Hi I have a 2023 kia forte gt. I purchased it new in Aug or July of 2022. Kia have replaced the clutch in the transmission twice last time being about a month ago. When I put my car in reverse its a hard shift. I took it into Kia of Merrillville. They ran a diagnostic test on the vehicle they said that it passed but the technician documented that he felt a hard shift in reverse, and it feel like a mount or something is loose. My issue is that I am being told that they cannot fix it because it passed the test that kia have them run on there vehicles I am also at almost 100000 miles.

Desired outcome: I would like Kia to find what is causing the hard shift and fix the problem
