan Australia Order No HRPLALM8

I ordered this Ipad 3 weeks ago and just received it today. I am very unhappy with this product and would like to send it back and have my money refunded. Can you please let me know how to do this ASAP.
After reading at the bottom of this page that my complaint may not attract attention as it isn't strong enough. I find that a pretty disgusting response, your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Your website is very confusing and is very hard to get some sort of response from Kogan. You have no trouble taking peoples money but any kind of response is out of the question. Please don't ignore me this time. I hope this will now attract attention.

Kogan Australia RGB Dual Monitor Mount

I ordered this weeks ago, it never came but the delivery status was set to Delivered. I work from home, there were no knocks at the door, the doorbell did not ring, I received no texts regarding tracking information as Kogan usually does. I think the courier has taken off with it. I have sent Kogan multiple emails and called their (DEAD) number, but have had no replies.
I need this mount for work, I have a few monitors which are required to work in tandem together, not having the dual mount is effecting the efficiency of my work.

Kogan Australia Incorrect Product Delivered

I made a recent purchase of bar stools and my transaction invoice clearly states "grey' seats. The ones that came are not only the correct style but they are 'brown'. On closer examination I realise that they sent the incorrect style also. Cannot get to deal with any person just online chat messages, and these never get ansered.
