I purchased a car from Kia in Daytona in January of 2025. I went in with my little daughter and was taken advantage of. I had three men surrounding me to purchase this car, was told my current car then wouldn't make it out of the parking lot, power steering went bad. I felt forced to buy a car for a payment that was obscene for a single mother to pay, but what choice did I have? They also told me to let my car sit there that was broken and have it picked up because they wouldn't use it as a trade in. They advised me to abandon it and now I am not only on the hook for that car, now my kia was repossessed because I can't pay it. They purposefully took advantage of a single mother for a sale, and used bully tactics. I will be contacting my state representatives and anyone I can to get this car off my record! Lawyers will be called.

Claimed loss: I lost my car! I have not been able to get to work, or my daughter to school!

Desired outcome: Take the car off my credit report!
