Went to the KFC in Newberry, SC. The guy in front of me who was with my group was asked at the counter "What do you want". I thought that was terrible. I didn't have that problem and placed my order for 8 chicken nuggets' biscuit French fries and a drink, when asked what sauce I wanted I said honey mustard. When I got my order and sat down, there was no honey mustard. I went to the counter behind two other people asking for stuff and when the girl looked at me (was the same girl who asked "what do you want" I asked for honey mustard, she says "can't you see I have other customers to wait on". I'm not sure if I'll ever go to another KFC if this is how customers are treated.
