On the 05th May 2025 I took my precious Kia Picanto for 180 000 KM/s service, my car was in a very perfect condition, running smoothly and loved it, I then took it to KIA Vereeniging for service, was told that my car needed a coolant flush which I authorised and then my clutch cable was adjusted, and then I was told that my clutch cable is not good that I needed to change it, well I asked for a quotation and was told it was not in stock, but was advised that it is still clutching I needed not to worry I should just order a new one which I did, paid R5,364.70 cash for major service, and then I drive away with my car for 10 km/s and parked it overnight and the next morning my clutch started to make a squeaky sounds when clutching, I called Kia and was told to bring it in for check-up, I meet the service foreman and he tells me that it is clutch cable, I then pay for clutch cable which costed me R2,329.70 and was told that after replacing the clutch cable the sounds will go away when clutching, and I wait for my car at Kia until they are done with the clutch, and I ask for a test drive afterwards which is something they thought I wouldn't ask for as I am now told that the sound is still there because the pressure plate is now worn out and I'm now furious because the car was still Okay when it came for service and then after they adjusted the clutch cable it is giving me problems and then I'm told it's a clutch cable and the next thing I'm told to change the whole clutch kit was quoted R13 000 including labour and when I started to complain I'm being given another quotation for R7856,70 AND I'm TOLD THAT AFTER REPLACING IT THE SOUNDS WILL STOP, HOW DO I NOW TRUST THIS BUNCH OF AMATEURES , and the clutch is not clutching well when I drive it worse part it was making a very disturbing and huge sound when reversing and then the service foreman has the audacity to tell me that he has nothing else to say to me, and was very rude when I told him that they broke my car, I am now stuck with a vehicle that is very noisy because of their incompetence, that foreman is very rude, disrespectful and racist to the core, just because I am a black person I'm being robbed and taken for a ride by this racist. I even complained when I was called by Advisor in Motor management solutions, but I'm sure my complaints went to deaf ears.
