KFC review: Poor food quality

Hi-

I visited KFC Restaurant #G135787 510 North Webster Street in Taylorville, IL today, 05/11/23, Ticket #1941 and I am very dissatisfied with the quality of food I received.

I ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken with 2 sides. Total $29.42. When I got it home, I lifted the lid and wasn't even sure I received 8 pieces. The pieces were tiny, the size of Cornish game hens! The chicken was saturated in grease/oil & several pieces were inedible. They looked like they'd sat on the warmer all day.

I would appreciate some form of compensation for the poor quality. I have been a customer of KFC for many years & have never complained or received such awful quality chicken from KFC.

Desired outcome: Please refund.
