I am writing once again to follow up on my earlier complaint regarding the unreasonable and inconsistent fees being charged for a simple date change to my flight booking.

A system glitch initially caused my ticket to be booked for the wrong date. I have been attempting to move the booking by just one day — from December 29 to December 30. However, I have been quoted ever-changing and excessive fees. Most recently, I was told the surcharge would be USD 269, which is more than double the original fare of my ticket (USD 100). This is not only disproportionate but also highly unreasonable.

Such practices reflect very poorly on Kiss and Fly’s customer service and risk damaging your reputation with travelers who expect transparency and fairness. It is unfair to penalize customers for system errors with excessive surcharges that bear no relation to the cost of the original ticket.

I kindly request that my booking be amended to December 30 without any additional charge. This is a fair and reasonable resolution, and I urge Kiss and Fly to honor it.

Desired outcome: change the flight date from December 29th 2025 to December 30th 2025 with Malaysian airline flight from Kuala Lumpur to Miri.

After a detailed review of your case, our technical department thoroughly verified the booking process and confirmed that the ticket was issued exactly according to the information entered during the booking — for the date of 29 December 2025. We did not find any system malfunction or technical error on our side.

Please note that your ticket was purchased under a non-refundable fare, as specified in the fare rules of the airline. This means that only unused airport taxes may be refunded, and since this amount is lower than the standard service fee, the refund request could not be processed.

However, if you still wish to change your travel date, you can resubmit a modification request through your personal account. Should the airline authorize the change, a surcharge may apply based on the fare rules, in addition to our customer service fee. We provided detailed instructions to help you complete this process in our previous email correspondence.
