Kia Case # 25653802
Sunroof applique shattered one night (overnight) in my driveway for no apparent reason. I have contacted Tina at Corporate (949-468-4799) and she has declined to return any of my calls after telling my daughter she was escalating this issue (since early November 2025).
It is my daughters car and she needed to get it repaired so I finally ordered the part and had it installed by an auto glass company.
My issue is that this appears to be a problem encountered by many (according to both the dealership and glass company) but she and now myself keep getting ignored by Tina. All pictures and details have already been provided along with pictures from the dealership (Pohanka Kia of Salisbury, MD)
Please respond

Claimed loss: Part cost $387.38Installation cost $175Total $562.38

Desired outcome: Refund of $562.38 and at least a return call from Customer Service
