The seatbelt does not retract back into the side post and it is always getting stuck between the door and the door frame. I have mentioned this to the Dealer a couple of times and they said that it’s normal with this model. I don’t believe that it’s normal it is not a problem on the passenger side or with my 2024 sportsge . it seems like it’s a safety factor. Please let me know if this should be resolved and what my next steps should be . Thank you
