I had brought the car towed in from Norwich CT on December 1st, 2025, and I am submitting this complaint to formally document on going and serious issues with my Kia K5, which has resulted in need for a completely new engine replacement. I am unable to commute to work and I am being charged with Enterprise over 900 dollars also. I would like a fair resolution and clear communication to this matter. Thank you.
