I purchased a new 2025 SELTOS from your showroom, and since day one I have noticed a clicking sound coming from the car. This sound continues even after the engine is turned off and only stops once the engine temperature goes down.

I have already reported this issue via email and visited the service center, but no solution has been provided. I was informed that “this is a normal sound,” which I strongly disagree with.

I kindly request that you contact me and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Ministry of Commerce.
