KIA Motors review: My loan with kia

I had a lease on my Kia and bought out the loan last July. My bank sent Kia a check for the amount I was told would be the pay off. The bank sent it to the wrong office. The check was sent on July 26 2021. My next car note was due August 1st and I noticed that I kept getting calls that my payment was due. So I made a 600 dollar payment. I kept trying to call the customer service number and was told my car was sold to auction. I couldn't get no help so I went back to the dealers where they finally figured out what was going on. I was told that I had to get another loan from the bank because they sent pay off to the wrong office. So now I had 2 loans out for my car. The office who received the check from my bank cashed it and took out the interest that was due and than sent the check back to me. when I received it I had to pay the interest that they took out back to my bank in order to pay off the first loan. So now I am out that money as well as my car note that I had just made. 800 bucks. Once the dealer got the loan figured out and I was told everything was good to go was on the 6th of August. They is no way I should not be getting a refund. Well it didn't end there and my bank kept calling me asking me for the title because they were having any luck. I kept getting the run around. I decided to call the DMV and was told that my vin number was assigned to someone else and that the car was not registered to me. Carlos with Century Kia told me that they were waiting on Ally bank to release the title so they can get it straighten out. I waited awhile for knowing that I was driving a card with an invalid tag to a vin number that was assigned to a different kia. But yet I was driving the car. This finally got straighten out with the title and I finally received my registration on Feb 25, 2022. Now the problem is I have reached out to Carlos asking him where my refund is for the over payment of my loan and the interest I had to pay and he said he sent it to Kia. I keep trying to reach out to him and keep getting blown off. So what it comes down to is that I transferred my loan and it cost me 800 bucks out of my own pocket plus the car loan I am paying on. So I have decided if I don't get my refund I will go to 8 on your side here in Florida and let them help me. I know I am entitled to money back for over payment. Century Kia should have all the documents if not I an get them from my bank regarding the title and how long we tried to get this done

Desired outcome: Please refund me
